27/08/2025: I love Casteldario's risottos, and I think I've tried and appreciated just about every one of its restaurants, all specializing in the area's signature dish, risotto. I recently went to Trattoria Cusmana for the first time, and it was a delightful surprise. It must be said that we travel from Brescia just to eat risottos, and the quality we were served was truly exceptional, I think it's hard to beat. The portions are generous, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly, and the prices reasonable. The view of the castle is also charming. I can't comment on the rest of the menu, which is very attractive... but we'll try to explore it further soon. We've promised ourselves we'll return soon; we were all so happy. It's about an hour and a half from home, but we're truly extraordinarily rewarded and satisfied.

09/08/2025: An amazing fermented food restaurant!! We made a reservation because we were interested in the fermented food menu using koji. We had three people for lunch.
The ingredients were organic and of high quality, so we were assured of their quality.
The menu only had 7- or 10-course meals.
Every dish was amazing! We learned a lot about the unique and unconventional use of koji, the key ingredient in Japanese fermented foods. The shabu-shabu, made with koji, herbs, and aromatics, was also incredibly delicious. 😋✨
To be honest, some of the dishes were a bit off-putting, but most had complex, deep flavors that were hard to imagine from their appearance.
You could really tell that a lot of effort went into their preparations.
The bread was also incredibly delicious! The kombucha was elegant! Everything was handmade and made with organic ingredients, so the value for money was excellent!!
The only downside was that many of the dishes were unpopular with children.

12/09/2025: A small and warm place with a cozy atmosphere, serving truly traditional and amazing pizza. I tried the Pizza 4 Stagioni, and it was excellent! The menu is only in Italian, which adds to the authentic experience. There are plenty of options, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A perfect spot to enjoy real Italian flavors!

11/08/2025: They'll pick you up in a jeep, and after a half-hour ride, you'll arrive at the Tavecchia refuge. Beautiful walks start on the right. For the less fit, it'll take about 20 minutes to reach the Madonna delle Nevi refuge, and for the fitter, you can continue to Lago del Sasso and beyond. Delicious lunch at the Tavecchia refuge, then return by jeep, all included for €35. A must-try!

They proved to be competent, helpful, and always ready to meet our every need, even offering valuable advice. On the wedding day, everything was impeccable: from appetizers to desserts, every course was perfect. The appetizer stations were always well-stocked, and the re-ordering of first and second courses allowed all guests to enjoy each dish at their leisure. We received numerous compliments from our guests.
Diana, always available from the first meeting, attentive and ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The service was impeccable, and the staff extremely professional.
A restaurant we recommend for its quality and organization.
