10/05/2026: I went for a late lunch, and they kindly welcomed me even though I was alone. I ordered the Caprese salad and the classic carbonara. It was delicious, and the staff were very kind; I had a very pleasant lunch.

01/05/2026: Best carbonara ever. The service is great; we didn't have to wait at all. We were seated and served super quick. Besides the carbonara we ordered, we were given complimentary samples of the chef's pasta (I can't remember the name of the dishes now). Highly recommended!

27/06/2026: I'll clarify the reasons behind the negative review. I had dinner last night, and while I have no complaints about the service or the ambiance, the food was terrible. These are the dishes we tried: - creamed beans with creamed cod: it tasted like a hospital dish, and ultimately tasted only of beans; - roasted octopus: one tentacle (I emphasize, ONE tentacle) was good, but I certainly wouldn't pay 24 euros for it; - risotto: undercooked and bitter; perhaps the alcohol hadn't evaporated properly, perhaps it needed a few more minutes, but the fact is, I expect better from a seafood restaurant; - sea bass: also undercooked (so much so that I had to leave part of it still pink) and tasteless. I don't know if leaving false negative reviews is the summer game; I personally went to the restaurant, paid regularly, and was unfortunately disappointed by an evening that no one will be able to give me back.

22/06/2026: What can I say? We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, the dishes were meticulously prepared. It's always a confirmation for us. The chef and the restaurant manager are truly top-notch. A special mention goes to the hostess, too, for her hospitality and sophistication.

30/06/2026: A place (the trattoria) that hasn't been found in Northern Italy for a long time. Courtesy, good value, and a "healthy" management that only Ciociaria can offer. The line outside is like at the barber shop (of old).
