13/09/2025: Must try... Every course is a pleasant surprise!!

09/09/2025: Excellent food: I've been wanting to eat at this restaurant/trattoria for a few years, and my expectations were fully met. The first courses, in particular, were delicious, well-seasoned, and incredibly flavorful (pappardelle with wild boar and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms). I'll be back!

15/11/2025: Terrible! The bread was moldy, the guanciale was extremely bitter, and the waitress was even rude, trying to charge an extra 5 euros for the wine.

05/11/2025: Just ate here, food was quite disappointing for Italian standards. The food isn't what is told on the menu. When we ordered a pizza we asked politely if it was possible without artichoke, however it still arrived with it on there. They gave us different cocktails as what we ordered. But disappointing, I would recommend you going to one of the other amazing restaurants in Rome.

04/11/2025: A great find, a restaurant far from the crowds. Almost all the clientele were locals (always a good sign). Generous portions at a fairly standard price for Rome. The waiters are very friendly (special mention to Cesare and his sense of humor).

10/11/2025: After having been there 2-3 times in the past where we enjoyed it, I chose to have my Birthday dinner there. Terrible experience this time. The service was almost non existent. Most of the staff were rather grim and hardly attended our table unless we asked for service. The big raw fish selection costs more than EUR 70,00 per person and for that price you should be able to expect a bit of service. I will not go back. There are many fish restaurants in Fiumicino. Stay away from this one. Overpriced and sloppy and without service.

23/10/2025: I’m being generous with this one star. Here is proof to read the reviews before you make reservations. To start, no one answered the phone when we sought to make reservations. My husband was eager to have a dish of sea urchin. So, he booked through their website’s reservation service. Shortly after, we received a phonecall from the restaurant. We were able to confirm they did not have it because it was out of season. Oddly, it is precisely the season and we suspect there may be a national ban. So, tell us that or whatever the real truth is. Let me insert here that it was not my choice to come to this restaurant or I would have read the reviews before. We arrived and were the only patrons for a good thirty minutes. It was extremely warm and stagnant of air in their dining room. My husband wanted to order Campari on the rocks. No. You can only order cocktails that were on the menu. So I ordered a Gin and Tonic. I had a choice of which tonic water, they brought the wrong one. The waitress was lovely and patient, but she kept referring to a fellow fussing behind her. Did we have any food allergies or conditions, she asked. My husband had throat cancer and has difficulty swallowing. He requested the pasta cooked soft, not al dente. Away she went to the kitchen. Then came an onslaught of numerous appetizers which we didn’t order, presented by a third fellow. Okay, that’s nice. But when the orders came, my husband’s pasta was al dente. The place began to fill up and we were ignored for a good thirty minutes before the woman came to clear away our dishes. She asked how was everything and my husband informed her the pasta was too al dente and he couldn’t eat it. We waited for a dessert menu. Instead, the fussy guy came over with the bill. He said he took it my husband’s pasta off our bill and proceeded to ring us out. I guess they were done with us. Bottom line, the food was good the service terrible. It makes me wonder after reading these reviews if this business changed hands. We will not go back there ever again.

16/09/2025: We arrived at 2:40 PM and the kitchen was closing, so the waiter told us to order quickly lol, but I think they still sell pizzas after the kitchen closes. We ordered pasta, ~€9 each (good price), we found the carbonara and the one with pesto a little salty and maybe a little too al dente, but it was very tasty! There was air conditioning (🙏) but I didn't see a bathroom.

30/11/2025: Lefebvre Restaurant is part of my childhood. You're literally next to a pond, a swimming pool, and outside there's a small swing for the kids to play on. The interior is very welcoming, almost luxurious. Outside there's a nice, spacious space with tables and a canopy. The ultimate level of luxury.

16/09/2025: Beautiful restaurant. Ample parking. Well-maintained garden, perfect for souvenir photos. Very elegant interior, suitable for weddings and other events, or for couples. Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent quality of ingredients. The only caveat: events are held simultaneously, which means that for birthdays with music (despite being hosted in a closed room), the noise level is a bit high, but not to the point of being intolerable. Advice for restaurant owners: adequately soundproof the event room.

08/11/2025: We arrived at the pizzeria at 9:15 PM and the appetizer (croquette, supplì, mozzarella and bruschetta) arrived at 9:45 PM. At 11:00 PM, when the place was almost empty, the first pizzas arrived. It's a shame because if the service were quicker, maybe I would go back.

25/10/2025: A classic pizzeria for a casual Saturday night with friends. Service can be slow when crowded, and it's too loud to talk. The food is good and the price is reasonable!

17/10/2025: A very positive experience. The pizzas were good and quite light. The staff was kind and attentive.

23/10/2025: Good effort, mediocre pizza, small place. The dining room is chaotic, small, with the TV on and people crowded together. The prices, however, are those of a gourmet pizza.

04/10/2025: Luca was such a friendly, helpful, and professional chef we met in Rome. We both really enjoyed the truffle pasta and even bought several truffle products to take home as souvenirs. If you’re not sure what to buy, just look for Luca! he’ll guide you through everything you need. Thank you for your kindness 🙏

10/11/2025: The restaurant of the 5-star hotel, just steps from Piazza del Popolo, Le Jardin, is ultra-elegant (no dress code, just a little common sense). You can dine surrounded by the beauty of its gardens in a relaxed (but not stuffy) and elegant atmosphere where no detail is left to chance. Impeccable service, never intrusive, but always present.

10/11/2025: One of the best restaurants in Rome we've visited, we'll definitely come back on our next trip.

05/11/2025: Pure magic! We needed a couple of days off, and our stay at Santa Scolastica truly recharged us. Smiles and kindness were the qualities we appreciated in all the staff. The accommodation was basic but absolutely clean and comfortable, and the food exceeded our expectations. I hadn't had an amatriciana with homemade tonnarelli pasta this good in a long time, and the main courses and desserts were also excellent. The guided tour of the facility was lovely, with extremely kind and patient guides. Shopping at the herbalist's shop was a must. Nature did the rest.
