23/03/2025: Perfect as always!!! So much attention to customers and dishes taken care of in the smallest details. Excellent ingredients and excellent prices! Worth a visit.

21/03/2025: We stopped for lunch. You enter the restaurant, quite intimate inside a courtyard, and you immediately notice the open kitchen. The tables are comfortable and well spaced. The chef told us that for lunch, in addition to the menu, they offer a fixed-price and reasonable menu. He also specified that in the dishes the black truffle was replaced by mushrooms. Knowing that we are vegetarians, the chef offered to modify the risotto offered on the menu for us. To be appreciated. The menu is not extensive, but it includes interesting dishes. We had the verzini with polenta and mushrooms and the chestnut pasta ravioli filled with pumpkin. The ravioli were good, the verzini excellent. For dessert we had a Scanzo Moscato zabaglione with homemade ladyfingers and fresh strawberries and the memory of a bonnet. Zabaglione made on the spot was decidedly good, the bonnet sublime. Homemade bread basket with focaccia and breadsticks, a bottle of water, a glass of Valcalepio Bianco, one of Custoza and one of Moscato di Scanzo for a total of €107. Very good service with a pre-starter offered by the kitchen. Excellent dishes, nice atmosphere, a restaurant definitely worth trying again. Given the quality, the bill was correct. 5 stars well deserved.

The food is good, but the meat courses are very limited in terms of variety, which annoyed me. You can also make me taste the chicken heart, but proposing it three times in a row is excessive. And what if someone doesn't like it? It would be desirable to have more choice to better satisfy the tastes of all customers.

28/09/2024: Exceptional menu from an authentic starred restaurant for a happy occasion. Agreed menu for the whole table. All guests were delighted by the chef's specialties. The aperitif with appetizers (which in themselves are almost a dinner), the appetizers (tuna steak with egg), the risotto and the entrecote are highly recommended. To finish, a delicious millefeuille. Absolutely worth trying as an authentic taste experience in a refined environment.

25/03/2025: Nice place, I went for dinner with my husband, I tried the land tasting menu. The dishes are beautiful to look at but above all good. The cacio e pepe for me is the best! Not to mention the matching cocktails, delicious! The owner is very good, he puts you at ease, it seems like he has known you forever. Congratulations to all the staff. I will definitely be back!

08/03/2025: Cena del sabato sera con amici. Il locale propone cucina tipica bresciana ben assortita con porzioni abbondanti. Locale rustico tipico di una trattoria con tavoli ristretti. L' aspettativa in una trattoria bresciana sarebbe di degustare prodotti locali e cibo lavorato all' interno della struttura ( es casoncelli o pasta fatta all' interno) e i non prodotti industriali che vengono serviti ( pasta e casoncelli e salumi). Spiedo discreto. Prezzo nella media delle trattorie locali.

14/04/2025: We checked into this hotel on March 5th and left on March 7th, 2025. It was our base to explore the wonderful Lake Garda. We really liked the staff who were there to meet our needs, especially at breakfast. I asked if there were any more boiled eggs, and the smiling staff member provided them and when they were ready, she brought them to the table, as did the strawberries (delicious)!! They have almond milk, gluten-free toast, etc. for those with some restriction. The breads are divine!!! They smell so good and are so delicious that you can eat them without butter or other fillings. There are a variety of grains (nuts, seeds, etc.) that are good for your health. The only downside is that the double room should have been advertised for one person (at least the one I chose). There is space, small, to store only one suitcase. There is a very well-located terrace that should make up the total square footage of the room offered, but in the cold, there is no way to use it. It was also my mistake, because I should have looked for more details about the size of the room. I am leaving this information so that this mistake does not happen again with another guest. Perfect location for strolling along the lake and with the Foresta restaurant, close to the hotel and recommended by them, with a pleasant atmosphere and excellent food.

03/01/2025: For years I have been looking for a place to stay when I travel with my furry puppy (which not everyone willingly accepts) and here I have found the ideal place!!! Very beautiful bungalows, clean, warm, carefully furnished and equipped with everything. Elisa and her team are welcoming and helpful…. they make you feel at home. You can easily cook in the bungalow but the quality of the restaurant is worth trying. Good and super abundant food and with excellent quality/price ratio (this also applies to the accommodation). What can I say, it's the second time I've been back and I will happily continue to come back.

27/12/2024: Trattoria Bussi in Gavardo is a place I have been frequenting for over 25 years, and every time it is a guarantee of quality. Located in a splendid position on Monte Magno, it offers a rustic and welcoming environment, perfect for enjoying traditional Brescian dishes, such as spit and homemade desserts. Generous portions, fresh ingredients and friendly staff make every visit a pleasure. I highly recommend trying it, especially for those looking for authentic flavors and a family atmosphere.
