22/06/2025: Excellent restaurant, I went there for a business lunch and I had a great time

13/06/2025: In the area for work they recommend this place for lunch. I arrive around 1pm, not very crowded. They offer me the menu of the day with 3 choices for each course. Given the hot day I opt to take only a second course with side dish. Let's say that €13 for only a second course and side dish with water and coffee is perhaps slightly expensive compared to the average. Anyway, a good meal, for a business lunch I recommend it given the quality.

25/10/2025: Excellent osteria in a beautiful village on the Italian-Swiss border. The service was a bit disorganized, but the food was truly excellent. The bill was a bit high, considering we ordered the Fai Te chef's appetizer, which was nothing more than a series of appetizer dishes, each at full price, not a fixed-price appetizer. We weren't told this and only found out when we got the bill. It still deserves 5 stars. I recommend going early, as the sun sets quite quickly.

14/10/2025: We fell in love with this place. The owners are wonderful and welcoming. The food? I was brought back as a child with the flavors of yesteryear. The authenticity of the place is maintained, and my husband and I were amazed by everything. We will definitely return.

10/10/2025: I really recommend spending an evening at the Cantina, the dishes are really good and of excellent quality, on Saturday there is a themed evening.

11/10/2025: The restaurant has been open for 20 years, conveniently located. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The wine list is excellent, curated by manager and sommelier Emanuele. The food is meticulously prepared, both in terms of quality and presentation, with a wide selection of seafood dishes. The pizza is also good, and is only available at dinner. A great place for a casual dinner, whether with family or friends, with attentive service and top-notch food. The interior is perhaps a little dated, and parking can sometimes be a challenge, but there are plenty of options nearby.

05/10/2025: We were there with a group of 50 (with reservations, of course), and it was simply wonderful! From the ambiance to the service to the delicious food. We were short on time, so we put together a package with the owner in advance and made a small selection, so we could get a fixed price including drinks for everyone. Everything worked out wonderfully, including the speed with which we received our food. The restaurant is highly recommended! Even large groups leave the restaurant happy and satisfied :-)

29/09/2025: A wonderful experience! The staff was extremely kind and professional, making us feel welcomed from the very first moment. The food is simply delicious: every dish is carefully crafted, with balanced flavors and quality ingredients. Special thanks to Chef Francesco, who not only delighted us with his refined cuisine but also took the time to personally greet us—a gesture we greatly appreciated. His dishes are a true delight. I will definitely be back!

20/06/2025: This was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life! The food was superb and the atmosphere was so warm and authentic. 5th generation owned and operated estate. If you are looking for the “Nonna” experience, this is it!! I felt like I was having dinner with relatives while there. Top dishes for us: Onion antipasto, Ravioli, Tempura zucchini, Tiramisu.

14/09/2025: Mediocre food, staff who don't accept criticism, two hour wait for poor quality food, ultimately don't come adding high prices!!!

14/09/2025: ⚠️Garbage⚠️. It took them an hour and a half to bring us bread and almost two to bring our food. I didn't like the food. The pear risotto was so bitter that my friend's appetite went sour after a two-hour wait, and we couldn't even finish it. The pasta was also undercooked. They brought a vegan "cheese" that was just crushed cashews. They never apologized for the delay or the poor service. Finally, when it was time to pay, we complained about the delay in service and were told it was our fault for being 5 minutes late. In short, poor service and poor service. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. ⚠️Garbage⚠️

10/10/2025: The two of us went to Caffeteria800 today. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible – the pasta (canneloni with ricotta and spinach) tasted like it came from a frozen food freezer and, unfortunately, looked the same! A portion cost €9.50. The pasta was still cold inside. The sauce was slimy.

06/10/2025: Very friendly people. No pomp. Delicious. I felt like an Italian in Italy.

19/08/2025: This is a small restaurant in the hills between lake Como and the lake of Lugano. The owners are very attentive and the food is lovely. The atmosphere is relaxed but well thought out. The food is classic modern Italian with a twist.

31/10/2025: Excellent restaurant! Excellent food with top-quality ingredients. We tried the pizzoccheri (very good), the cured meats and cheeses platter, and a unique salad (arugula, apple, beetroot, and walnuts—truly surprising). A glass of Rifosco wine was excellent. Friendly and attentive service, very, very friendly, giving the place a family atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. The price is good considering the quality offered. We recommend it and will be back!

30/10/2025: Staff were lovely but unfortunately the food was disappointing. Salad starter had very little walnuts, apple or beetroot, prominently leaves and no texture. I had the potato and artichoke flan but it was basically mash potato from the microwave. My partner had veal cheeks which he said was tasty. Wine was good.

04/10/2025: Amazing food. We ordered the seafood pizza and spaghetti. Very tasty, the portion is big and not that expensive

04/10/2025: Stopped here for a quick lunch before our boat trip and it was such a pleasant surprise. The pasta was absolutely delicious – way better than we expected for a quick meal, and definitely great value for money. Even though the restaurant was getting really crowded, our waitress (a lovely young lady) stayed patient, kind, and attentive the whole time. That kind of service makes such a difference. If you’re looking for a place with tasty food, fair prices, and friendly service, this is a perfect stop. Would happily come back again!

30/08/2025: The view is just stunning. The food was also excellent! The pizzas are made to order and you can watch them make it as the oven is outside near the tables. The vongole was really good, the spaghetti was the right firmness and the sauce was exceptional. They make their own gelato in house, I got the lemon flavour and it was nice and refreshing. Highly recommended!

17/08/2025: Perfect lakeside enjoyment! The CO.MO Bar & Bistrot is the ideal place to enjoy a drink or a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere right on Lake Como. A great selection, excellent service, and a stunning terrace overlooking the water. An absolute highlight of our stay—we'd love to come back!
