14/10/2025: Beershock is a must-visit in Viterbo for anyone who loves craft beer. I came here for a drink and a snack, and the experience was decidedly positive. The real highlight is the exceptional selection of draft and bottled beers. The menu is well-curated, and the staff demonstrates great expertise, offering the best recommendations among the various styles and new releases. Every visit is an opportunity to discover something new and high-quality. The food doesn't disappoint either. The pub food we ordered to accompany the beers (sandwiches) was decidedly good: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and excellent execution. Perfect for a hearty snack. Why 4 stars and not 5? The only small reservation concerns the atmosphere or service during busy periods; sometimes, when the place is crowded, the wait for a snack can be a bit long. In short: if you're looking for fantastic craft beers and a relaxed atmosphere for a quality snack in Viterbo, Beershock is the place to go!

27/10/2025: This historic restaurant located in the lower part of Montefiascone is always a good choice! The handmade pasta is excellent, as are the meat and desserts! It's not a given that you'll find half bottles of white and red wine, as well as Nepi Rossa.

21/09/2025: Lovely little trattoria right on the shore, beautiful views over lake Bolsena. The food and atmosphere were great. We had two courses with wine and beer for €30 each. The staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

01/10/2025: Warm welcome and, although small, a lovely atmosphere. Very good pizzas with very tasty combinations. The presentation of the pizzas is superior, very meticulously crafted and delicious even just looking at them. The greeting at the end of the pizza from the owner, who wanted to reassure us that everything had gone well, was also much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

28/09/2025: My partner and I spent two nights in Viterbo. It was right across the street from our vacation rental, and we decided to have a few wines. The next morning, we had breakfast there, and in the afternoon, when they had a wine tasting with great music, we went back again. The owners are lovely and treated us wonderfully. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. If we return to Viterbo, we will definitely come back.

Try their seafood appetizer and, if you're lucky, a shrimp salad with freshly harvested shrimp eggs. Friendly owners and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

Grilled meat with various vegetables and pasta with mussels were very flavorful. Two good recommendations, accompanied by house wine. The outdoor terrace was a plus in good weather. 29/10/2025: It's been over 40 years that I've been stopping for lunch and/or dinner, always the best. Yesterday at lunch, after waiting for over 40 minutes, the plate with tagliatelle, cream and salmon arrived, very cold, who knows how long it had been ready in the kitchen and they hadn't served it at the table. Then I asked several waiters for cheese to put on top of the tagliatelle and no one paid attention to me. At this point, I got up from the table and left. I'm really sorry to write this bad review. I hope the owners read it and will take action against the waiters and cooks.
