03/06/2025: Buonasera, un mio amico mi aveva parlato di alcuni piatti particolari, tra i quali le linguine al granceola, ma tra le varie foto non le avevo trovate coì siamo andati e ho richiesto esplicitamente questo piatto di cui allego la foto, e devo dire che sono rimasto positivamente sorpreso per la qualità del prodotto e l’originalità. Mi sono complimentato con il proprietario Sig. Ennio, molto simpatico e di buoni consigli; infatti, il mio pranzo è finito con una stupenda coratella con i carciofi. I miei amici hanno preso altre pietanze ma tutte molto curate e di qualità. Che dire sorpresa molto positiva giusto rapporto qualità prezzo, insomma ci tornerò presto per assaggiare gli altri piatti che ho visto passare. Bravi continuate così.

02/08/2025: Ci siamo capitati passeggiando per il lago e l’esperienza è stata ottima: ostriche fritte, gnocchetti con gazpacho di pesca, spaghetti di seppia e amatriciana di lago, torta di farro e mele tutto veramente squisito, sapori nuovi e ben serviti. Lo súper consiglio. Rapporto qualità prezzo sorprendente e sono anche simpatici!

27/07/2025: Excellent restaurant, good food, but I think it's too avant-garde and innovative for the place. I liked some innovations, others were too risky, but still a good restaurant.

23/07/2025: The food at Dante is excellent. The rolled pizza (called lungo) is excellent and original. You can choose regular, whole wheat, or Napoli dough. The pizzas are generous and well-topped. The service is quick and friendly. The only thing I'd say/advise is to improve the acoustics (at least in the smaller room as you enter on the left). It's terrible. With multiple tables, the conversations drown out everyone else's voices to the point that even the waiters have a hard time understanding what you're ordering.

31/07/2025: Quick family pizza: on the lakeshore, reached by a very narrow but quaint road. There's a large green space outside. We went at sunset and the view of the lake is stunning. Delicious pizza, crispy and with a wide variety of toppings.

19/07/2025: Everything was good: the appetizers, the first courses, the desserts, especially the fish, which is something you wouldn't expect in this type of place but is definitely worth trying. I've always had a great time there.

12/07/2025: This trattoria is located on a small street in the historic center of Blera. A wooden door leads to a ground-floor room furnished with large wooden tables, stone walls, and wooden beams on the ceiling. There's another room in the basement. We start with the house antipasto, a small plate with a slice of prosciutto crudo and capocollo accompanied by a bruschetta made with freshly made extra virgin olive oil. We also ordered beans with pork rinds and coratella (a kind of lamb cutlet), all delicious and plentiful, accompanied by the house vinobrosso. Next, we chose two starters: tagliolini with sheep's milk ragù and tagliolini with chanterelle mushrooms. For main courses, we also chose two starters: lamb cacciatore in bianco (white) and mutton with potatoes in tomato sauce. To finish, we enjoyed homemade desserts: wine-flavored donuts, coffee, and a house liqueur. Service was prompt, courteous, and friendly.

07/07/2025: Very nice place, well-kept, and especially for those who suffer from the heat, very fresh. Perfect service. The waiters are always attentive and ready. Dishes, wonderful. Bill, well, if you want to eat well, you have to pay, and here you eat very well. Raw fish, first courses, desserts, everything really very good. Compliments.

08/07/2025: Wonderful place near Lake Bolsena, an unforgettable sunset, truly exceptional pizza, hamburgers with juicy and quality meat. Even the fried food was delicious. For beer lovers, the red Leffe has a perfect draft, you can tell they are not beers that have been there for months, even the Guinness is very good and creamy like in the best Irish pubs. The owner is also a musician and also plays Irish music. In short, really recommended!!

15/07/2025: How can you say the food is good? The waitress was kind, and looking at the menu, we would have returned. We ordered a plate of pici cacio e pepe and a plate of tagliolini with mussels (five of them) and some diced potatoes, with a sprinkling of bottarga (not even a hint), but the worst part was that they arrived cold and wrapped up, a mess! We pointed this out, but the response, as always, was unfortunately: no one ever told you that. I don't recommend it!

13/07/2025: We were here with my family and we ordered carbonara here. It was delicious and really tasty. And also they have here really tasty dessert. So i can surely recommend to try carbonara here

12/07/2025: In beautiful Bolsena... a special encounter with Papayo! A small rotisserie pizzeria but of GREAT quality. We tried the pizza al pala, made with selected flours and a long leavening time, uniquely soft and with a fantastic crispy exterior... yesterday, off the menu, there was fried fish, what can I say: High quality! Fresh fish and expertly fried! Generous portions and an excellent price! Thanks to Paolo and Giulia, the very kind and friendly owners!
