30/09/2025: A delicious and plentiful plate of handmade pasta, a welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, and excellent prices (€7 for a gricia). I would have used a little less oil, but this one flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience, which, I confirm, deserves five stars.

06/10/2025: Perfect is an understatement. We ate wonderfully; everything was delicious and plentiful. The place is quiet and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff is friendly and courteous and very attentive to their customers. For what we ate, we got what we deserved. I recommend the cheese and porcini fondue. We'll definitely be back. Everything was perfect; we loved it.

05/07/2025: Spacious and clean place. Presentation of the sweets neat and inviting. I showed up without a reservation, even though I needed a tray of brioches in a “significant” number. They bent over backwards to accommodate me, even involving the laboratory staff in the back. In the end I took both brioches and pastries, and when it came to eating them, everything turned out to be delicious.

13/09/2025: A welcoming place in the square in Santopadre, with very friendly staff... the 45 giri often offers spectacular evenings of music and entertainment... you can eat many varieties of pizza or sandwiches with excellent quality meat... I live nearby but work 50 kilometers from the bar... early in the morning I sometimes stop elsewhere... well... I meet many bars on the street... but the croissants that an employee named Alessandra bakes and prepares... are unparalleled... my son only drinks the milk with cocoa that she prepares and I have never had burnt coffee or heavy, raw or burnt croissants when she is there... always fragrant... a staff of young and willing guys who put so much passion into what they do... I attach photos of the creations prepared on the fly by Alessandra... donuts prepared on the spot... absolutely worth trying

22/08/2025: We were a family group of 14, yet we were accommodated inside the bar. Service was friendly and efficient. The pizzas were excellent, which is a big reason I'm writing this review. Santopadre is one of many charming small towns in the mountains that make Italy such an attractive destination.

The appetizers and first courses are excellent, outside of the usual menus. Try the famous "caramelle" with radicchio and scamorza... but the ravioli are also a must-try. The real specialty is the meat... the entrecôte is a must-try... and what about the desserts??? The berry cheesecake... simply sublime. La Baita in Saracinesco... once you know it, you'll fall in love with it.

15/10/2025: Quite frankly, it is often said that the state of the toilets reflects the hygiene of an establishment offering food, so it is simply scandalous to leave them in such an unsanitary state.... there is such a contrast between the beauty of the desserts offered for sale and the toilets that I had the impression of changing establishments..... how can a head of an establishment of this order leave these toilets in such a state? Very disappointed but hoping that he will do what is necessary to improve this.

The appetizers and first courses were excellent: spaghetti with clams and parcels with shrimp, calamari, cherry tomatoes, and crushed pistachios. The sorbet was delicious, but the bread and the slices of pizza bianca and focaccia deserve a special mention. The waiter was friendly and never intrusive... 29/10/2025: Fresh fish with raw fish visible, and meat also visible. We had an appetizer of cured meats with buffalo mozzarella, grilled and fried vegetables (excellent fried artichokes). For starters, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were delicious and richly seasoned (full of mushrooms), followed by a delicate scampi cream risotto. For main course, a grilled meat and delicious baked potatoes. Salad and then a mille-feuille dessert, both beautiful to look at and delicious. Super friendly staff, generous portions, and even reheated. A very well-kept venue with rooms for private parties and ample unattended parking outside.

08/10/2025: We regret to say that we had booked a table with The Fork and then called two days in advance asking for a table for two inside the restaurant. When we arrived on time, the waiter told us that it wasn't possible due to an event, and that our seats were therefore taken. We left. To be fair, they should have given us a heads-up since we'd spoken days before and there was a reservation anyway. It's the end of September, and the temperatures have dropped significantly. Disappointed.

01/10/2025: I asked for a steak with tartufo or truffle, medium rare. I received a rare steak with rosemary. I was shown the same steak, completely cooked, hidden under a substance. If I hadn't known the taste of truffle perfectly, it would have been a success. According to the waiter, the substance was truffle shavings. Such a mass of truffle shavings costs a fortune. 28/09/2025: Dinner with friends. We were invited to dinner at this restaurant. The entrance is large, with parking available inside. The dining room was large and welcoming. We had pizza and meat, but what really caught my attention was the spectacular way the cacio e pepe was served. Everything was delicious. The staff who served us were quick, kind, and polite. I enjoyed it and will definitely return.

14/09/2025: On September 14, 2025, I had lunch with my family at Ristorante La Sabina Romana. I must say it's an excellent restaurant in the heart of Sabina. The seafood (a lavish appetizer, seafood risotto, and fried fish) was delicious, delicate, and elegantly and luxuriously plated, using high-quality ingredients. In addition to the seafood, we also sampled the desserts, which were also exquisite and elegantly plated. Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant's atmosphere deserves special mention: welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Above all, the staff are very attentive and professional, bringing the dishes to the table and advising customers on the menu. Last but not least, I want to highlight the skill of the owner, Andrea, a longtime friend and a special person. I highly recommend this restaurant.

22/11/2025: Rooftop bar Ambrosia: I had the pleasure of the bar manager (The Prince “Maurizio”) making me a cocktail. The cocktail he made was his famous “Ambrosia”. Highly recommended to those who are visiting. Great experience!
