17/09/2025: This is my first time at this restaurant, and I found it a bit dated. I replaced two glasses because they weren't clean, the table was set with placemats and paper napkins, and the portions weren't generous. My husband ordered porcini mushrooms, which were completely tasteless. The price was also a bit high for the little we ate and the service. It doesn't make me want to return.

10/10/2025: Very clean place and great people. Respectful, I highly recommend it because I just had a great pizza for my birthday, I loved it.

08/10/2025: Very fast and friendly service. I was served by a girl a few days ago, I think her name was Sara. I immediately ordered water and bruschetta with lard, then I moved on to the sea urchin appetizer and then the paccheri... I should start by saying that the room was full and the service was very smooth and dynamic. She was very friendly, kind, and smiling. I also tried something from my friends' place, a risotto with cream of scampi, and I have to say it was very good value for money. If you want to be served, Sara is a great person. I highly recommend her!

20/06/2025: Ho provato i gusti classici zabaione e nocciola e posso dire i gusti li ho trovati : Zabaione un po’ troppo liquoroso ma buono mentre la nocciola veramente top. Il costo del cono/coppetta piccolo ( veramente piccolo)è di 3 euro . La gelateria se siete in zona provatela .

30/05/2025: I already explored and tried many many gelaterias. Honestly speaking, the La Riserva Della Neve is the best gelato in Rome. After taste from Some of gelatarias has additional flavour syntetic, but Della Neve is the real fruit or natural ingredients. From Sebastian the guy who gave us excellent service, Della Neve have laboratory to produce the new product. He explained everything, we got new knowledge about the product from Sebastian. The best one is Dark Chocollate, and very good combination is Dark Chollate, avocado and pistachio. If you are fresh and sour lovers, you can try limone and agrumi e zonzero. It’s the best one. I will come to this store, once i come back to Rome.

07/10/2025: Can’t put less than 4 stars as the view and atmosphere of this restaurant by the lake are absolutely fantastic. The food (primi, meat and fish secundi) is also of good quantity and solid quality although not flabbergasting. Fine but not impressive selection of wine. We enjoyed our time there. Service though is deplorable, the waitress didn’t crack a single smile, took our orders nonchalantly, delivered our plates with as little manner as she could; she took the same approach with tables around us. The bosses weren’t much warmer, including when they kicked us out, coldly stating that they were now closing.

Plus, the service was quick and the staff were incredibly friendly. I recommend this place for anyone who wants quality food and avoids long waits. Oh! The focaccia is also delicious.

02/09/2025: A place with attention to detail, welcoming and comfortable, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've been back and can confirm that it's one of my favorite places in central Rome. The menu is tasty and delicious. Bread, butter, and anchovies are also worth a try. Delicious desserts... see you next time 😋❤️

The prices are more than fair considering the quality and generous portions, making Marco's Bar an ideal destination for those seeking a hearty, high-quality aperitivo in Viterbo. Ultimately, a place that combines excellent food, well-made drinks, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for aperitifs and evenings with friends: we'll definitely be back!
