13/10/2025: Be prepared for a long wait. We arrived on a Sunday for lunch, more than half an hour before anyone came to take our order, then another 40 minutes for our dishes. Then, after more than half an hour of waiting, we had to go find someone to ask for the bill. The eggplant parmigiana was incredibly heavy, overloaded with smoked provola (when? It's made with mozzarella), completely lacking basil, and just a sprinkling of parmesan on top. I ate it because by 2:30 PM, when they finally brought it, I was starving. However, its heaviness prevented me from ordering dessert, something I usually always order at restaurants. I also had to skip dinner. A bit of a "I wish I could but I couldn't" feeling about posh restaurants. Furthermore, the menu completely lacks allergen information, which is now unacceptable and ILLEGAL, so I'm taking another star off.

12/10/2025: The service, location, and cuisine are impeccable. The dishes are incredibly delicious, carefully crafted, and have balanced flavors.

10/11/2025: After having been there 2-3 times in the past where we enjoyed it, I chose to have my Birthday dinner there. Terrible experience this time. The service was almost non existent. Most of the staff were rather grim and hardly attended our table unless we asked for service. The big raw fish selection costs more than EUR 70,00 per person and for that price you should be able to expect a bit of service. I will not go back. There are many fish restaurants in Fiumicino. Stay away from this one. Overpriced and sloppy and without service.

23/10/2025: I’m being generous with this one star. Here is proof to read the reviews before you make reservations. To start, no one answered the phone when we sought to make reservations. My husband was eager to have a dish of sea urchin. So, he booked through their website’s reservation service. Shortly after, we received a phonecall from the restaurant. We were able to confirm they did not have it because it was out of season. Oddly, it is precisely the season and we suspect there may be a national ban. So, tell us that or whatever the real truth is. Let me insert here that it was not my choice to come to this restaurant or I would have read the reviews before. We arrived and were the only patrons for a good thirty minutes. It was extremely warm and stagnant of air in their dining room. My husband wanted to order Campari on the rocks. No. You can only order cocktails that were on the menu. So I ordered a Gin and Tonic. I had a choice of which tonic water, they brought the wrong one. The waitress was lovely and patient, but she kept referring to a fellow fussing behind her. Did we have any food allergies or conditions, she asked. My husband had throat cancer and has difficulty swallowing. He requested the pasta cooked soft, not al dente. Away she went to the kitchen. Then came an onslaught of numerous appetizers which we didn’t order, presented by a third fellow. Okay, that’s nice. But when the orders came, my husband’s pasta was al dente. The place began to fill up and we were ignored for a good thirty minutes before the woman came to clear away our dishes. She asked how was everything and my husband informed her the pasta was too al dente and he couldn’t eat it. We waited for a dessert menu. Instead, the fussy guy came over with the bill. He said he took it my husband’s pasta off our bill and proceeded to ring us out. I guess they were done with us. Bottom line, the food was good the service terrible. It makes me wonder after reading these reviews if this business changed hands. We will not go back there ever again.

07/11/2025: Once again we visit Memmo and it is truly a great pleasure. The food is good and the atmosphere authentic. Thank you for the food… I am already looking forward to coming back☀️

04/11/2025: A great find, a restaurant far from the crowds. Almost all the clientele were locals (always a good sign). Generous portions at a fairly standard price for Rome. The waiters are very friendly (special mention to Cesare and his sense of humor).

09/09/2025: Excellent food: I've been wanting to eat at this restaurant/trattoria for a few years, and my expectations were fully met. The first courses, in particular, were delicious, well-seasoned, and incredibly flavorful (pappardelle with wild boar and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms). I'll be back!

04/10/2025: Luca was such a friendly, helpful, and professional chef we met in Rome. We both really enjoyed the truffle pasta and even bought several truffle products to take home as souvenirs. If you’re not sure what to buy, just look for Luca! he’ll guide you through everything you need. Thank you for your kindness 🙏

12/11/2025: Beautiful burlesque show, the owner was really talented, friendly, and a true hostess. Very nice venue. If you like that kind of thing, I recommend it.

29/10/2025: The theater show was very good, the actors were very good... but the organization left a bit to be desired, at least that evening. There was only one woman at the reception, who, among other things, had to escort people in groups to their tables after payment, leaving the line of paying guests waiting... so the show, which was supposed to start at 9:30, started at after 10:30... among other things, also creating stress among the audience and the actors.

21/10/2025: This restaurant is always a guarantee. I've been going there for over 20 years. Excellent quality, perfect service, and the owners are always top-notch. We ate outside, and it was wonderful, especially considering it was October 20th. There were 13 of us bikers. Everyone was satisfied with the service and the food. Federico, Cesare, and everyone working in the kitchen and at the tables: thank you from my motorcycle group.

16/09/2025: We arrived at 2:40 PM and the kitchen was closing, so the waiter told us to order quickly lol, but I think they still sell pizzas after the kitchen closes. We ordered pasta, ~€9 each (good price), we found the carbonara and the one with pesto a little salty and maybe a little too al dente, but it was very tasty! There was air conditioning (🙏) but I didn't see a bathroom.

17/10/2025: Perfect spot for a takeout lunch on my last day in town! I’m sorry I didn’t find it sooner! There’s a buffet style set up with all of the dishes spread out on a counter top. You choose what you would like and they dish it out and heat it up (and in my case pack it up). I ordered chicory greens, a baked seasoned pumpkin dish, a couple of chicken wings(why does chicken in Europe taste so much better than in the United States?!?), ravioli, lasagna and cannelloni and OMG everything was so delicious! I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I HAD to for this place! If you’re ever in town, you should check it out. I didn’t ask, but I got the feeling that they use a lot of local ingredients. Oh, and it’s really affordable. 15 € for all of that and I could only eat half of what I got. But I won’t let it go to waste, I know what I’m eating for dinner tonight!

10/10/2025: A family atmosphere that exudes warmth and authenticity, with homemade pasta that takes you back to the days of old. I highly recommend stopping here if you're in Soriano: everything is excellent! Try the different first courses, they're truly exceptional.

09/11/2025: Historic restaurant in the village. Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food isn't good. Tasteless, third-rate supermarket-quality meat. High prices.

08/11/2025: We stumbled upon Guadagnolo almost by chance, and when we got to the little square, we saw "Ristorante da Peppe"...an excellent experience!!!! The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was home-cooked...we'll definitely be back to try other dishes...once isn't enough!!!!
