I discovered this restaurant on an evening at the end of a work conference, I recommend going there for a very nice evening to experience in a very characteristic environment and with excellent food and wine...if I return to Rome, I will definitely go here at Sampietrino again ❤️

"I went to this place after finding it on The Fork app and I have to say that the experience was mixed. The place is located in an amazing area of ​​Rome and has a charming Chabby chic atmosphere. The waiters were friendly and helpful , which made the experience enjoyable from the start. However, I have to be honest about the food. The starter was decent, but the carbonara, although very inviting looking, was disappointing. There seemed to be a lot of cream, making it a little heavy and lacked the authentic taste I was expecting. Overall, an acceptable experience, but could improve from a culinary point of view."

Good carbonara and gricia, without infamy or praise let's say. In my opinion, the atmosphere and the dishes lack that touch of Romanism that one might expect. Perfect and courteous service, perhaps a little exaggerated for the quality-price ratio.

Found by chance on The Fork, it was a great find. The place has attention to detail and is very nice inside. I also liked the mis en place: with the doily on the table I felt like I was having dinner with my dear grandmother. The staff was precise and kind, the food ordered was all delicious and the bill was truly appropriate for the dinner served. I recommend it without hesitation.

Welcoming environment, hospitable and kind staff, excellent quality of dishes, costs in line with the average of other places. The aubergine parmigiana, the blanched lamb with potatoes, the mezze sleeves all'amatriciana, fried meatballs, boiled meat, practically everything... Highly recommended for those who find themselves near the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.

Davvero soddisfatto, una ragazza ci ha accolto e servito con educazione e disponibilità. Davvero molto brava. Il locale è carino. Abbiamo preso un amatriciana gustosissima ,il filetto e una bistecca di vitello Patate al forno Tutto molto buono,bravi. Abbiamo prenotato con the fork e ci hanno fatto anche uno sconto interessante. Vale la pena andarci
