16/07/2026: We had a fantastic evening here! The food delighted us from start to finish: Appetizers: First, a wonderful appetizer, followed by absolutely superb pasta as a second course. Main Course & Dessert: The steak was cooked to perfection and simply outstanding. The dessert also completely won us over! The restaurant is upscale and offers a beautiful view, which perfectly complemented the evening. The wine selection is extremely good and carefully chosen. A little tip for anyone who wants to come here: Reservations are only possible by phone! ;) Many thanks to the team for the wonderful evening – we will definitely be back!

05/07/2026: Wonderful place. We returned for a birthday party of eight people. Everything from the service to the menu was excellent. The only flaw is that they don't accept checks and the cake was paid for separately. (When I called they didn't tell me this important detail.) In any case, all in all, a beautiful day.

01/05/2026: We had lunch for two. The food was very good and plentiful (remember to book a little in advance, otherwise you won't find a table). The service was courteous, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Since we had such a good time, we decided to buy a gift voucher, and here's the sad part. Today, we learned that a supplement (a few euros) was added to the price paid, which I really don't appreciate. If I'm giving a gift, I'd like the recipients to enjoy the food and not have to worry about paying anything. Otherwise, do as they do in other restaurants where they give away gift vouchers worth a certain amount of euros. I personally don't do that; I chose you specifically for the opportunity to gift a meal and let someone enjoy the day without having to worry about anything else. A shame, because for me, the food and the place definitely deserve another visit. Perhaps a little more thoughtfulness would have made for a better experience.

03/05/2026: Stopped here for the fried calamari since we didn’t want a heavy dinner. We ordered a mix of small dishes to share. The calamari were great, soft, crunchy, and salty that paired great with the local beer. The only disappointing thing was the chips, as they weren’t seasoned enough and calamari came with no dipping sauces. Otherwise a solid no big thrills location to enjoy and people watch on the streets.

03/05/2026: Everything looked delicious, but we opted for the takeaway sandwiches. They were excellent and filling. We didn't have to wait long. The packaging was beautiful. The only thing was that the bread was a little less crispy to prevent it from crumbling too much with each bite.

05/07/2026: The best restaurant we have eaten at in the past 2 weeks! Bresaola con sciatt, parpadelle al ragu di cinghiale and tagliatelle con funghi porchini, and then the best tiramisu ever. It was insanely delicious. Before walking from here to the Balcony of Italy, we reserved a table. Had an AMAZING meal ❤️.

30/03/2026: Feels like home, highly recommended! My friends and I came for dinner and after a pleasant walk we were greeted in the warmest of ways. We immediately felt at home and at ease. The owner is a wonderful person, sweet and kind, who conveys her love for her work in every little gesture. Due to health issues, I wasn't able to fully enjoy the dishes, but my friends left feeling satisfied and happy. If all climbs ended like this, they would definitely be worth the effort. We'll be back soon!

08/03/2026: What a wonderful surprise! We discovered this restaurant quite by chance and we loved it. The traditional dishes are delicious, very well prepared, and at very reasonable prices. Admittedly, you have to walk through a small section of forest to get there, but that's part of the charm of the place. The experience is absolutely worth it! If you want to try authentic and flavorful local dishes, this is a place that's definitely worth the detour.

04/07/2026: We had a very good meal, the bisteca fiorentina was delicious, in a lovely setting, with good and friendly service. Highly recommended for other travelers and also guests of Hotel Cruise!

25/06/2026: I went one evening with my husband and my 3-month-old baby. I don't recommend this place for the following reasons: the waitresses aren't trained. I asked if the cheeses were pasteurized since I'm breastfeeding, and they said, "I don't know, it's better if I don't eat them." They also said they were new and I shouldn't listen to all the advice they give women these days. I ordered the stew, and what I got was a plate of lumpy, lukewarm, and tasteless polenta. It was topped with meat that was greasy, tasteless, lukewarm, and in a watery sauce. We asked for French fries, they said yes, and then they brought us baked potatoes that were obviously defrosted because they were the kind you couldn't stomach. In short, what's written on the menu and what arrives... it's not quite right. The place is dirty, especially inside. They're unwelcoming and downright rustic in their manner. I wouldn't go back, and I don't recommend it!

12/07/2026: A subjective place, a menu with a few simple but tasty dishes, so if you're expecting a wide selection of dishes then you might not like it. What everyone certainly likes is the beautiful view of the lake, but the flaw is that it's right on the edge of the road where cars pass continuously and the smell of exhaust is annoying as well as the dust.

24/06/2026: Terrace overlooking the lake, delicious and plentiful food, very friendly owner. They also offer gluten-free options, which is not a given on the lake in my experience. Highly recommended!

10/04/2026: We ordered two pizzas and a bottle of white wine, but unfortunately the wine was no longer good. I mentioned this when paying, but she said she doesn't drink wine.
