26/02/2025: Really good and juicy Florentine steak. For what I ate, a very honest price. I recommend it very much.

31/01/2025: There is no possibility to park your car... if you're lucky somewhere near the restaurant... the food is nothing extraordinary... cold cuts pass with a taste of a slice... the usual giardiniera Russian salad. ...the first courses are satisfied with the usual pumpkin tortello with melted butter...then the classic grilled dish in which the salamella excelled...with french fries on the side...and the cut...dessert on the trolley...the choice some poor wine... the poor service... they just painted and made it the less rustic environment... ah don't ask for the doggy bag... they gave me a waste bag...

Genuine food cooked to perfection, quality service in a rustic and elegant setting. Don't miss it if you are in the area! So far the first visit. Today, early 04.2025, we sleep here for a couple of nights. The place is out of this world, peace is supreme, the rooms are comfortable. Moments of peace guaranteed.

07/03/2025: In the heart of France Corta this tavern is a real gem for those who want to indulge in simplicity with class. In addition to an obviously wide selection of wines, the menu is truly delicious and assorted with typical local dishes, including meat and fish. We shared a casoncello from Brescia with mago filling. We split 2 side dishes, potatoes and crispy vegetables, and had a suckling pig in sweet and sour sauce and beef in oil with polenta. Everything really cared for and exquisite. And finally 2 desserts, let's say to end on a high note. All accompanied by a brut blanc de Blanche from the area, really, really good, fine, and which also lends itself very well as an aperitif. I definitely recommend it!

20/01/2025: I have been there several times to eat and on all occasions I have eaten very well. A place serving traditional cuisine that also offers reinterpretations and with an eye on lake fish, excellent quality like the wine list and the staff. In hot weather you can eat outside in the shade of a magnificent wisteria.

28/02/2025: At Gaudio the quality of the food is excellence thanks to the wise mastery of chef Diego, the fish dishes are exquisite and, no less, the meat ones, not to mention the vegetables that accompany the dishes. The environment of the room is very refined and attentive to every little detail thanks to Mr. Giambattista, who is very knowledgeable in recommending the wine and explaining every single course. The background music is also very welcome and helps to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere....thank you very much to all the staff! We had a really good time! Excellent value for money.

06/04/2025: The food is not bad, the fries very good, the service really fast. An extra smile wouldn't hurt, but I can understand the stress of a job in contact with the public. But in 2025, not doing separate accounts won't allow you to have more than 2 stars. Especially if the customer offers to arrive with the bills ready.
