03/02/2026: I had dinner with my partner. The place was very nice, well-maintained, and the service was excellent. We ate and drank really well. The venison was truly exquisite. Highly recommended.

06/01/2026: The waiters were incredibly friendly and professional, and the service was served on time. I think the pizzoccheri were the best I've ever eaten, and the sliced ​​beef with baked potatoes was sublime. The menu was rich in traditional dishes and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was intimate and very relaxed, suitable for both large tables and a romantic dinner for two. Some light background music would have been nice, but that didn't detract from the fantastic experience we had.

12/01/2026: A wonderful lunch with my girlfriend. A 7-course tasting menu + 3 glasses of wine. We relied on the waitress, who was very courteous and met and even exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food is very high; each dish pleasantly surprised us. The dishes are interesting and visually appealing, and the flavors are intense and balanced. We weren't expecting such pronounced flavors from the vegetables (if any), and we were very satisfied with the overall experience.

11/01/2026: One of a kind. Sublime dishes that, even a year later, still come back to me. Those who fail to grasp the true essence of the dishes have not fully understood how seemingly simple ingredients like vegetables can create novelty, flavor, and sensations. In short, a true experience that completely changes the way you think about cooking. It becomes something that gives life, not takes it away.

08/03/2026: We had the pleasure of trying the Gourmand menu at this restaurant. The service was attentive and the welcome warm and friendly. All the dishes amazed us, from the amuse bouche to the desserts, but we couldn't help but mention the turnip greens and calamari plin. Special attention was paid to food intolerances/allergies. Excellent bread and baked goods service. Overall, a great evening; we'll definitely be back.

01/03/2026: We tried the restaurant with the Gourmantico menu and were completely satisfied. We were greeted warmly by two young and polite women, the service was top-notch, and the dishes were delicious and beautiful. We were served primarily by Maurizio and a tall young man whose name we unfortunately didn't ask. We must compliment both of them for their impeccable service. An experience worth repeating and highly recommended.

01/02/2026: A unique experience, to be savored from appetizer to dessert! The dishes are of the highest quality, with unconventional and impressive combinations! Whether for a business lunch or the à la carte menu, every time we return to this restaurant, we are blown away! Hats off to the chef, the owners, and all the staff!

25/01/2026: A pleasant surprise in the Crema countryside. We ordered the saffron cream with endive and shrimp as an appetizer: sublime! The slow-cooked egg with truffle was truly delicious. Next up were the Caramelle, delicious, and the salmon with puntarelle, excellent! We also enjoyed the dessert: hazelnut semifreddo, which with bits of brittle was truly delicious. (The "narrated" dessert list, being a bit descriptive, gets lost at the end of the story. Perhaps it's worth printing it so the waitress doesn't have to repeat it over and over again :-) An excellent restaurant. The 4 stars are for the ambiance simply because it's not to my taste, but it's modern and well-kept. I must say everything is excellent! Excellent value. We'll definitely be back.

26/12/2025: Chiara and Giuseppe 20/12/2025 We discovered the Fondaco by chance, and despite having seen many other venues before, once we entered, thanks also to Matteo's welcome and empathy, we fell in love with it. Our day was perfect, both in terms of the organization and the menu. The decorations were also magnificent... We felt at home, and all our guests complimented us on our choice of venue. I would get married again tomorrow to relive the fantastic day we had.

The waiters notice even the smallest flaws before you can and intervene with ease and discretion. The dishes always arrive together, even for large tables: a precision that makes all the difference. The dishes are exactly as you imagine them: carefully prepared, coherent, without unpleasant surprises. The service is measured to perfection, without a word too much or too little. You go there and you immediately feel at peace. I am very picky about food: I ask for changes, additions, and deletions of ingredients. Every request is met with attention and professionalism. Everything is simply perfect. Definitely worth it, I recommend it!
