05/03/2025: We went to Trattoria delle Miniere intrigued by some excellent advertising on social channels. Wonderful place, by choosing the tasting menu you can enjoy an unrivaled quality/price ratio. Starters, first courses, second courses and desserts to leave the restaurant full, at a truly minimal price for quality and experience. The emulsified products and mousses are particularly appreciated, both sweet and savory, they are prepared in a perfect and delicate way. The best dish in our opinion was the chickpea mousse with lamb stew at the base. Truly remarkable play of textures and flavours. We will definitely be back, impeccable and formal service, but young and dynamic. Suitable for the proposals and the environment. Overall, the room was very well designed in terms of colors and layouts. From the first bite to the last, truly a rare pearl immersed in the greenery of a small village with few souls in the low season. Excellent.

22/02/2025: The Mines are a real gem of the Brembana Valley. Chic restaurant that offers typical traditional dishes in a modern key, using local resources. The environment is romantic, relaxing and private. The professional and helpful staff. Each dish is explained in detail, to give the customer the opportunity to grasp every little nuance of the tastes and aromas. Excellent products, everything delicious. Impossible to find any flaws.

Il signor Mario ci ha messo a nostro agio sin da subito, ha esperienza in quello che fa e si vede. Locale curato in ogni minimo particolare e cibo davvero molto buono. Tutto fatto in casa, dal pane ai salumi e al vino. Un esperienza che consiglio a tutti. Prezzi giusti.

The ingredients are high quality, fresh and tasty, and you can feel all the care in the selection of raw materials. The place has a welcoming and modern atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends or as a couple. The staff is kind and attentive. Highly recommended!!

27/01/2025: I have known the restaurant for 15 years. I've always eaten very well. I hadn't been there for years. I went back this year on January 1st. Nothing has changed. Always the same with the famous casoncelli. Wonderful as always. We always eat very well.

18/03/2025: It's been years since I left a lunch so satisfied. Trattoria Righini gave me one of the most memorable experiences in the Pavia area, if not in Italy, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. A place that seems to have stopped in time, becoming a true rarity in the Italian gastronomic panorama. The menu is fixed and prepare to arrive very hungry! There are about ten appetizers, and the quantity is equal to the quality: all excellent, but honorable mention goes to the lard, cotechino and raw meat - simply incredible. We continue with three first courses: the ravioli with braised meat and those with pecorino and ricotta, homemade, tell the story of the skill of the kitchen at first taste. The artichoke risotto, despite not being a favorite of mine, amazed me with its balance and attention to flavors. The second courses? Four different meats with potatoes. More applause, but the rabbit deserves special praise. When you think it's time for dessert, a refreshing sorbet arrives and... the polenta trolley. I chose it with Gorgonzola and figs: I've never eaten such good cooked figs. The final dessert did nothing but confirm how super this place is: homemade cake with top-quality mascarpone and amazing vanilla ice cream. A non-trivial note: you can ask for seconds, and the staff will be very happy to hear how much you appreciate their products. All this goodness, with house wine, coffee and bitters, for only 40 euros per person. To make everything even more beautiful, let's talk about the staff: smiling, passionate and in love with this unique trattoria. You can feel how much they care about making their passion for the territory and tradition felt. I hope this review conveys the enthusiasm I felt, everyone should have a similar experience, rustic at the right point but authentic. As a lover of good food, Trattoria Righini will always have a special place.
