We had lunch, everything was really good, the starter was plentiful, the first courses with chicory and pecorino cheese were delicious, and the arrosticini were excellent.

I recently moved to Segni, and this trattoria was a wonderful discovery. Even the relatives who came to visit were impressed by the excellent cuisine. The service was impeccable, and the quality/price ratio was unbeatable.

After spending a pleasant morning exploring the ancient town of Segni, the cherry on top was this trattoria, which delighted us with a varied appetizer (both hot and cold), delicious and full of unique flavors. The Fregnaquanti pasta with ragu were amazing, and the apple pie was freshly made by them. A good value. Highly recommended. Bravo, Stefania!

Excellent food, cooked with love and precision, without frills or frills. Every meal is a small masterpiece...it's rare to find places like this. PS: The paintings on display for sale are also beautiful.

11/06/2026: Tucked away at the end of an alley next to the pantheon - they have the best gluten free ravioli we’ve ever had - and the spaghetti was great too. Made on site , not ready made . There’s a decent selection of gluten free beer too. They’re totally switched on about coeliac Definetely worth booking as well - we booked an hour before arriving and were seated 15 mins quicker than the walk ins
10/06/2026: Hands down THE BEST GF FOOD IVE EVER HAD! Could not get enough of this place - I went back twice and could eat here everyday of the week. This is a MUST if you’re gluten free and looking for a meal you won’t forget!
