26/01/2026: On December 10, 2025, we celebrated my niece's wedding by eating at this splendid restaurant. The welcome aperitif outside the restaurant was sublime, and then with that breathtaking view of the sea, it looked like a painting. The lunch dishes were excellent. The dining room staff were very professional and attentive to every need and request of the customer. Heartfelt compliments to the kitchen staff for preparing masterpieces. I highly recommend it.

30/10/2025: What a joy to be part of this special day! ❤️ Our music accompanied the wedding of two wonderful people, in a place that gave us unique emotions and views, rooms, and lighting! We hope to play another wedding in this fantastic location soon!

16/03/2026: We went to Lady Rose with a Smartbox. Looking at the menu, I saw a lot of variety and very fair prices for both meat and fish! When the dishes arrived, they were plentiful and well-seasoned. We had two fish appetizers and two fish first courses. We really enjoyed them. At other tables, we saw Roman-style pizza, and that was also very tempting. We'll be back to try it. The staff is all very kind and helpful. Well done.

08/03/2026: I've been missing for a while, and the quality remains undiminished! You can order some of the best meats, cooked to perfection. In my opinion, it's among the best in Rome. The only flaw is the tables are all too close together, making the experience a bit uncomfortable and chaotic.

06/03/2026: Three stars for the atmosphere and the food. The waitress (I think her name is Ludovica) was a bit hasty and brusque when dealing with customers. For me, courtesy is paramount when dealing with the public. And the same can be said with kindness. For this reason, I don't think I'll return, even though the food is good. The other waiter, a young man, was, to be fair, courteous and polite.

10/03/2026: A place rich in spirituality, art, and history! A pleasant welcome and stay for an experience of prayer and peace. Suitable for families, individuals, or groups, with the option of excursions. The nearby lake south of the monastery, complete with waterfall, can be reached via a beautiful nature trail.

31/03/2026: The place is not very large but welcoming. The service is a bit inattentive but overall it is more than sufficient. The first courses are very good for my taste, both the pici with beef and red fruits and the rigatoni with chicory and sausage. The cutting board is more beautiful than it is good. The wine cellar is excellent.

23/03/2026: Yesterday during a walk, we discovered this beautiful place and were immediately impressed. The owner Federico was extremely friendly and took great care of us. The staff were also very attentive, and the drinks arrived quickly. Since we didn’t have a reservation, we sat outside – but thanks to the heaters, it was very comfortable and not an issue at all. The food was excellent. My wife especially loved her main course. In the end, we paid only €55, which honestly surprised me – I was expecting closer to €100. A very pleasant surprise. We’re really happy we found this place and will definitely come back again while we’re still here.

07/12/2025: The location is enchanting, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The menu is well-curated and offers a wide selection of dishes and drinks. But the real highlight is the margarita: it's the best! Fast service and a welcoming atmosphere make it perfect for a relaxed dinner, an aperitif with friends, or an after-dinner drink!

07/12/2025: I went on Sunday evening for the piano bar and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was super welcoming and relaxed, and the live music made everything even more special. I enjoyed the evening from start to finish. It's definitely a place I'd love to return to!

13/12/2025: A simple, welcoming, and family-friendly restaurant, one of those increasingly hard-to-find restaurants for its many advantages: traditional yet updated cuisine. 2. The cooking skills are old-fashioned, reminiscent of grandma's cooking—a grandma who knows how to cook very well, though. 3. The excellent selection of products, both in the kitchen and in the beverages. For example, the house wine is much better than the basic bottled wine at many restaurants. The only downside? They're closed on Sunday evenings, sarcastically speaking, because they do it right; when you're doing so well, family-run, it's only right to rest when you want. I recommend it to anyone within a 50km radius.

29/11/2025: I stopped by here on a day trip. Reading the reviews, I had very high expectations, but they were a bit disappointed, both regarding the price and the quality-price ratio. I want to emphasize that for now the rating is positive, but I want to return to try other dishes and discover more flavors and maybe add a star. We started with an appetizer for two, good and plentiful, but unfortunately not with the typical flavors found in the village, far from the cold cuts and cheeses of the city and/or the supermarket. The first course was a typical dish of the restaurant: Strengozzata with a good sauce but not very tasty given the ingredients, it seemed more like a simple pasta with sauce cooked quickly. For the second course, we had the stew, cooked well and soft, but then the sauce (carrot-based, I think) covered the flavor a bit, like a sweet oi, unexpected. The side dish was bad, bad, we chose the chicory, obviously I was hoping it would be fresh that day or almost, given how far we came to eat here, instead it was like the frozen one, highly not recommended. Nothing to say about the friendly and helpful staff and owner. The place is well-furnished, clean, and characteristic, with a very nice cellar and a good selection of wines. In the end, the bill without alcohol (for: 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 1 second course, 1 side dish) is around €50. Definitely too much, considering we're not exactly in the center of Rome, and this should be considered.

08/02/2026: I don't think you've ever seen a place like this. "Charming" doesn't quite do it justice. The atmosphere overwhelms you, you feel like you're in a cabin in the Dolomites. The food is excellent and the service is engaging. I recommend it.

14/03/2026: Truly a hidden gem of an Italian restaurant in a quiet little hilltop town of Monticelio! Would highly recommend trying the food here; very tasty Italian for an authentic experience. Each of the dishes is an unique preparation compared to what I had tasted in the past, and all of it was splendid. Very good service and speaking no Italian myself, the staff were very helpful in providing the required suggestions.

02/03/2026: A seafood restaurant with the catch on display as you enter. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try it because the kitchen had already closed for 5 minutes at 9 PM because they were watching the game and didn't want to serve us. Luckily, 500 meters further on, there was another excellent fresh seafood restaurant. It's still a good restaurant, but based on my experience, I recommend booking to avoid unpleasant surprises.
