The staff is friendly and courteous and very attentive to their customers. For what we ate, we got what we deserved. I recommend the cheese and porcini fondue. We'll definitely be back. Everything was perfect; we loved it.

10/10/2025: A restaurant serving traditional Roman cuisine. I dine here every time I'm in Rome. The pasta dishes are top-notch; I recommend the carbonara. Fresh ingredients. Friendly service, reasonable prices.

28/09/2025: First time here, I came on a Sunday for lunch with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The owner sat us down right away and made us feel at ease. Her husband, the chef, cooked us some amazing dishes and even served them himself. It's a really nice place to be, and for a first-time visitor, I'm very satisfied.

The food is delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. Everything is spotless, and the welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. 07/10/2025: On the via Francigena and I stopped for lunch. They could not have been more accommodating- even spoke pretty English with my poor Italian but helped with Italian words. The Pilgrim is pasta of the day, wine or water, dessert and espresso at a reasonable price. And right on the Piazza.

18/10/2025: The food is disgusting 🫣 40 euro for uncooked pasta with 1/2 tiny lobster tail. Pasta with red prawns is not good either. The prawns isn't fresh;( no mushrooms, just heavy cream.

10/10/2025: Very nice and welcoming place! The staff is always kind and helpful, and last but not least...the food is delicious. Those who love appetizers will definitely be satisfied, the fried food is superb. Everything else is excellent too! It's not very close to our house, but every time we have the chance, we go for a nice dinner. 🙃🙂 Kudos to all the staff.

08/10/2025: We regret to say that we had booked a table with The Fork and then called two days in advance asking for a table for two inside the restaurant. When we arrived on time, the waiter told us that it wasn't possible due to an event, and that our seats were therefore taken. We left. To be fair, they should have given us a heads-up since we'd spoken days before and there was a reservation anyway. It's the end of September, and the temperatures have dropped significantly. Disappointed.

01/10/2025: I asked for a steak with tartufo or truffle, medium rare. I received a rare steak with rosemary. I was shown the same steak, completely cooked, hidden under a substance. If I hadn't known the taste of truffle perfectly, it would have been a success. According to the waiter, the substance was truffle shavings. Such a mass of truffle shavings costs a fortune. I think they were just sliced ​​mushrooms from a jar. 100% tasteless. Draw your own conclusion.

15/10/2025: Sublime. For me, it remains the best. Excellent location with ample parking, rooms for any event (weddings, baptisms, confirmations, retirements, etc.), impeccable cleanliness, excellent service, top-quality meat and fish dishes, and a beautifully landscaped exterior with a pool, waterfall, and garden. Then there's Gianni, the owner, an experienced man who, year after year, has expanded and enhanced his restaurant to the fullest. His kindness is commendable and he's always available to help you with any choice. What more can I say? Villa Fiorini is a true Ciociaria gem.

07/10/2025: I'm still struggling to find the right words... Our wedding at Villa Fiorina was simply magical. As soon as I arrived, my heart pounding, I saw everything just as I'd dreamed it: meticulously crafted arrangements, a romantic atmosphere, everything in its place. During the ceremony, I barely held back the tears, and not just because of the emotion of the moment, but because everything was truly perfect. The staff was wonderful: present, attentive, human... it felt like they were sharing that special day with us. Our guests showered us with compliments: from the beauty of the location to the quality of the food, everything lived up to (and beyond!) our expectations. 05/10/2025: Last night I went to this pizzeria with my family. There were six of us. This is our second time there, and I have to say we had a really good time. We were very pleased with the waitress's service, who was very kind and helpful. Especially the appetizers: bruschetta, cheeses, and excellent cold cuts, including ham, mortadella, loin and pancetta, salami and sausage. The white focaccias were excellent. Afterwards, she brought us five pizzas with mixed flavors, all very good, thin and oven-baked really well. Kudos to Valter for his excellent cooking and price. The place is located in the historic center of Fumone, a little difficult to find, but I assure you, once you arrive, it will be worth it. I definitely recommend it and will be back again.

08/10/2025: This place is like the ones they used to be, offering homemade pasta, meat, and truly excellent appetizers. Alternatively, you can get a good pizza and fried food. I was there on Saturday, but I go often; I highly recommend it.
