10/01/2026: It was a pleasure to return after the summer break, and we found it improved in every way: the food, always excellent quality, I must say, and the service faster. The atmosphere was welcoming as always.

06/03/2026: I'd never been there, but my parents had been there several times, a long time ago; before I was born. Now they live in another region, so they haven't had the chance. So it was my first time. There were six of us. We all had a great time. The owner, a true Roman, very friendly, cordial, polite, and intelligent, explained the menu to us. We started with some very original and unique appetizers. All very good. There were several courses. Then we each had a first course. Definitely good. The place is meticulously designed down to the last detail. It's one of a kind, with decor impossible to copy or imitate. There's also a room, the grotto, ideal for more privacy. I didn't get a good look because there was a very young couple there, and I didn't want to disturb them. When I return to Rome, I'll definitely go there again. Oh, and there's not even a sign outside. And in the nice weather, you can eat in the garden. I recommend it.

14/03/2026: We had lunch at this truly delightful restaurant. Simple, authentic flavors from days gone by at truly exceptional prices. The homemade fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and coppiette were the standouts, but it was really hard to choose. My compliments, indeed.

08/03/2026: Good morning, I'm very sorry to give an overall negative review of a renowned restaurant I've frequented over the years, but I've noticed a marked decline, especially in attendance, which is reflected in the atmosphere during dinner. The table service is impeccable, but we were directed to the back room, where the crowd was unpleasant, as if we'd been judged to be of the same standard. Then another table was occupied by people who were again unsuitable for the environment. The food was obviously good, but not up to expectations. I'd like to revise a few things.

08/02/2026: I've been a customer for twenty years, but now they're overdoing it. If you want to stay hungry, this has become the ideal place. Raw fish costs €50 for three small pieces. Garnished with a slice of apple. A fish steak, max 100g, costs €50. €170 for two, without wine. And on the way out, you'll have to find somewhere to eat.

10/11/2025: I decided to have a relaxing evening and dropped by a restaurant — partly thanks to a bonus I got on a website (you can see it in the photo). The food was better than expected: fresh pasta, creamy sauce, and crispy bacon that added a nice touch.

The wine list is well-stocked, and the place is well-maintained and clean. I can't comment on the price because dinner was free, but I recommend checking them out.
