27/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, the staff were very helpful and friendly, we were in a hurry but were served at lightning speed and the food was really tasty.

11/11/2025: The staff were truly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the service was quick. We arrived late, but they seated us right away. We had a house appetizer and three first courses, all delicious and well-priced. A rustic yet pleasant location that makes you feel at home. Recommended!

24/10/2025: The pizza and calzones are truly delicious, with the aftertaste of the wood-fired oven lingering. Perfectly cooked, generous toppings, and a delicious, easy-to-digest dough. Fried foods are delicious, sometimes a little greasy. The staff are incredibly kind and sincere. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming.

15/11/2025: I came to this restaurant on Via della Maglianella specifically to try their grill, and believe me, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I ordered a Florentine steak and was amazed. The cut was impressive, well-aged, and visibly top-quality. The cooking was a true masterpiece: the meat arrived at the table with a splendid Maillard reaction on the outside—crisp, savory, and perfectly smoked from the contact with the embers—while inside it was a vibrant pink and juicy, just as tradition dictates. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, the meat melting in my mouth, requiring no additional seasoning other than a drizzle of oil and salt. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, ideal for enjoying a meal of this quality. Special thanks to the staff, who were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, recommending the perfect wine to accompany the Florentine steak. If you're looking for a true grilled meat experience in Rome, and especially a memorable Florentine steak, this restaurant is a must-visit. I recommend it without reservation. I'll be back to try the other cuts!

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 03/08/2025: A formidable location. Dishes of unique goodness. Chef Andrea is constantly searching for authentic ingredients that make his dishes something special. The appetizers and first courses are excellent, outside of the usual menus. Try the famous "caramelle" with radicchio and scamorza... but the ravioli are also a must-try. The real specialty is the meat... the entrecôte is a must-try... and what about the desserts??? The berry cheesecake... simply sublime. La Baita in Saracinesco... once you know it, you'll fall in love with it.

14/10/2025: Honestly, it seemed expensive to me: a bottle of beer, a mixed fried dish, 4 olives, 5 cremini, 2 plates of pasta, 55 euros, and then, honestly, I've eaten better, the matriciana and the gricia weren't that great.

18/10/2025: The food is disgusting 🫣 40 euro for uncooked pasta with 1/2 tiny lobster tail. Pasta with red prawns is not good either. The prawns isn't fresh;( no mushrooms, just heavy cream.

10/10/2025: Very nice and welcoming place! The staff is always kind and helpful, and last but not least...the food is delicious. Those who love appetizers will definitely be satisfied, the fried food is superb. Everything else is excellent too! It's not very close to our house, but every time we have the chance, we go for a nice dinner. 🙃🙂 Kudos to all the staff.
