TOP raw materials, perfect cooking and cooking of the meats, both on stews and steaks. Really excellent tartare and practically infinite wine cellar. Congratulations indeed!

09/06/2025: Discovered by chance (motorcycle ride). It is located inside the Borgo... Typical place of an old inn, welcoming. I had tortelli with melted butter, polenta and cheese....spectacular. Very affordable prices.
I will definitely return with a group of friends.

10/05/2025: Had a working lunch, with a fixed menu but with a choice of 5/6 first courses and as many second courses.
You will certainly leave full and satisfied.
Recommended for a quick lunch, very fast and attentive service.

A dinner, a different place for an evening to repeat for sure. But why not also try a cooking class??? It's already in my mind!!

05/06/2025: We stayed overnight while passing through. The room was new and very clean, with a great view, a very comfortable bed, and very friendly staff. We were able to park right in front of the door, and the breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We'd be happy to come back if we're in the area.

L’ambiente è accogliente e tranquillo anche se la giornata era di festa e c’era molta gente

13/06/2025: We thought it was pizza al taglio and instead it is a pizza in pala that is made in slices (yes, there is a difference). The product is good but nothing special in reality. PRICES TOO EXAGGERATED. I recommend the one with bacon, potatoes and mozzarella. There is not even a table where you can eat it on the spot (the adjacent places have them). We were not very happy. The prices make you run away.

21/06/2025: Sehr günstiges Lokal in fast schon trashig überdekoriertem Ambiente. Ordentliche Küche, die auch mal Speisen bietet, welche man in der Umbebung sonst nicht bekommt. Probieren sie den geräucherten Schwertfisch als Vorspeise. Auch die Fleischgerichte sehen sehr gut aus. Rammelvoll, also rechtzeitig reservieren!
09/06/2025: Trattoria Parietti is a real treasure! We were warmly welcomed and the service was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, with typical dishes prepared with love and care. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, perfect for a romantic dinner or with friends.

in the evening: restaurant for lovers of good grilled meat. Worthy of note is the overall service, including the staff, exceptional meat. Varied wine list with interesting labels.
with the receipt they also give you the weights of the meat eaten, well done guys!
A detail not very relevant but worth knowing, not very visible from the road and lack of private parking.

I have been there for 20 times and every time i love the meal and the service quality.
My suggestion, call before you want to go there for reservation.
