29/06/2025: Attratti dalla gran quantità di video che girano sull’aperitivo che verrebbe offerto in questo locale, veniamo puntualmente delusi dalla mancanza di più di metà delle cibarie serviteci rispetto alle pubblicità. Di contro, locale carino e cocktail molto ben fatti.

17/06/2025: Gratefully surprised by the friendliness and top quality service. I arrived through a sponsorship on social media and decided to rent for my birthday aperitif. There were about ten of us and we were all happy and satisfied. Andrea's attention was definitely the strong point as well as the quality of the drinks. The cutting board was very abundant and varied. The place is nice and well-kept but above all clean. 100% recommended. The cake cutting is free, I was very happy and satisfied. We will definitely be back

06/05/2025: We stopped in this morning while passing through. Never was a stop more appropriate. Guys, unfortunately more than five stars is not possible but calculate each star at 10 each. The staff is not very kind but much more, but I won't tell you the ricotta and spinach ravioli, the fettuccine, the water and flour gnocchi... SUBLIME ❤️ You have gained a loyal customer. Thank you so much, you are fabulous!!!

23/03/2025: We have been talking to this wonderful staff for years and have followed the evolution and growth of their business! You can find different culinary specialties that follow the seasonality of the products: from simple tagliatelle and basil, to ravioli with various fillings (then tordi matto... 🤪) gnocchi of all colours...And again...aubergines parmigiana, excellent meatballs with sauce...So have I convinced you?? Try it to believe it😋😋

03/08/2025: Locale storico rinfrescato benissimo. Personale gioviale e giovane. Menù un po' ristretto nella scelte, ma piatti di qualità con ottimi abbinamenti, si vede che sono pensati e studiati. Locale non molto adatto ai bambini, ne per la proposta di cucina, ne per lo spazio. Prezzi nella media, possiamo dire sui 40 euro a persona per antipasto, primo e una birra. Sulla strada giusta per eccellere, torneremo.

07/07/2025: Positive experience until the bill. Excellent and abundant dishes. There was a fixed price menu for 25/30 euros per person that included an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a side dish, dessert, various drinks. We had just one appetizer, two first courses, a side dish and some wine donuts, with a bottle of water. All for 45 euros with a discount on top. Is it normal? Or would it have been better to gorge ourselves for 50 euros?....

Many people around Licenza recommended us to eat here, and it was a pleasure to listen to them: my partner and I ate very well! 🔥MENU AND RECOMMENDATIONS The menu changes daily, but includes excellent vegetarian options. We highly recommend the appetizer, extremely varied in choices and full of fresh flavors: mozzarella, bruschetta with excellent tomatoes, sliced ​​​​normal and spicy salami, melon with speck ... the photos speak for themselves. The chef was even kind enough to serve us, along with the appetizer, a delicious Roman tripe! And the pasta ... I can't wait to try that pasta again! You could tell the sauce was very fresh and made the same day, it was so rich in flavors😋 The final dessert, however, was kindly offered to us by the kitchen🍪 🌼AMBIENCE We had doubts about the entrance to the restaurant, which is quite hidden. It would be nice to add something more distinctive on the outside! Inside, however, it has a delightfully rustic, simple and... Flowery style! My partner and I took a seat in front of the large window, which offered us a wonderful view of the mountains and the red sky at sunset. The colorful flowers on the windowsills decorated the view nicely. I would, however, lower the volume of the TV, which at a certain point I would have preferred to be turned off, but it's just a personal taste. 🧾BILL What can I say, a dinner and a bill with bells and whistles! We spent €50 for two, which is not at all excessive considering everything we ordered, also considering the blackboard with the indicative prices (starter + first course = €25; starter + second course and side dish = €25).

10/08/2025: Excellent food, friendly and courteous service from the chef and his wife, and a beautiful view of the lake. The restaurant is a bit dated but well-maintained, clean, and quaint. Ideal for a lunch or dinner for two or a small group.

24/07/2025: We visited this place on the recommendation of friends...what can I say? A magical place where great wines meet the wisdom of fine dining. We paired a splendid bottle of Cristal 2008 with expert platters from Joselito. The kindness of the owners did the rest. Highly recommended.

22/07/2025: Arrived at 8:30 PM, the platter ordered arrived at 9:30 PM. Then the bruschetta arrived at 10:20 PM after a prompt. The cured meats were good... the rest, along with the service, never arrived. Experience and a desire for new ideas are lacking.

27/07/2025: Anyone can have a bad day, since only those who don't work make mistakes. But if you charge me €20 for a first course, the pasta must be cooked perfectly! If it isn't, and the customer points this out by demonstrating the impossibility of rolling the spaghetti, don't make them feel uncomfortable by claiming it's only al dente! If you're a professional restaurateur with non-restaurant prices, you'll do everything over and over again, not simply take away the plate for overcooked raw spaghetti, only to return it broken and inedible. If you live up to your reputation, you won't just discount the €17 bill for your embarrassed and disappointed customers who want to leave without ordering anything else, but you'll bring them a "refreshment" course as a sign of respect and conciliation. p.s. July 27, 2025, 10:15 AM In light of the business owner's response, I confirm that the first course in question (pasta with zucchini flowers and lupini beans, as per the payment receipt I still have, photographed, and retained for future reference) was charged €20. So, dear owner, why on earth was I charged €4 more than the amount you highlighted (€18)? I didn't mean to stir up controversy, but I didn't mean to be called a liar, did I? You, or someone acting on your behalf, were confused in your reconstruction of the facts, since the two first courses were different. The one for the celiac was "mezze maniche," and, personally, I ate it, but frankly, I didn't particularly enjoy it, except for the sauce, which is no issue. The problem arose exclusively with the spaghetti (with the same sauce) of the NON-celiac guest, which should have been normal. However, from your reply, it seems plausible that the same (gluten-free) pasta was used for both, which was not requested! Furthermore, the fact that another celiac customer "fully enjoyed" another dish does not detract from your anomalous behavior, namely, "adapting" (hilarious concept!) and re-proposing a first course that was clearly compromised (broken pasta, as you admitted) and, obviously, inedible. If you truly accepted criticism in a constructive spirit, you would have been quicker to admit your mistake (human and understandable, as I said), without offering an explanation that confirms and, if anything, exacerbates the "oversight" you committed, undoubtedly in good faith. Personally, I believe the customer is not always right, but defending the indefensible is a sign of shortsightedness. Best regards!

26/07/2025: We had lunch with the family and it was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and attentive to our every need, the space was very comfortable, and the food was delicious. We really appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the ability to cater to all tastes with excellent seafood and meat dishes. Recommended for anyone looking for good food in a friendly atmosphere. Kudos to the entire staff!

10/08/2025: Pasticceria Pennisi is a guarantee of quality when passing through Palestrina. It's easily accessible with on-site parking, suitable for everyone, and has an air-conditioned dining room. The desserts are very good; prices for a small pastry start at €1.30, and gelato starts at €2.30. The gelato is very good, with a few flavors but excellent quality. Clean and professional atmosphere.

30/06/2025: After attending the Nannini concert last week, finding a place close to Circo Massimo, where at 11:30 pm we could eat a carbonara and a cacio e pepe, excellent and with a generous portion, was a dream. The staff and owner were very kind, the price was right. The music selection was also pleasant. Great place

07/08/2025: I have a Roman restaurant nearby and I recently discovered this place. Top service and a family atmosphere. It will be my go-to place when I'm craving seafood! Kudos to Arianna and Chiara for their hospitality. Highly recommended.
