05/01/2025: Praticamente il top... Abbiamo mangiato un risotto alla crema di scampi e scialatielli allo scoglio a dir poco squisiti... Una frittura sublime... Dolci molto buoni e soprattutto accoglienza, professionalità e tanta tanta disponibilità condita da simpatia... Ugo è una persona speciale e molto molto professionale! SUPER!

05/01/2025: Finalmente siamo riusciti a prenotare per il pranzo, il ristorante ha accolto anche il nostro cane e non è da tutti. Piatti abbondanti e pesce fresco, prezzo giusto per la qualità e bontà di quanto degustato. Ottima la falangina di loro produzione e servizio attento e puntuale. Da provare e ritornare. Come diceva mia nonna “pe cient’anni” e nel loro caso, essendo già al primo secolo, per altri 100 anni, a salut vostra e nostra.

16/12/2024: Dining in this restaurant was a truly pleasant experience, perfect for celebrating a very important occasion for us. Excellent traditional cuisine in a refined and welcoming environment. The appetizer from the countryside was very good, the platter was of high quality, the paccheri with artichokes, pecorino and bacon and the orange tiramisu were highly appreciated by all. All the staff perfect. Fabrizio is attentive and helpful and, not to be taken for granted, also friendly.

31/08/2024: When we want to "reward ourselves" we go to eat in this delicious restaurant. We did it last night too, and I can assure you that the food is truly excellent, with top quality ingredients!!! A little restaurant that will amaze you in every way: impeccable service, vast selection of wines, very nice environment, very friendly and nice owner, and, moreover, the truly excellent quality/price ratio!!! You can't go wrong, whether you choose to go there for lunch or dinner, or for a ceremony, you will be amazed by how much passion and love you will find in every food!! Highly recommended!!!!

27/09/2024: We stopped at this beach which is very pretty, very calm and even deserted at the end of September, it is very clean and pleasant. We ate at La Scalette and we were pleasantly surprised, it was just delicious 😍 the sea bruschetta is just divine, the seafood pacchero incredible and the fried foods were delicious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I will go back there when I come back to Italy!

26/08/2024: What meat!!! Too good, I recommend the Chianina fillet, but steaks, loin etc. everything is good, it's worth it, book otherwise you risk it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

18/08/2024: I liked it for so many reasons! 1 the comfortable and friendly environment, everyone greets you, everyone smiles 2 the excellent food, plentiful, very fresh meat, top cured meats and homemade bread and pizza 3 the bottle of wine as a gift... it's the first time this has happened to me 🤣

28/12/2024: It was by far the best carbonara I ate in my life. The waitresses are exceptional. They said the carbonara was the best they had eaten and it was really authentic. Loved loved and loved. Never found nothing similar again in any Italian restaurant. Just had one now after so many and I really decided to search for this restaurant online and give them a deserved review! I really hope I can return and enjoy that carbonara again. The desserts and starters were fantastic as well.

13/10/2024: Alas I give 3 stars because less would be too bad, so I'll give it 50/50. Beautiful place, as a farmhouse I would have expected a nice place but a little more rustic inside, without white tables and chairs and restaurant-type settings (but these are personal choices). The food was a bit sparse, the platter for 2 people was not a platter but a plated appetizer that I would have easily finished on my own (either lower the price because €18 is a bit much or increase the dose a bit). The other dishes are also a little small, I have to say the lamb skewer is good but 2 mini skewers for €15 are a bit poor, the tagliatelle with mushrooms are also a bit smaller. The ravioli with ricotta is good, a single dish of the right size, a suggestion based on taste, but this is very personal, I would avoid the raw oil on top, because after the second bite you begin to feel a bit of off-color acidity in the mouth. 05/01/2025: Vinimos a almorzar y estaba bastante vacío. Nos atendieron rápidamente, pero el camarero era muy grosero y corto. Cuando estábamos esperando la comida vi al mismo camarero tirar las comidas al microondas. La comida era asquerosa. Cuando hicimos el pedido había dos opciones de tamaño y elegí la pequeña así que no me importó que fuera pequeña pero cuando vinimos a pagar me cobraron por la más grande. Cuando intentamos pagar, intentaron decirnos que no sabían hablar inglés (lo que sí pudieron porque antes nos hablábamos en inglés). Nos dijeron que su máquina de tarjetas estaba rota y nos dijeron que fuéramos al cajero automático de enfrente donde había un grupo de 10 hombres esperando alrededor (parecían delincuentes). Cuando les dijimos que no teníamos como tarjeta física con nosotros intentaron que me quedara mientras mi novio iba al hotel a buscar dinero en efectivo. No permitimos esto y empezamos a caminar juntos para obtener el dinero en efectivo. La mujer corrió por la carretera después de nosotros gritando que la máquina de tarjetas estaba funcionando de nuevo. Por favor, no vengas aquí. La comida era descuidada y la experiencia fue horrible. Pagamos 36 euros por dos pequeñas comidas en microondas.

12/11/2024: Il cibo era buono, il cameriere gentile, il locale è molto carino anche se forse un po' buio. Avevamo prenotato con The Fork con il 30% di sconto ma ci simo scordati di chiederlo e anche chi ci ha fatto pagare ha pensato bene di non concederlo....

We went in for lunch, staff really lovely and helpful, food was a taste sensation, especially the pasta alla gricia my husband had. We also had wine, cake, tea and coffee - all yum! Don’t be put off by the non-traditional Italian name, we had the best lunch and a country mile better than most of the other places we ate in Trastevere
