14/11/2025: Excellent grilled rib steak, cooked to perfection. Very delicate donkey tartar. Cream of vegetable soup, baked potatoes, and guinea fowl-filled ravioli. All very good. We'll be back.

05/11/2025: AVOID for poor service. Extremely Disappointing and DISCRIMINATORY Service I just had a very UPSETTING experience at Cantine Milano. Our waiter, ARAFAT was extremely unprofessional and made me feel completely disrespected throughout the meal. From the moment we sat down, he did not make eye contact with me, did not ask for my order directly, and spoke only to my partner. He was only tapping away in his tablet. He didn’t check on me once during the meal — it was as if I wasn’t even there. Everything to my partner. As an Asian woman, I couldn’t help but feel that I was being discriminated against, whether because of my RACE, my GENDER, or both. I tried to address this with Arafat and with the manager, but instead of listening, he was dismissive and actually walked away mid-conversation. I found this behaviour completely unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional. I’ve dined at many restaurants around the world, and I have never experienced such disrespectful service. I truly hope management takes this matter seriously, provides training on basic respect and cultural sensitivity, and ensures that no other guest has to go through something similar. Cantine Milano has a beautiful setting and great potential, but until they address such behavior, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Good way to ruin our 3rd Anniversary dinner, Arafat.

04/10/2025: Excellent pizza and focaccia, truly tasty and well-made! The staff, and especially the owner, are incredibly kind, always welcoming and smiling. The place has a rustic yet meticulously crafted atmosphere, making it warm and inviting. Its strategic location along the road between Pescate and Garlate makes it perfect for a quick stop. You can also purchase excellent local products like olive oil, bread, taralli, and wine. Excellent value. Highly recommended!

01/10/2025: Lovely owners that you really can feel take care of you and make DELICIOUS pizza. One of the best in the area of Como! Try the one with nduja, it's spicy but sooo good! We came back again to eat here, and next time we're around we'll definitely do so again.

The dishes are homemade, the wines are delicious, and some we haven't tried before, which we always discover with their help. The homemade products are good quality and value. 20/11/2025: Stopped by by chance for work. The food is very good. Homemade and made with dedication. The service was excellent. Friendly, courteous, and well-made. I didn't eat the pizza, but I saw them coming out. It looked very inviting, but I'll make it a point of reference for future occasions.

10/11/2025: We visited for a graduation dinner and were truly satisfied. The food was delicious, the atmosphere beautiful, and the wait staff were incredibly friendly. They looked after us with a very nervous one-year-old who couldn't fall asleep. We'll definitely be back for other occasions and recommend it to everyone.

02/11/2025: A wonderful experience. A visit to the winery with a top tasting! We also had lunch, and it was truly excellent. The man who accompanied us on the tour and tasting was thorough, and every detail was appreciated. The tasting included three samples of three different wines, with a simple and detailed explanation. The tasting was accompanied by crostini, parmesan cheese, and bread bites with coppa and excellent salami. We were thrilled with the lunch. We had the Franciacorta menu and loved everything; the risotto was top! The waitresses were all friendly and smiling. The lady who served us lunch from start to finish was truly energetic and very nice. Last but not least, the location. Beautiful!! We'll definitely be back because we had a great time and to purchase more quality wine... perhaps with an overnight stay.

03/11/2025: We had the most wonderful dinner at this family-run Italian restaurant — truly a hidden gem. The amazing service and the cozy atmosphere made the whole experience unforgettable. The food was exceptional from start to finish. The pistachio pasta was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, the duck breast was tender and full of flavour and the slow-cooked beef simply melted in the mouth. For dessert, the apple cake with mousse was the perfect ending — light, fragrant, and beautifully presented. We left feeling completely satisfied and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Italian food served with genuine hospitality!

17/10/2025: A very charming restaurant, clean and tidy, and very friendly and welcoming staff. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the freshness and quality of the products. The raw fish dishes and antipasti are top-notch, the gourmet steaks are superb, the wine cellar is top-notch... live music on weekends. Highly recommended.
