16/10/2025: We're a group of Spaniards in Tuscania. We've been to several different places, and they've all been really nice except for this one. First of all, due to the language barrier, they brought us a pizza board that we NEVER ordered (she tried to give us the leftovers). She told us she only had that, and when we told her we wanted something else, she said goodbye. Once we paid for the drink, we were about to leave, and the owner said she'd made us a whole pizza (it had a tomato-based crust, nothing else, and again, WE NEVER ORDERED THAT), and she ended by saying that we should be Spanish and go back to our own country. The rest of the waiters were very nice. The owner was unpleasant and xenophobic. EDIT: I'm editing the review so I can respond to the owner. We arrived at 8:50 p.m., when the place, on Google, says it's open until 11:00 p.m. on Sunday. If you want to close early, it's not your customers' problem, as they arrived more than two hours early. If not, change the hours you listed on Google. Secondly, we NEVER got around to ordering ANYTHING. You brought us the leftovers you had, and when we paid for our drinks because you kicked us out for not wanting the leftovers, you said as we were leaving that you were making another pizza we DIDN'T ORDER. A pizza that was on the counter and was just dough and tomato, nothing else. At least you're not denying that you're a xenophobe who told us to go back to our country; that does you credit. I repeat: If you're coming from outside, don't visit this place. There are many others where you'll be treated with love and respect, and where you'll eat incredibly well.

12/10/2025: Terrible service. He tried to give us what he had left without warning us or even asking. After telling us we didn't want that, he treated us rudely and told us to pay. We left without dinner and with a very bad taste in our mouths. Disgraceful.

23/02/2026: Pizzeria and restaurant located in the main square of the village of San Martino al Cimino. A welcoming location, it offers pizza and good food made with local ingredients. Friendly staff, moderate prices. A bit noisy when busy.

17/02/2026: We had a great evening on Valentine's Day. The food was excellent, the portions were quite generous, and the waiters were friendly. We'll be back.

02/01/2026: Spacious and clean room. Large and spacious bathroom. Decent breakfast with plenty of sweet options, but not much savory. Fridge noisy all night. Shower head unusable.

18/12/2025: Clean, warm, and welcoming rooms. Poorly organized breakfast... a group of 80 people lined up for the breakfast buffet... placed on a long table... if I just want a coffee, I have to wait in line... Unpretentious food... only one choice... I ate meat for a first and second course two nights in a row... and on the last day, more meat for lunch... I expected to eat at least some lake fish or something else...

08/12/2025: One star is too many. I don't understand how they have all these positive reviews. Lunch for two: we ordered two first courses, one of which is pictured to show the gnocchi floating in oil. The fettuccine was cold and broken into pieces with two spoonfuls of sauce poured over it, with very fatty guanciale. A side of porcini mushrooms and potatoes, which were also floating in oil and soaked in it, was delicious. The two tomato bruschettas to start, a complimentary dish on the house, were delicious, except that when it came to the bill, the side of mushrooms and potatoes, which were originally listed at €10, was marked down to €20, a price cut amid much controversy. At checkout, there was terrible confusion and a hostile and surly attitude that made us never return.

20/02/2026: We ordered three portions of spaghetti carbonara to go and had to wait standing in the restaurant for well over an hour, with no complimentary drink or anything. The rigatoni carbonara we did receive tasted good, but for €36 it was far too little. It was at most 1.5 portions, and we're not big eaters. What a shame!

02/09/2025: This norcineria is absolutely divine. The food is wonderful. We ordered a mixed charcuterie board for three, a porchetta sandwich, a mortadella sandwich, as well as water and grapes and a bottle of excellent white wine. We couldn't finish it all without it. It was truly excellent and plentiful. We also purchased some charcuterie and cheeses to take home, which were extremely delicious. The bill was a truly pleasant surprise. I think we'll definitely be back next time I'm in Sutri. Thanks also to the staff who have to navigate so many people 🤗

29/08/2025: This is an amazing store that's been open over 75 years in Sutri. If you need meat this is definitely the place to come!

27/12/2025: We dined at this restaurant with a table reservation. The place is large and welcoming, and the waiters are very kind! The menu can be scanned on your phone. We opted for two appetizers: the sfizio and the whitefish carpaccio; and two first courses: ravioli with truffle and parmesan cream, and shrimp ravioli. Everything was very good and tasty! Highly recommended!

01/03/2026: The crab fettuccine tasted like nothing, the grilled fish was grilled so you'd think you couldn't go wrong, but instead there was a piece of tuna cooked to the point of being a slab. We waited 30 minutes before we could order, and then at least 40 minutes between dishes. They even managed to forget about the coffees. The large room they put us in was actually quite cold. The only positive was this nostalgic '70s experience. Reasonable prices.

31/08/2025: The terrace overlooking the sea offers an exceptional panoramic view, the staff are always welcoming and friendly, and the delicious dishes offer a unique blend of flavors, brought together by the chefs' highly professional passion. The spicy pineapple compote that accompanied the fried fish was a must-try. On Sunday evenings, the seafood aperitif was excellent, a departure from the usual aperitif routine. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.

30/08/2025: I can't understand the negative reviews. Guys, if you've just finished watching "Masterscientist" and "Four Restaurants," and suddenly feel like a food critic, well, go give your opinions on TV in the right places! I've personally already eaten there for dinner on two occasions while on vacation. In a few days, I'll clock in for my third visit. I like eating fish, and eating it well, so I adjust my meals accordingly. That's enough.

12/12/2025: The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the city center and offers on-site parking. The rooms are nice and offer many amenities: slippers, a needle and thread kit, another kit with a nail file, cotton swabs, and makeup remover pads, coffee pods, a bottle of water, and tea bags. The breakfast is really good! They serve both sweet and savory options, and I really appreciated the manual orange squeezer. The service is good and the price is reasonable. The only downside: the hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar, and there's not much within walking distance. I recommend it!
