21/07/2024: We attended an event at Il Rustico. The food is very good. The owner behaved with arrogance and rudeness, treating the guests at the event like dirt on several occasions during the evening (low-level jokes that left one stunned, abrupt and unpleasant ways of addressing the customers, a way of acting like if we were a nuisance). One example among all: The air conditioning didn't work (at the end of July...) and the response was: "It's summer! It's hot! Go outside!". Everyone noticed the rude and irritating tone with which he punctuated the entire evening. Objectively considering the way we were treated, the food is not unmissable.

10/07/2024: Exceptional food, prepared and presented with love and care. Excellent service. AIC certified restaurant, wide choice of gluten-free dishes, all excellent. If you happen to pass by, stop by. If you don't happen to pass by, plan to go.

23/07/2024: Posto bellissimo, a differenza di quanto potrebbe sembrare da fuori. Zero rumori, tutto immerso e circondato da piante ed alberi. Personale gentile e super organizzato. Ogni volta è pieno di gente, ad ogni ora, e questo testimonia la qualità e la nomea del posto. Tagliere fantastico ed abbondantissimo, oltre che molto vario e per nulla scontato, per le 8 persone che eravamo. Niente da dire: veramente il top e per me il miglior posto a Como per serate, aperitivi, o una bevuta in compagnia. Peccato solo sia un po' fuori mano e fuori dal centro. Ci ritornerò appena posso. Prezzo finale (circa 160 in 8 persone) per quello che abbiamo preso (svariati cocktail, due grandi taglieri, alcuni pacchi di patatine e 2 bottiglie di Franciacorta) decisamente onesto!

06/07/2024: I was looking for a fish restaurant, for Saturday at noon, looking on the Internet I saw Bellini Cirimido with positive reviews, and so it was. I had a great time, clean place, small environment, 30 seats but very welcoming, my wife and I had two starters (Bellini mare), two second courses (grilled tuna steak and octopus tentacles) two desserts (apple pie and sufle with pistachio heart) all delicious. Chef Raffaele and his wife Teresa are very nice. I will definitely be back… Thank you, you are special 😘

18/08/2024: Take the time to walk 5 minutes from the funicular exit rather than being fooled by the restaurants right next door and you won't regret it. Accessible by car also from Como Nestled in the sports center next to the tennis court, this restaurant is worth the detour both for the cuisine and for the view it offers over Lake Como and the beautiful villas hidden below. Children are welcome with books provided, musicians also have a piano available. The welcome is really great The typical cuisine, simple and tasty, small menu spoiled by quality.

14/08/2024: We went to Brenote and without knowing where to eat, we walked around the Trattoria. The waiter was very friendly. We were inside because the terrace was full. The food was delicious, both the starters and the pasta dishes they served us. The desserts the same. But the best thing is the impressive view from above. Highly recommended. To return.

13/07/2024: While it may not have the same level of fame as some other villas around Lake Como, it offers a unique charm and is free to visit. Situated right on the shores, it offers spectacular views of the lake which is perfect for a leisurely walk along the water. At times, certain areas of the villa and gardens may show signs of needing maintenance. This is a minor issue but worth noting. The interior of the villa is not always fully accessible to the public. Some rooms, if not the whole villa, may be closed off, depending on current exhibitions or events.

17/08/2024: we stayed for a week in a wonderful, quiet location 10 minutes from Menaggio, excellent value for money family hotel with very kind owners like all the workers room a little hot but breathtaking view

07/08/2024: The last time I was there I didn't like the chicken with coconut cream. I wouldn't suggest chicken in a high-level tasting menu. I usually give it to my.dog For the rest everything is fine

05/08/2024: The place is just wonderful! The lovely staff, the incredible restaurant! The only drawback is that it's really hot in the rooms, to the point where you can't sleep... Installing air conditioning wouldn't hurt.

27/08/2024: Hearty and inexpensive crotto in a beautiful location, ideal for a walk followed by a swim in the mountain stream.

22/08/2024: Very suggestive place with a view of the waterfall, shame about the service, very much as if they were doing you a favor, furthermore the grilled meat was dry and tough, as if it had been made previously and then reheated, which you can give to foreigners even sell, Italians realize it. It's a shame, also because there aren't any alternatives. Prices are there given the difficulty of reaching the place. Important: there is no network, so only cash payment.

31/07/2024: Bel posto, tranquillo, elegante ma non "impegnativo", ideale per una cena romantica e per una serena mangiata tra amici. Apprezzabile il menu ristretto a pochi piatti e non chilometrico, cosi come il servizio, cordiale, gentile e mai oppressivo. Mi fermo qui.
