16/03/2024: We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a room with a partial lake view and a small balcony (everything else was already fully booked). The rooms with a partial lake view are not as modern as the others. Very clean everything. The bathroom was rather basic but OK. The drawback was that an unpleasant sewer smell came from the drains in the bathroom. You could always smell that. We plugged the drains with paper and it worked. And the laminate floor in the room was clearly damaged in some places. The friendliness of the employees and the cleanliness of the hotel were top! Good food, good breakfast, great service and a perfect location right on the lake, from which you can also start trips across Lake Garda directly by ferry. In Gardone itself there are a few shops and nice places that you should try. Overall, a successful stay there. We felt good.

13/03/2024: I think September is the wonderful month to visit these places. Hotel Du Lac allowed my wife and me to spend 3 days in complete relaxation, giving me an excellent breakfast and a room with a lake view with all the comforts necessary for the success of my mini holiday. Thanks I hope to be back soon. 👋

29/03/2024: If you come to the small town of Gardone Riviera you need to book a table here!! The food is another level of quality, flavor, rich. I cant explain how delicious it was, everything taste different and unique. The service extraordinary, the explain you every plate in detail. Also the invite you for free to taste some snacks and a desert!! More expensive than other restaurants but totally worth it!! Is better to book a table also if you if you want to come for dinner, at lunch you may be lucky.

25/12/2023: Today we had Christmas lunch at Villa Canton for the first time, I must say that we were impressed by the place, fantastic, also the impeccable service, everyone was very kind and helpful, but above all the food was excellent, both for me and for my son (vegetarian) who of course for my husband. But the thing that made us very happy was the welcome for our dog, everyone was very nice and attentive towards him too. Fantastic experience that we hope to repeat soon👍👍👍👍

14/03/2024: I piatti sono eccezionali: presentazione ottima, abbinamenti azzeccatissimi e ben studiati e un gusto sorprendente. Nota d’onore per l’aperitivo, veramente gustoso e ben presentato! Il somelier, ben preparato e cortese, ci ha proposto degli abbinamenti corretti e ben pensati. I camerieri cordiali e professionali; un servizio così curato lo si trova raramente, anche in ristoranti di un certo livello. Il locale é veramente curato, i tavoli sono ampi e ben distanziati, la sala é luminosa, ma intima e molto apprezzabile é la cucina a vista. Il prezzo é in linea con l’esperienza e le materie prime offerte. PS: nonostante la mia intolleranza al glutine, mi hanno permesso di gustare gli stessi piatti proposti dal menù, apportando le dovute modifiche. Il personale era veramente preparato, il che é stato molto apprezzato.

Il servizio impeccabile, i ragazzi della sala cordiali e disponibili per farti sentire più a tuo agio possibile, sempre attenti e mai invadenti, descrizione dettagliata dal primo piatto che ti viene servito all’ultimo. Entusiasmante esperienza con lo chef Dario Fisichella, le sue creazioni sposano alla perfezione tradizione per la terra dalla quale proviene e innovazione; piatti meravigliosi con materie prime di altissima qualità. Molto attento ai dettagli cordiale,presente e genuino con la clientela. È stato tutto perfetto!!! Grazie della fantastica esperienza che ci avete fatto passare!!

03/04/2024: Wonderful, great rooms that have been lovingly renovated in the attic (all 4). Climbing stairs is popular and you should be somewhat fit. The restaurant area is also beautifully designed! The only negative thing was always finding a parking space close to the accommodation. The food was also a bit disappointing; it could have been seasoned more, etc. can, it was good but not nearly as great as it is advertised on the internet through photos etc.

31/03/2024: Warm and welcoming place, with trained and friendly staff. They placed us at a very spacious table, in a quiet room. The Easter lunch is exceptional, with quality raw materials, cooked with great care. Each course was tasty, with attention to form and substance. We will definitely be back to try what the menu offers. Excellent value for money.

06/04/2024: This was the best pizza we ate on our vacation to Italy, the staff was so nice, the place so clean and they have the cleanest toalett I've seen in all Italy. Would really recommend that you go here. Loved it couldn't be better !

06/04/2024: Very good pizza! We had a mix-up with the coffee that was accidentally spilled, but the staff immediately took action to resolve it and the owner gave us a discount, which was much appreciated!

28/11/2023: Fantastic ice-cream and very friendly personnel. There is a lot to choose from, we had ice-cream with 5 persons and all of it tasted absolutely amazing. The fruity ice-cream/ sorbet tasted very intense, absolutely natural and had a great texture. We could instantly identify the flavour, without knowing what it was. The creamy flavours (vanilla, salted caramel) tasted intense and had a super creamy texture as well. For us an absolute highlight and a five star recommendation without any let-downs. This is a no-brainer and by far the best ice we've had this holiday.

05/11/2023: In my opinion the best ice cream shop in Salò and surrounding areas. The ice cream is made with excellent quality ingredients and you can really feel the difference on the palate. Special attention is paid to those intolerant to lactose who always find some tasty flavors such as vegan cremino or vegan stracciatella, as well as the classic hazelnut, chocolate and pistachio, all delicious. Five stars also for the management: friendliness, kindness and desire to innovate every day make this ice cream shop truly special. A defect? In the winter months, during the closure, you may feel withdrawal symptoms!

24/03/2024: First time I came 15 years ago and I love it ever since. Hotel (nice, cozy, clean, near to the slopes), food just amazing, and above all freindly and professional people. Coming back next year.

18/03/2024: Questo piccolo ristorante è stata una piacevole scoperta! Le giuste dimensioni e l'ambientazione creano un'atmosfera intima, il personale è stato molto amichevole e cordiale. Cibo veramente buono, abbinato ad un ottimo vino consigliato dalla sommelier. Ci torneremo!

18/03/2024: This little restaurant was a pleasant discovery! The right size and setting creates an intimate atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and cordial. Really good food, combined with an excellent wine recommended by the sommelier. We will be back!

06/04/2024: We followed the very good reviews on Google and were not disappointed at all. San Giorgio is the restaurant with the best value for money in all of Milan. In addition, the service is very friendly and accommodating. A limoncello should never be missed at the end!
