09/11/2025: We returned after two years and had a great time. The appetizers and first courses were excellent: spaghetti with clams and parcels with shrimp, calamari, cherry tomatoes, and crushed pistachios. The sorbet was delicious, but the bread and the slices of pizza bianca and focaccia deserve a special mention. The waiter was friendly and never intrusive... Prices were high, but the quality was unquestionable. Well done. Romeo

29/10/2025: Fresh fish with raw fish visible, and meat also visible. We had an appetizer of cured meats with buffalo mozzarella, grilled and fried vegetables (excellent fried artichokes). For starters, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were delicious and richly seasoned (full of mushrooms), followed by a delicate scampi cream risotto. For main course, a grilled meat and delicious baked potatoes. Salad and then a mille-feuille dessert, both beautiful to look at and delicious. Super friendly staff, generous portions, and even reheated. A very well-kept venue with rooms for private parties and ample unattended parking outside.

03/11/2025: After a long day I decided to treat myself — especially since I’d just received a nice bonus from a website (it’s shown in the photo). Ordered pasta and just enjoyed it. It had that cozy, peaceful feeling you often miss during busy days.

31/10/2025: Very nice and welcoming restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. Very good food, with the carbonara being excellent. Excellent appetizers. Reasonably priced.

07/12/2025: We're enthusiastic longtime customers; every time we come to Rome, we dine at Osteria dell'Ingegno. Our latest experience wasn't particularly positive with the service. The dishes didn't arrive all at once, but were scattered around. For four people, bringing one dish at a time while other dishes were being prepared shows little attention to the guests at the same table. When the soup arrived, it was cold... so we waited for a soup, the dish of the day, which arrived late and unheated, after other dishes had arrived first. We believe there was some problem in the kitchen because the girl in the dining room understood and apologized, while the kitchen hadn't understood that the dishes at our table were supposed to come out all at once. When paying, I informed the gentleman at the cashier, who could only say... "I'm sorry." A real, small gesture demonstrating empathy toward customers—not just our longtime customers, but all of them—would have been appreciated. P.S.: Top desserts, fantastic panna cotta.

06/10/2025: The place is quite small but incredibly welcoming and cozy, with lovely background music. This place was recommended to me, and I have to say it absolutely lived up to my expectations. I'll start by saying that I'm celiac, and this place offers practically everything gluten-free. The gluten-free pizza isn't Roman, but more Neapolitan-style, and it's perhaps the best I've ever had—very light dough, flavorful, and generous toppings. The supplì averaged 7.5/8, and the dessert was incredibly good, a 9 (a sponge cake with cocoa ricotta). If you're celiac, come here!

15/10/2025: Quite frankly, it is often said that the state of the toilets reflects the hygiene of an establishment offering food, so it is simply scandalous to leave them in such an unsanitary state.... there is such a contrast between the beauty of the desserts offered for sale and the toilets that I had the impression of changing establishments..... how can a head of an establishment of this order leave these toilets in such a state? Very disappointed but hoping that he will do what is necessary to improve this.

09/11/2025: Fabulous lunch in a spectacular location. Recommended for those who love authentic Roman cuisine. We chose it at the last minute with the only available table. Typical Roman menu at competitive prices. The typical appetizer (porchetta, sausages, loin, prosciutto, dried meat, buffalo mozzarella, ricotta, olives, and pecorino romano) is fabulous, the porchetta is fabulous (we're in Ariccia), the cacio e pepe (a kind of pasta) and the Roman-style tripe are superb. And, of course, the sautéed chicory. All of this, I repeat, at very fair prices. Special praise to the waitress (sorry, I don't know your name) who was welcoming, kind, and genuine. Brava!

16/10/2025: What a discovery! A spotlessly clean place, an elegant yet casual atmosphere, traditional dishes, and reasonable prices. The quality of the dishes was superb, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The meat was top-notch! We'll definitely be back.

25/10/2025: There were 13 of us on the sofas, but there weren't enough seats, so they gave us stools... Well-made cocktails. There wasn't table service; we had to go to the bar. However, I saw that table service is available. The atmosphere is characterized by soft red lighting, nude paintings, and other interesting things.

10/10/2025: Good restaurant with original dishes and bold flavors. Excellent meat, fast service. Good wine selection. The restaurant is a bit hidden but very rustic.

06/10/2025: Perfect is an understatement. We ate wonderfully; everything was delicious and plentiful. The place is quiet and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff is friendly and courteous and very attentive to their customers. For what we ate, we got what we deserved. I recommend the cheese and porcini fondue. We'll definitely be back. Everything was perfect; we loved it.

02/11/2025: Really delicious food, and rarely have we had so much meat for such a good price. Very friendly waiter who even spoke English. Delicious tiramisu for dessert. The only thing that could be improved was if the lighting was a little more intimate (not so cozy with visible light bulbs)

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06.
