26/11/2024: Davvero una bella esperienza! Si respira cura e passione in ogni minimo dettaglio, a partire dall'accoglienza, al servizio, fino ad arrivare al cibo..... a dir poco prelibato!!! Grissini, pane e focaccia accompagnati con burro davvero squisiti, proseguendo con la Tavolozza di piccoli assaggi di lago e mare, Capesante scottate su salsa di fagioli Lamon olio al rosmarino, Crema di tupinambur, zucca caramellata e verdure d’autunno (un vero arcobaleno di colori oltre che di sapori), Cannolo al formaggio Tombea, burro di malga e pere caramellate, Guancetta di maialino iberico, su crema mais, salsa al Groppello, tutti veramente ottimi. Indescrivibilmente buona la Scaloppa di Fegato d’anatra, salsa al passito e frutta caramellata!!! Molto interessante anche la torta soffice e leggera alle pere e la Piccola pasticceria in chiusura. Il servizio accogliente, professionale e competente, capace di farti sentire coccolato, unito a piatti eccellenti e raffinati lo rendono un locale assolutamente da provare!!!

At Officina del Mare I tasted a Catalan dish that to call delicious would be an understatement: a triumph of very fresh shellfish, with lobster, scampi, cuttlefish and lots of authentic flavor. A dish that smells of the Mediterranean, prepared with care and served with elegance, where every bite makes you really feel the sea on your plate. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is kind and professional, and the quality of the raw materials is evident from the first taste. An experience that I recommend to those who love good seafood cuisine and want to indulge in a tasty treat. I will definitely be back!

16/12/2024: Ambiente interessante e originale, nel bagno stona il gabinetto “alla turca” . Cibo di buona qualità ma porzioni troppo contenute e con un impiattamento basico. Pane e focaccia di produzione propria, veramente molto buoni. Vera pecca: il cameriere frettoloso, spudoratamente commerciale e inopportunamente confidenziale.

18/02/2025: E' stata una piacevolissima serata in questo bel locale in Via San Faustino in cui il titolare si fa valere per gentilezza e simpatia. Cena ovviamente a base di piatti tipici pugliesi: eccezionali le bombette, mangiate in grande quantità ma da sottolineare anche la bontà delle orecchiette alle cime di rapa, gustose e piccanti il giusto, delle salsiccette e di un bel pasticciotto leccese caldo e profumato. Prezzo assolutamente adeguato. Era la prima volta ma non sarà di certo l'ultima....

If you don't want this, but are interested in eating in a classic and honest trattoria where even dishes that may seem banal will amaze you, come. Having arrived by chance 23 years ago, with Egidio and Carla, Gianmario and Jessica now carry on tradition and cuisine without unnecessary frills but with substance and real flavour. Highly recommended for local palates who don't need VIP locations...

19/02/2025: I found the place very welcoming. There was a girl serving who was truly delightful and attentive to detail. The guy (I think the chef) was also very kind. Delicious cut, it melted in your mouth. I highly recommend
