Say Cheese Bistrot

22/03/2026: Vale is very nice and welcoming. Very interesting menu, wide selection of cheeses. Unfortunately, that evening there were problems in the kitchen, resulting in a delay in service. The excellent and very friendly lady Patrizia handled the situation. The owner was very courteous and professional.
18/03/2026: A pleasant evening, good food, and a reasonable wait. The people were very friendly and helpful, especially Patrizia, who made the evening even more fun.
