The pizzas, cut with scissors and constantly coming out in different flavors, are all better than the last, especially the potato one, which is practically unknown in Spain. The dessert I tried, one with tons of cream on top, was also good. And the panettone I took was delicious too. Highly recommended.

12/12/2025: A fantastic find! Pizzeria Italia dal 1987 offers a wide variety of pizzas, all of them delicious. Prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants in Rome, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for all pizza lovers.

04/11/2025: Thanks to a bonus I got on a website (it’s mentioned in the photo), I decided to go out for dinner. The seafood was amazing — especially the shrimp. Didn’t spend it all, of course, but this dinner made the evening feel special.

21/11/2025: I went to Salicicchia for a simple dinner of pizza and dessert, and I have to say it was well worth it. The pizza is excellent: light dough, well-cooked, carefully topped with quality ingredients. It's one of those pizzas you enjoy eating until the last bite without feeling heavy. The dessert was also memorable: delicious, fresh, carefully made, and not just another "just-in-time" dessert. You can tell there's passion even at the end of the meal, and that's always a pleasure. But the real added value of the place is the owner: a very nice, friendly person, the kind who welcomes you with a smile and immediately puts you at ease. That genuine friendliness makes the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Salicicchia is a place where you eat well and feel good. Perfect for a quiet evening, without frills but with plenty of quality and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

21/11/2025: Thin and very good pizza in a very spartan environment, portions not very abundant but that can also be enough for dinner. Not many seats, nice entrance in a medieval square. Pizza, beer, chips and amaro 20 euros, more than honest!!!

05/12/2025: After days of eating no fish in Rome, I decided to give this seafood place a try. Walked in early and they nicely took me in (place was full when I was done.) Look carefully at the menu, they have tasting menu for both the raw and cooked appetizers. We took both and they were fantastic. They can do a seafood pasta if you want, and it was fantastic. My fish was excellent. Next time I will be more adventurous and order one of those fish in the display that I have never tried. I would say this is an excellent seafood place. The best I have had, not counting the Japanese sushi places. Better than all the fresh seafood places I have had in Paris. I highly recommend it, and look forward to coming back to Rome for this restaurant.

19/10/2025: I highly recommend Rosemary for a breakfast or lunch! It’s adorable, right off the main road- off the beaten path yet steps from everything Fresh squeezed juices, amazing coffee, fantastic prices- and the food is delicious and so fresh! I got a simple egg breakfast and asked for a side of veggies, and I got a beautiful bowl of roasted eggplant, zucchini and squash. My friends got a larger breakfast with eggs, pancakes, and two choices of meats. All came with fresh squeezed juice and cafe latte. And the staff was so pleasant and happy-

05/12/2025: We were at a very special place today. The food, ambience and service were exceptional. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. What really makes a difference is the fact that you do not just get the "usual" tipica cucina romana, but also dishes from Puglia. I herewith declare "il tarallo" as being one of our three favorite restaurants in Trastevere.

18/12/2025: We found this restaurant while searching on Google Maps for places to eat near our itinerary. We decided to go because of the good reviews, and we weren't wrong! Delicious dishes, generous portions, and a comfortable atmosphere. We ordered a Carbonara, a Capricciosa pizza, and a salad. Everything was high quality and very reasonably priced. The only downside is that we discovered it on our last day in Rome. Highly recommended.

02/12/2025: I had the lemon pasta and it was divine! I tried to go her for dinner 2 days in a row but they seemed to be closed the second day. I look forward to being back the next time I'm in Rome!

30/11/2025: Spectacular fried foods and flans. I can't review the pinsa because I didn't order it among the myriad dishes and appetizers, but if they're anything like the focaccia they serve instead of bread, they're definitely worth it. Welcoming and hip service in true San Lorenzo style: even those who aren't from Rome and don't know what that means will love it. Highly recommended!!

22/10/2025: Ratings speaks for itself. The food and service was amazing. The manager of the restaurant kalinca is the sweetest, very accomodating and made it possible for us to have a table for 2 despite of the crowdiness of her bistro and super late lunch for us.
