10/03/2025: Homemade cuisine, the quality/price ratio is very high. Don't expect a refined place, it's an easy-going place in a truly unmissable and exciting context within Tuscania, you spend very little and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly and informal. In summer you can eat outdoors in a very particular location. I went back after years and confirmed everything, it's just a shame that the coffee was brought to us cold, probably because they prepare it first.

21/01/2025: I wanted to leave a 0 star rating, but unfortunately that's not possible. I want to express my disappointment with the management of the place, despite the kindness shown by a single waiter. The alleged owner, together with the manager who coordinated the tables, did not consider it appropriate to find a solution to allow a person with a disability to sit on the lower floor, thus avoiding the several steps necessary to access the upper floor. I find this lack of attention unacceptable in an era where inclusivity and accessibility should be key priorities. I expect my criticism to be received with a constructive attitude, but I fear that, as has happened in the past, the reaction will be sarcastic or disrespectful towards anyone who dares to express a negative opinion. It would be more appropriate to seriously reflect on this feedback instead of responding with derision. It's a question of professionalism.

02/03/2025: Bassano in Teverina is worth a stop for a guided tour of the clock tower (to be booked) and then the highly recommended restaurant in town, Osteria del Belvedere. Here too I recommend you book. The place, carved into the rock, is truly evocative especially if, like us, you dine on the mezzanine. Typical cuisine, refined and plentiful. Courteous and fast service. The prices are not exactly cheap but given the portions you can spend 90 euros for two on enough food (1 starter, 2 first courses and 1 dessert). The only complaint was that the tagliatelle was a little too greasy.

27/10/2024: Tricky with parking as there is no carpark. Had to leave the car like 300meters away, outside someone’s house. The actual place is really nice. Great lake view. Feels cosy and homely. The guys were super cool as tried to speak in Italian with my terribly broken Italian without switching to English and at the end without properly knowing what we ordered, he brought us some lovely food:)

09/03/2025: We had the misfortune of being served by an unsuitable waitress, who didn't even have time to finish the course and she already took away your plate, even though we pointed it out several times. Pizza not cooked and heavy to digest.. all too fast.
