13/09/2025: A welcoming place in the square in Santopadre, with very friendly staff... the 45 giri often offers spectacular evenings of music and entertainment... you can eat many varieties of pizza or sandwiches with excellent quality meat... I live nearby but work 50 kilometers from the bar... early in the morning I sometimes stop elsewhere... well... I meet many bars on the street... but the croissants that an employee named Alessandra bakes and prepares... are unparalleled... my son only drinks the milk with cocoa that she prepares and I have never had burnt coffee or heavy, raw or burnt croissants when she is there... always fragrant... a staff of young and willing guys who put so much passion into what they do... I attach photos of the creations prepared on the fly by Alessandra... donuts prepared on the spot... absolutely worth trying

22/08/2025: We were a family group of 14, yet we were accommodated inside the bar. Service was friendly and efficient. The pizzas were excellent, which is a big reason I'm writing this review. Santopadre is one of many charming small towns in the mountains that make Italy such an attractive destination.

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 06/10/2025: Perfect is an understatement. We ate wonderfully; everything was delicious and plentiful. The place is quiet and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff is friendly and courteous and very attentive to their customers. For what we ate, we got what we deserved. I recommend the cheese and porcini fondue. We'll definitely be back. Everything was perfect; we loved it.

12/10/2025: During our stay in Rome, we stopped for dinner one evening at La Locanda del Buongustaio, and we have to say it was one of the most pleasant experiences of the trip! The restaurant is traditional, welcoming, and authentic, with a family atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The woman in the dining room was incredibly kind and attentive—people like that really make the difference! We chose to try a bit of everything: typical Roman dishes, generous portions, fresh, carefully selected ingredients, and evident attention to detail in every course. The carbonara is simply fantastic, the best I've ever had! The amatriciana is top-notch, the cacio e pepe excellent, and the gricia superb. The meat dishes were incredibly tender, melting in the mouth, and paired with excellent wines. And finally, the desserts: truly tempting! A place that has remained in our hearts and we will definitely return to on our next visit to Rome.

20/11/2025: It was a very crowded Saturday night, but we ate without a long wait! The fried foods were delicious, the pizza was super tasty and easy to digest. The price was more than fair! I'll definitely be back! ❤️

The food was truly tasty and well-prepared: the pasta was perfectly al dente, the seafood fresh, and the sauce light and aromatic. The restaurant’s atmosphere is pleasant, and you can tell they really know how to cook here. I also counted the calories using the service mentioned in the photo attached to my review. It turned out to be super convenient — in just a few seconds I got the full calorie and macro breakdown. For anyone tracking their diet, this is a real gem: you can easily keep everything under control and stay balanced.

A true hidden gem, tucked away with its effortlessly cool industrial-chic style, yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve come here for everything from aperitivi to tea time, and each visit is an experience in comfort, taste, and pure joy. But what really steals the show? The cakes. One more delicious than the other—honestly, it feels like a little piece of heaven in every bite. Yesterday was a full-blown flavour fairytale. I had the apple crumble pie and a triple chocolate slice, while my friend went for the pear crumble. Every mouthful was a journey—rich, balanced, comforting, and unforgettable. Like stepping into a magical land of flavours. I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review just to say: chapeau to the chef and the owner. You can tell that every detail—from the packaging to the branding—has been crafted with passion and precision. Thank you, Fabrica, for always making my stomach (and soul) so happy. I’ll be back again. And again. And again!

12/09/2025: I was out on business with a colleague, and when it was lunchtime, we looked for a place to eat. We stumbled upon this place by chance and were drawn to the various menus. We had an excellent amatriciana, a fruit salad, water, and coffee at a truly fair price. The food was excellent, the place was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The owner is a very friendly Tuscan. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back!

Azienda Agricola del Sole is more than just a place, but a complete experience that combines nature and the region's gastronomy. A true treasure for those seeking authenticity and quality. Last but not least, the courtesy and kindness of all the staff. The tour of the winery is beautiful and interesting. Salvatore, the chef, is top notch.
