15/12/2024: Good evening, it was me, my wife and my son. Meanwhile, up to you splendid people. The Avis gentleman showed us a place to park. Had an aperitif in the square. People shipped. Then golden sphere lunch The sign. I drive a splendid person. The guys in the room were splendid. Superlative dishes. As always. I hadn't been back for about 30 years. My father and Mr. I drive friends. I don't know what to say anymore. You have to try. It's exciting to return to a place full of emotions. Greetings Massimo Agneni

05/01/2025: Vinimos a almorzar y estaba bastante vacío. Nos atendieron rápidamente, pero el camarero era muy grosero y corto. Cuando estábamos esperando la comida vi al mismo camarero tirar las comidas al microondas. La comida era asquerosa. Cuando hicimos el pedido había dos opciones de tamaño y elegí la pequeña así que no me importó que fuera pequeña pero cuando vinimos a pagar me cobraron por la más grande. Cuando intentamos pagar, intentaron decirnos que no sabían hablar inglés (lo que sí pudieron porque antes nos hablábamos en inglés). Nos dijeron que su máquina de tarjetas estaba rota y nos dijeron que fuéramos al cajero automático de enfrente donde había un grupo de 10 hombres esperando alrededor (parecían delincuentes). Cuando les dijimos que no teníamos como tarjeta física con nosotros intentaron que me quedara mientras mi novio iba al hotel a buscar dinero en efectivo. No permitimos esto y empezamos a caminar juntos para obtener el dinero en efectivo. La mujer corrió por la carretera después de nosotros gritando que la máquina de tarjetas estaba funcionando de nuevo. Por favor, no vengas aquí. La comida era descuidada y la experiencia fue horrible. Pagamos 36 euros por dos pequeñas comidas en microondas.

12/11/2024: Il cibo era buono, il cameriere gentile, il locale è molto carino anche se forse un po' buio. Avevamo prenotato con The Fork con il 30% di sconto ma ci simo scordati di chiederlo e anche chi ci ha fatto pagare ha pensato bene di non concederlo....

09/12/2024: A restaurant that I recommend with all my heart!! The owners are nice, friendly and treated us very well. The place is clean, welcoming and warm (and this was to be expected given how the owners are...). The food is exquisite, from starters to desserts.

01/01/2025: What a wonderful welcome to Rome that having a delicious Italian meal and served by an amazing person. We shared 3 different dishes and everyone was to impressed. The porchetta was so different and the best I ever had. However, Elisa our server made our experience more memorable, she was friendly and super attentive. She impressed me since she was the only one taking care of everyone in the restaurant and never I felt neglected..

08/12/2024: The pinsa is delicious, light and fragrant. We chose the non-stop pinsa menu, also being able to choose the types of pizza. Compliments to the staff.

17/11/2024: Always check your bill! Wrong bill: wine increased by 6 euros and starter by 2 euros. An oversight of as much as 8 euros is not admissible. I pointed this out but it was unfortunate that the restaurant manager took it out on the very kind and absolutely innocent waiter. I would like this complaint of mine to reach the boy. While with the first account I benefited from a 5 euro discount, with the correct account I was no longer entitled to it. Strange. Very strange. But I feel sorry for the boy. Very much. Let them know!

10/08/2024: La Puglia nel cuore, la Puglia nei piatti Elena ci ha accolto con calore e simpatia, offrendo per prima cosa la ciotola si acqua al nostro inseparabile Oscar e ci ha raccontato la storia di questo simpatica ristorante in una delle strade della movimento da notturna romana. È un locale che rispecchia appieno il mood pugliese.. Chef Tempesta ci ha solleticato il palato con il panzArotto come antipasto, con una pasta leggera ed una frittura senza traccia di olio di cottura e poi ci ha mandato una porzione di polpo ubriaco per non attendere senza qualcosa da mangiare l'arrivo dei primi. Il primo è stata la pasta all' assassina, perfetta esemplificazione del panorama culinario pugliese preparata come va fatta. Il secondo primo piatto era un omaggio alla tradizione romana, la carbonara, ma al posto del guanciale un polpo tenerissimo. Fantastico. Nel bicchiere una Raffo alla spina ghiacciata, anzi..due. E per fugare qualunque dubbio sull'origine del locale Elena ci ha offerto anche un rosolio casalingo. La puglia migliore a Roma. Il conto era decisamente poco caro sia in rapporto alla media romana che per la qualità delle materie prime e dei piatti servitici con cura ed affetto in un bel posto. 15/12/2024: Premessa:la ragazza in sala si vantava delle prelibatezze della sua cucina romana, Teippa stracotta,fritti unti e bisunti,braciola di maiale secca e insipida,devo aggiungere altro? a mai più!!!

15/12/2024: Il personale inospitale mai successa una situazione del genere con prenotazione effettuata una settimana in anticipo ed all arrivo ci hanno invitato ad uscire. Il tavolo era pronto e non ci hanno fatto accomodare. Al ritorno tutto occupato e ci mandano al piano superiore ove la stessa cameriera più che arrogante e non professionale mi dice di scendere giù di nuovo. Un ristorante orribile gestito da gente non professionale e che non sa gestire con gentilezza i clienti. Al che abbiamo preferito non pranzare in quanto ci avrebbero trattato in malo modo come l accoglienza che è stata vergognosa. Mai successo con prenotazione effettuata. Tutto personale specialmente cameriera e cameriere di una maleducata in verosimile badavano ai loro clienti abituali e non sanno gestire.

28/11/2024: Such unique flavors! We tried the pine (so unique), cinnamon (gritty texture in a good way), persimmon, and lemon ginger (has a zing!) and all were amazing! It was mid range price for what we have seen in Rome but we immediately marked it to go back! Super nice person behind the counter, not crowded and cute atmosphere!

09/12/2024: Osteria located in the center of Frascati, has a very characteristic and welcoming environment. The staff is really kind and very knowledgeable. As for the food, the starters were good, although I didn't particularly like the porchetta and mozzarella, while the meatballs were really excellent. As for the first course, I chose a truffled carbonara, which was really good. Price a little above average, but still approved.
