26/12/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Christmas lunch at the L'Aquila Solitaria farmhouse in Serle. Excellent, tasty, and authentic dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great passion. The chef's delicacies were a real surprise, each course better than the last. The location is wonderful, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming, always attentive and helpful. It's not our first time here, but each time is a new discovery that confirms the exceptional quality of the cuisine and hospitality. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

02/01/2026: This restaurant is run by an exceptional couple of chefs. I haven't found a better place yet. The flavors and textures are all perfectly balanced. You never leave hungry, and as soon as you leave, you want to go back. I've been going there for years now, and everything is always perfect. The prices are too fair for the quality of the food. It's a bit isolated, but the location, in Palazzo Martinengo, is very charming. I still don't understand why they don't have a Michelin star.

30/12/2025: Already used on several occasions, this very intimate restaurant also lends itself to special occasions and ceremonies, with a beautiful outdoor space as well. Constantly updated menus featuring typical, strictly homemade products. The owners are friendly and very skilled in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

04/09/2025: Great food and calm setting. The host took his time for any questions we had around the food or wine we had. Thank you for the warm service! Only tip for others: the tiramisu’s mascarpone was a bit bland to our personal taste, so given the fantastic starters, pasta and main we had. I suggest trying one of their other desserts ;).

24/01/2026: Il Corsaro Pizzeria Ristorante (Bovezzo) is a lovely discovery, and it's immediately obvious: Manuela, the owner, gives the place a distinct character, characterized by genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a direct yet always pleasant approach. You can sense the presence of the management: attentive service, well-timed meals, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel good from start to finish. We had a full dinner: pizza, beers, and dessert, and we left truly satisfied. Well-made and tasty pizzas, spot-on beers, and desserts round out the evening perfectly. A simple yet refined place, where you eat well and feel at ease. A special mention also goes to the young, friendly, and helpful waitress, who contributes to the evening's positive atmosphere. We'll gladly return.

17/01/2026: After a few years, we returned to Saur for dinner. The cuisine and dishes raised the bar even further, revealing a truly remarkable exploration of pairings and flavors. The seven-course menu for €70 features noteworthy appetizers, each dish capturing all the flavors: acidic, bitter, savory, and smoky. Each dish is complex and complete, without resorting to the banality of "rich" ingredients, but rather focusing on fermentation, pairings, research, and a wealth of technique. The chef's visit to the tables at the end of the meal and during the meal to bring out a few dishes was delightful. My only criticism was that the wait time was a bit long, about 20-25 minutes between each course. An excellent experience, we can't wait to return!

19/04/2026: Excellent osteria. The dishes are superb. The tagliatelle with salmi is super good. The risotto with wild herbs is excellent. The stuffed roast with polenta is truly delicious. The desserts are also delicious. In short, traditional dishes. The lady (I presume the owner) is very friendly. A restaurant worth a second visit. Thank you for your hospitality.

01/03/2026: The restaurant is small, with limited seating, warm and welcoming, traditional but not overly so. Reservations are required. The menu varies based on the freshest preparations of the moment. Only a few dishes are served per course. Everything is very fresh and very good. The appetizer is incredible. The portions are generous and the prices are even low considering the absurd increase in eating out. The service is excellent, passionate and welcoming, a rare gift these days.

28/01/2026: Historic hotel in a central location close to the slopes, with a family atmosphere. Rooms are a little dated, but everything is very clean. The hotel's cuisine is truly delicious, as is the breakfast. The wellness area is very pleasant after skiing. This hotel offers a 20% discount on the ski pass.

09/03/2026: A restaurant in a wonderful location, overlooking the lake, with a truly enchanting atmosphere. What struck me most, however, was the attentiveness of the staff: waiters and managers were extremely kind and professional, with great sensitivity to those who, like me, have celiac disease. I found rare attention to service, with a real focus on avoiding cross-contamination and ensuring that each dish was suitable. It's something that truly makes a difference and isn't found everywhere. A place where you eat well and where those with special dietary needs don't feel like "a problem," but rather like guests welcomed with respect and attention. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: We celebrated my cousin's birthday with a family lunch. The restaurant is located inside the Hotel Villa Rosa, an elegant and refined establishment with excellent cuisine and attentive and professional service. A great find.

11/03/2026: Excellent lunch, ranging from starters to meat and fish. Very light and non-greasy fried food. Friendly staff and fast service. Reasonable prices for the size of your order. Dogs welcome. Wonderful view of the lake. The owner and dog are adorable.

16/02/2026: Typical cuisine, with a modern and elegant twist, generous portions, from Montisola sardines with polenta, to risotto with quail, beef in oil, cod on squid ink puree.... desserts... a delicious and enjoyable dinner. Also interesting is the occasional menu change, which unfortunately few restaurants do. Beautiful entrance (restaurant hidden in a lovely courtyard). Simple, essential room, no frills, but very interesting cuisine.
