27/05/2025: I no longer remember the name of the waiter 🔝 who served me, but I promised him that I would review, and to the owner I say: give him the raise! 💪🏻😂 If you are in Rome in the center-Manzoni area, go there. A refined environment, smart and polite staff in their ways and in their speech (how beautiful), and dishes that are eaten with the eyes. I took a first course, I was undecided on which to choose and the good waiter had me prepare an off-menu variation to let me taste the knowledge of the two dishes I was undecided on. Honest prices, that do not make you get up from the table scared. TOP 🔝

23/06/2025: We leave with a discrete fishy taste in our mouths covered by a strong taste of deception. A continuous attempt to raise the bill. Decently good fish, decently well cooked, high prices for what you eat. But the truly unbearable thing is the continuous bombardment of the waiter to sell as much as possible by putting pressure on the customers, perhaps instructed by the owner. We order from the various 3 first courses of the day, obviously proposed by the waiter, obviously without a price on the menu, obviously (and unjustifiably) much more expensive than the other first courses on the menu. A “nice” note, we are asked to choose only one type of pasta for the same sauce, which is fine in a good trattoria but certainly not in a seafood restaurant that wants to show off. A diner orders a grilled sea bream, priced at €20 on the menu. The waiter shows up with a 800g sea bream (luckily still to be cooked) (for one person only) clearly embarrassing the girl who does not feel like, not being alone at the table and to avoid making a fool of herself, to refuse what is proposed. The bill is high but overall it is almost acceptable, even if for the same price in Rome you can easily eat in places of a much higher level. However, it is really very unpleasant to feel treated like "tourists in the center" and to see a continuous attempt to put customers in difficulty by putting them in a position of feeling obliged to accept what is proposed to avoid "making a fool of yourself" with their friends at the table.

17/06/2025: Fish dinner in this wonderful place where you can taste the sea in every dish. For lovers of raw fish, it is the right place to delight your palate. I recommend that you rely on the expert guidance of the staff in choosing the dishes ... Highly recommended those off the menu. See you next time guys

07/06/2025: Locale molto grande e ampio parcheggio personale veloce per quanto riguarda il mangiare …. buona la bruschetta primi molto limitati o quelli o niente mentre per la carne ampia scelta, carne buona ma diverse volte tanto osso e poca carne , comunque ottima purtroppo alla fine non sai mai effettivamente il peso della carne e al momento di pagare trovi sempre la sorpresa

08/06/2025: Domus Park hotel was the location of my daughter's communion last May 25th! Enchanting location in the greenery where the privacy of each event reigns supreme! At the same time the structure had another communion that we did not even glimpse! Excellent food, service and professionalism of the impeccable dining room staff! The girls were a very important part of the organization, especially Giada who always tried to fulfill our every request! What can I say, they were a very important part of our event, giving us an unforgettable day! All our guests complimented us!

05/06/2025: I ate badly especially the pizza that was rubbery and indigestible and even charred (even that of colleagues). High prices. Very unwelcoming environment. I would define it as a place for only unwary tourists. I do not recommend it!

20/06/2025: Excellent gricia, to lose your head... Pasta al dente, perfectly cooked, exceptional pecorino cream and fantastic guanciale crunch!!! Too bad that as soon as the dishes arrived we dusted them off, otherwise I would have posted the photos, but we didn't have time!!!

05/06/2025: The place is very well-kept and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere and well-chosen details. We tried the €8 aperitif formula, which included a cocktail and a mini cutting board. However, the cutting board disappointed us: the portion was rather small and the products seemed average, without anything particularly tasty or refined. The place is worth it, but the aperitif should be improved

17/06/2025: Update 16 June 2025 at 21:57: Hello owner, It would behoove you not to make assumptions about the kind of dishes eaten by your patrons. To clarify your misguided statement, I am accustomed to eating appropriately seasoned food when dining out. My boyfriend, a born and raised Roman man pointed out the lack of salt in your food before I even took my first bite. Let us simply chalk it up to EVO Hosteria serving two underwhelming and unseasoned dishes to the same table. Original review: Based on the previous reviews, I have to wonder if I simply went on a bad day for the cooking staff. We ordered pici gambero rosso e pistacchio di Bronte and a polpo dish. The first was made with too much oil. Unfortunately, it also suffered the ultimate sin due to the pasta being bland aka not cooked in ocean-salty water and somehow, all of the salt was absent from the shrimp as well. Other than that, the pistacchio was quite nice. The polpo was even worse: hard as nails and saltless. How a chef could manage to completely remove the salt from saltwater creatures is beyond my realm of understanding. However, if their wizardry renders them capable of doing that, the least they could do is put that salt elsewhere in the dish while not overcooking the poor octopus. Sadly, the cook was beyond well done and went into the category of congratulations. How tragic.
