23/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance. The food was simple but good. The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly. The staff were helpful and friendly.

21/11/2025: The restaurant is absolutely amazing!! The food is amazing, authentic, inexpensive, and a far cry from the other touristy restaurants in Rome. The pizza is to die for with its thin, flavorful crust, the pasta is melt is authentic, and the environment feels like home. I came to Rome with a cold, and something about this restaurant and its hospitable staff drew my attention, and thank God it did. If you’re looking for something while on a budget this is your place!!

The evening featured a performance by a very good band. The dinner was a fixed price of €50. The menu included fish and vegetarian options. I'm vegetarian, so I chose the latter. The appetizer consisting of five small bites was good, slightly different from the fish menu. For starters, they offered gnocchi alla sorrentina, but instead they served me pasta, the same type as the fish menu, with tomato sauce and a few (just a few) pieces of mozzarella on top. For the main course, it was basically a vegetarian burger with a side salad, no other options, maybe baked potatoes or something else. Basically, a main course I can make at home for a much lower price, certainly not appropriate for a place of this kind and class. After leaving the last two pieces of this burger, which by now had a cold taste of sawdust, we moved on to the ice cream. The orange flavor was good. The artists on stage were very good, and the seaside atmosphere helped enhance their performance. My friends, on the other hand, appreciated the fish menu. In conclusion, I can recommend the place to anyone who isn't vegetarian; otherwise, it's better to go elsewhere. In my case, the quality/price ratio wasn't at all good.

06/09/2025: Beautiful location...excellent pizza and super service The only drawback is that the directions aren't clearly visible, as the location isn't exactly easy to access.

28/09/2025: Dinner with friends. We were invited to dinner at this restaurant. The entrance is large, with parking available inside. The dining room was large and welcoming. We had pizza and meat, but what really caught my attention was the spectacular way the cacio e pepe was served. Everything was delicious. The staff who served us were quick, kind, and polite. I enjoyed it and will definitely return.

14/09/2025: On September 14, 2025, I had lunch with my family at Ristorante La Sabina Romana. I must say it's an excellent restaurant in the heart of Sabina. The seafood (a lavish appetizer, seafood risotto, and fried fish) was delicious, delicate, and elegantly and luxuriously plated, using high-quality ingredients. In addition to the seafood, we also sampled the desserts, which were also exquisite and elegantly plated. Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant's atmosphere deserves special mention: welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Above all, the staff are very attentive and professional, bringing the dishes to the table and advising customers on the menu. Last but not least, I want to highlight the skill of the owner, Andrea, a longtime friend and a special person. I highly recommend this restaurant.

11/10/2025: Extremely delicious food, the grilled artichokes and grilled brocoli were very good starters. The meatballs and the caccio e pepe were also delicious! Small menu and quite expensive, but great food.

06/10/2025: A nice little place. Unfortunately, we felt like we were being ripped off as tourists. The Aperol was more water and ice than anything else. The wine in the glass was getting smaller and smaller, and there was no water for the Espresso No. 1, even though others had gotten it first. We practically did the service ourselves. A nice place nonetheless. You can tell that many locals feel at home here and come by. Maybe we're just unlucky because we're not Italian.

Everything as it should be, but it's increasingly rare to find something like that. Thank you, a truly perfect experience.

15/11/2025: I came to this restaurant on Via della Maglianella specifically to try their grill, and believe me, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I ordered a Florentine steak and was amazed. The cut was impressive, well-aged, and visibly top-quality. The cooking was a true masterpiece: the meat arrived at the table with a splendid Maillard reaction on the outside—crisp, savory, and perfectly smoked from the contact with the embers—while inside it was a vibrant pink and juicy, just as tradition dictates. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, the meat melting in my mouth, requiring no additional seasoning other than a drizzle of oil and salt. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, ideal for enjoying a meal of this quality. Special thanks to the staff, who were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, recommending the perfect wine to accompany the Florentine steak. If you're looking for a true grilled meat experience in Rome, and especially a memorable Florentine steak, this restaurant is a must-visit. I recommend it without reservation. I'll be back to try the other cuts!

05/12/2025: Food was good, service okay. The toilet was absolutely unacceptable for a bar/restaurant. The hygiene at the train station... unfortunately, that wasn't a pleasant end to the day.

07/12/2025: We spent a night at this farmhouse in the hills overlooking Subiaco. The location is pleasant. The restaurant, where we dined, was the highlight of our stay. We ate very well, drank an excellent natural red, and spent a fair amount. What we appreciated most was the fact that the bread and desserts are homemade. Breakfast was okay, I wouldn't go so far as to say special (despite the quality of the products and the courtesy of our server) only because there's so little choice: they served us three types of cakes (good, but eating them all is physically impossible, and we would have liked to have been able to choose something else before we were full; the waitress asked us, "Do you want anything else?" after we'd already eaten the desserts, so we were already full; we certainly could have asked, but we assumed it was a forced choice). The rooms are okay, well-heated, although this is the only area where I feel a little more could be done: it wouldn't take much, perhaps new mattresses or bed frames. The price: high, but that's not the property's fault. When we paid, the owner informed us that the website we booked through had applied a very high markup, about 25% above their standard rate. I don't know if they could have, but contacting us at the time of booking and offering us the stay at the "normal" price would certainly have been greatly appreciated. But perhaps that's not possible, I don't know. Special mention also goes to the staff: discreet, courteous, and very helpful.
