02/12/2025: Anagni is worth a visit, and this trattoria has several strengths and a few areas for improvement. The welcome is warm and the food is delicious. The pasta with arinfa and broccoli is superb, the carbonara could be improved, and the hare sauce is spectacular. The atmosphere is nice, but it could use some cleaning up, as the things on the walls are a bit haphazard, from the little picture of Padre Pio to the dolls dressed as Santa Claus, and so on. The prices are very fair.

27/11/2025: Three stars for a total lack of wine selection, the dishes, however, were good.

26/11/2025: Excellent vegetarian options, the best pizza by the slice I've ever tasted. Special fried foods: crispy and delicious. The staff is very fast and friendly.

15/11/2025: I have no complaints about the staff, who were very helpful. Unfortunately, I can't give the round pizzas more than two stars because they use pre-cooked industrial bases, so the pizza wasn't good. Also, the price is too high for a pre-cooked pizza (€7 for a Margherita).

11/12/2025: I was there 2 weeks ago, the porchetta was excellent, but then there was no show. The staff were friendly, it was a shame the place was a bit small, but it wasn't a problem.

10/12/2025: My wife and I have lived in Lazio for over two years. We've tried local dishes in several restaurants, and to date, we can honestly say this is where we've had the best Roman first courses! The staff was also very welcoming and friendly. We'll be back with great pleasure.

09/12/2025: All the staff inside were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. The mozzarella balls were very nice, not too greasy, and the pizzas were good.

26/11/2025: Booked on a whim, so I had no expectations going into this dinner (other than that it has a Michelin star). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our meal, especially given the polarizing reviews on Google Maps. We ordered the 7-course tasting menu - I found the flavors well-calibrated and the cooking quite precise. Flavor combinations were interesting and the non-alcoholic pairings in particular worked well. Would be happy to revisit.

04/12/2025: We were two French couples having lunch at this friendly, welcoming restaurant where we received a warm welcome. The food was delicious, the service a true pleasure, and the prices excellent value for money. This couple who own the restaurant provided us with a wonderful and enjoyable experience, being so attentive and friendly. We loved it!

29/11/2025: Truly delicious Apulian delicacies, excellent service, friendliness, love, and passion that you can see, feel, and taste in every dish! And last but not least, in addition to the Apulian pasticciotto, there are excellent desserts from a superb Neapolitan pastry shop! We'll be back again and again! 👏🫶

19/08/2025: A truly enjoyable evening! The staff was extremely kind and professional. The table settings were elegant and meticulously crafted. I ordered the tartare with a glass of wine, expertly recommended by the waiter. Everything was simply perfect!

18/05/2025: A very pleasant experience for the palate that is surprised by a truly successful gourmet cuisine. Fish is the king of the restaurant and the chef knows how to treat it as such, enhancing its aromas and flavors. An experience to be repeated by associating the meal with the cocktail path (a different cocktail for each course).

19/10/2025: The staff is very kind, helpful, and super friendly. The food is excellent, from the appetizers to the first courses, main courses, and finally dessert. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy lunch in your comfort zone and in a friendly atmosphere!

15/11/2025: The warm and welcoming atmosphere of a true mountain hut (it feels like you've arrived at a mountain hut in the Dolomites), the food was good, though a little bland; the zuppa inglese was amazing, and the service was impeccable. A truly wonderful discovery!!!

03/08/2025: A formidable location. Dishes of unique goodness. Chef Andrea is constantly searching for authentic ingredients that make his dishes something special. The appetizers and first courses are excellent, outside of the usual menus. Try the famous "caramelle" with radicchio and scamorza... but the ravioli are also a must-try. The real specialty is the meat... the entrecôte is a must-try... and what about the desserts??? The berry cheesecake... simply sublime. La Baita in Saracinesco... once you know it, you'll fall in love with it.

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 07/12/2025: Driven by my Spanish girlfriend's desire to try a scampi cream risotto, we chose this restaurant in Anzio. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The risotto was disappointing: the rice was still hard, the creaminess was almost nonexistent, and the dish overall lacked authentic flavor. For €20, I would have expected higher quality. The cooked appetizer was decent, but the presence of some fish bones in one dish further compromised the experience, putting us off ordering more. I didn't try the other dishes, which certainly deserved better, but based on what I ate, I wouldn't return. It's a shame, because I expected a higher standard from Anzio.

21/11/2025: A particularly elegantly organized champagne evening, apart from the top-quality champagne, the dishes are unrivaled, very fresh fish combined with enchanting and unexpected Mediterranean flavors. Well done Emiliano, and thank you.

16/10/2025: We've only tried the deserts but they were Great and the wait was short. It was also quiet compared to other restaurants.

16/10/2025: Closed, the service was terrible. The food wasn't good either. Dead insects on my table. Never been to such a bad restaurant.
