05/08/2025: Two delicious coffees, an Americano and a la carte, and two apricot rolls. The service was friendly. I returned the next day, got the same thing, and paid €0.80 less (cash payment preferred). I recommend this place for coffee and something sweet. There were no tourists inside, only Italians.

02/08/2025: Went early in the morning (9am) and pastries were clearly day old. Ordered iced lattes, was served hot. Salmon sandwich was extremely salty.

24/09/2025: There is also a eat-in place with delicious gelato, so you can take a break.

09/10/2025: What am I telling you? If you're on a diet, go with a tutor, otherwise you'll eat everything. And after the holidays, it's even better. And with this weather and this October temperature, sitting outside is wonderful.

07/08/2025: A beautiful restaurant perfect for gourmets. The view is wonderful, but it's only matched by the quality of the dishes served. Simple cuisine made sublime by the culinary skills of the great Massimo. Congratulations again!

30/06/2025: Pisoniano is a place where you can find peace and quiet while escaping from Rome. Massimo Stella with Bacco has made his dream come true, which is also the dream of those who will be his guests, to eat really well and be in company in this beautiful place. Unsurpassed carbonara and really tasty home-made dishes. From the appetizer to the desserts, everything is excellent. I recommend it to everyone and...enjoy your meal.

15/09/2025: Magical place… Luigina, the owner of the place, served us for two evenings (we decided to return the following evening) with impeccable care and professionalism… the quality of the raw fish, the view of the port, the kindness in even letting us taste two wines, given our indecision… everything was perfect… flavors and kindness from another era… thank you

08/10/2025: Great food, fair price and super friendly staff. Way better than the place I tried near Castel Sant Angelo, which was pricier and nowhere near as good. We came here twice in our 2 day trip, really recommend to you all. Also, I especially loved their tiramisu, it had the perfect level of sweetness, not cloying like Two Size's. This might be the best tiramisu I've had. Definitely come back for it when I'm back in Rome.

05/07/2025: We had dinner at this wonderful restaurant last night. An evening with friends made exceptional by the service, the friendliness of the owner and the excellent quality of the products! Value for money 10 out of 10!!! We will return because you deserve it!

15/05/2025: Quiet, intimate, well-run place. I really liked this tavern in the village of Casalvieri in many ways. I give 10 cum laude to the appetizer I had called Vignarola: a mix of artichoke wedges, asparagus and courgettes, I think browned in a pan, with the addition of mint leaves for a taste and aroma that is now unusual to find, unless the meal is prepared in our homes. Followed by roast chicken with potatoes made as at home and a side of cooked wild vegetables. All very good and well cooked.

17/09/2025: We just ate here and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great food people and true Italian spirit. Bought olive oil to take home to Canada.

11/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding on September 6, 2025, at the Masseria. The location completely met our expectations: simple yet elegant, with a captivating atmosphere, the staff always attentive to our needs, and the cuisine was top-notch. It's charming during the day, but it really comes into its own in the evening, especially for ceremonies. Our guests were all captivated by our choice, from the ceremony held among the area's typical olive trees to the evening that followed. It's not your typical wedding venue (there are many in the area, some of them renowned), but a simple yet elegant and refined place, where you can experience a magical atmosphere and... the food is delicious.

05/07/2025: Spacious and clean place. Presentation of the sweets neat and inviting. I showed up without a reservation, even though I needed a tray of brioches in a “significant” number. They bent over backwards to accommodate me, even involving the laboratory staff in the back. In the end I took both brioches and pastries, and when it came to eating them, everything turned out to be delicious.

08/10/2025: It's a very nice place, and the food is excellent. They have a lot of gluten-free food, and everything is delicious. The service is exemplary, and the waiter, Marco, was very pleasant to us and spoke Spanish very well. We'll be back.

13/09/2025: The overall experience is good, but with nuances. Pros: the burrata was spectacular (plus, a lot of it and a good price). Very good Aperol Spritz and friendly waiters. They don't charge a service fee. Cons: the pizza wasn't well made, the dough was soggy and the mushrooms were raw. Tables were too close together, there were too many people in the place, and the service suffered a bit. I think it's advisable to make a reservation.

12/09/2025: Terrible. They seated us on the terrace, and it felt like we were all eating together, with a 10-cm separation between tables. The cheese board was good, but we had to wait over 40 minutes for our main courses. The lasagna was average, and the cacio e pepe pasta was just okay. The service was poor, except for the first waiter who served us; everyone else was neither friendly nor pleasant. The bread wasn't exactly from yesterday; it was from September 2024.

13/09/2025: Unfortunately, there aren't many options in Montalto, so I went to this restaurant several times. I don't like pizza or pasta, so I had steak. And what can I say? One day it was exactly as ordered (medium) and also good, although the included rosemary apparently wasn't used during cooking, so the steak couldn't absorb any of the flavors. The next day, however, it was nothing. Raw in places and cooked through in others. The steak was also a different cut, full of tendons and very fatty. The pricing was also completely unclear. I had about 400g each time. One day, the (good) steak was €20, and the next day, the not-so-good one suddenly cost €35. Anyone can eat pasta and pizza. When it comes to steak, the wheat is separated from the chaff, and unfortunately, I was disappointed the second time.

08/09/2025: The pizza was really good, thin and easy to digest. The service wasn't particularly welcoming and was a bit confusing at times, but it was acceptable given the quality of the pizza.
