04/10/2025: I'm very particular about meat; if it's not cooked well, I won't eat it. I've never eaten such good meat... perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. Plus, the service was quick and the staff were incredibly friendly. I recommend this place for anyone who wants quality food and avoids long waits. Oh! The focaccia is also delicious.

16/09/2025: Beautiful restaurant. Ample parking. Well-maintained garden, perfect for souvenir photos. Very elegant interior, suitable for weddings and other events, or for couples. Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent quality of ingredients. The only caveat: events are held simultaneously, which means that for birthdays with music (despite being hosted in a closed room), the noise level is a bit high, but not to the point of being intolerable. Advice for restaurant owners: adequately soundproof the event room.

14/09/2025: We chose this beautiful and historic location to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary with our loved ones! We were very satisfied on every front. The food was delicious, with generous portions and unique combinations. The waiters were very kind, friendly, and professional! We highly recommend it.

The meat was exceptional, with a wide selection, and the appetizers and side dishes were also very good. The price was exceptional for the quality of the food! The drinks are carefully prepared, balanced, and professionally served—not the usual improvised cocktails, but true, expertly crafted mixes. The prices are more than fair considering the quality and generous portions, making Marco's Bar an ideal destination for those seeking a hearty, high-quality aperitivo in Viterbo. 24/08/2025: We've stopped there more than once; it's located at a strategic crossroads, right below the Castelli Romani. It's perfect for a quick sandwich (which is misleading to call it that; it's more of a loaf of bread), from the classic porchetta to your favorite variations, or for a restaurant-style meal with the typical fraschetta selection. You won't get the view, but it's cheap and the food is good, so you can first indulge your senses with a stroll to one of the nearby towns, and then satisfy your appetite without breaking your wallet.

21/08/2025: Great evening! Finally, after so many years of passing by and even living there, I had the chance to eat at this restaurant. What can I say? Nothing, just try it 😇. 09/09/2025: Excellent food: I've been wanting to eat at this restaurant/trattoria for a few years, and my expectations were fully met. The first courses, in particular, were delicious, well-seasoned, and incredibly flavorful (pappardelle with wild boar and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms). I'll be back!

14/10/2025: Crowded with tourists, the menu is bland, and the Roman-style saltimbocca is poorly cooked (too salty). The service is good, but the atmosphere is overly stereotypical, with Mastroianni paintings on the walls and red-and-white checked tablecloths.

08/10/2025: Very fast and friendly service. I was served by a girl a few days ago, I think her name was Sara. I immediately ordered water and bruschetta with lard, then I moved on to the sea urchin appetizer and then the paccheri... I should start by saying that the room was full and the service was very smooth and dynamic. She was very friendly, kind, and smiling. I also tried something from my friends' place, a risotto with cream of scampi, and I have to say it was very good value for money. If you want to be served, Sara is a great person. I highly recommend her!

21/09/2025: Good service, but we weren't thrilled with the dishes we ordered. The tagliolini with mussels and pecorino cheese was too salty because the mussels had been over-seasoned during cooking, and when paired with the pecorino cheese, it was inedible. We reported this to the kitchen, but they said it was just like that. The appetizer was decent. Nice location right on the lakefront.
