10/05/2025: Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. In our experience, the Michelin star and the good reviews here are not understandable. The main course in particular was not worthy of stars. The potato was too salty (like the sauce in the pasta course), the polenta was quite dry and the braised meat was excessively fatty. The semifreddo was a somewhat conciliatory end to the evening, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the processes between the courses were not at a star level, nor was the wine accompaniment. What stood out positively was the very friendly and competent service. There was a wedding taking place at the same time as our dinner, so perhaps that had a negative impact on the kitchen. But it shouldn't be in this price range. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the restaurant and have eaten much better in many fine dining restaurants without a star.

After struggling to find a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation—especially with a child and a carriage—we were lucky to discover this cozy and welcoming place. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made all the difference. The food was excellent. We tried: Antipasti: Millefoglie di melanzana – Great eggplant dish with mozzarella millefeuille with grated dry ricotta cheese. Primi: Paccheri al gambero rosso di Mazara – rich, perfectly cooked pasta with high-quality seafood Secondi: Cotoletta di vitello alla Milanese – crispy, tender, and a true Milanese classic Dolce: Tiramisù – creamy, balanced, and a perfect end to the meal Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed and family-friendly setting.

It will take you on a journey into authentic Italian cuisine in the class of the nobility of the past. The design and service take you into the noble houses of Milan of the past with the flavors of authentic food at the highest level. So what do you have to taste in a place like this? Of course we took the saffron risotto, one of the most Milanese dishes there is. Usually it is served with ossobucco, but this time we only took the risotto, the Milanese schnitzel, the cutlet that comes served on the bone and is delicate and delicious at the highest levels, and of course homemade tortellini stuffed with seasonal vegetables and handmade tomato pasta. Everything was simply perfect, just like an Italian mamma.

Delicate ricotta with its creamy texture and slight saltiness captivated me from the first bite. The Russian salad, served with an elegant twist, retains its traditional charm but takes on a sophisticated twist. The artichoke, cooked to perfection, was a surprise with its combination of crunch and softness, and the lobster... Oh, that lobster! Juicy meat, emphasized by an exquisite sauce, became the main character of the evening. Wines: The Don Carlo wine list is a special delight. The 2020 Barolo I chose was the perfect dinner companion: full-bodied, with velvety tannins and notes of ripe berries, it complemented each dish harmoniously. Service. The staff showed the highest level of professionalism - attentive but unobtrusive, with in-depth knowledge of the menu. Every recommendation from the waiter was accurate, and the service was impeccably fast. 10/05/2025: We celebrated the wedding at Nuovo Bosco: what can I say... The location is spectacular, perfect for a day outdoors and with beautifully decorated interiors. Added to this are the competence of the entire team and an excellent cuisine that is very attentive to every request and intolerance. The organization and management of the event were perfect and as the icing on the cake there were a whole series of "accessory" services such as wedding favors (the jams were delicious) and sugared almonds. We definitely couldn't have trusted better hands for our wedding!

03/05/2025: Very nice restaurant surrounded by greenery. I was in this location as a guest at a wedding. Impeccable organization, original and truly excellent food. Outside, aperitif, organized in islands, where nothing was missing... indeed!! Single portions of every kind and type, fish, meat, cheeses, cured meats, very refined and truly excellent, all accompanied by the professionalism of the room and counter staff. Freshly cooked fried food island. They satisfied all my needs given my lactose intolerance without any problems. Excellent country chic location. Really compliments. And a special thanks also to the little Lama, well cared for and managed by the boy who encouraged guests to pet him and take beautiful photos. A very beautiful estate. COMPLIMENTS!
