19/10/2025: A Sunday to forget!! A terrible experience for my wife and I. When we arrived at the restaurant, we immediately began eating the appetizer, which was paltry compared to the usual fare. Once we finished the appetizer, the endless wait for the first courses began. After more than an hour of waiting, we asked the staff for information, but received no concrete answers. The most absurd situation occurred when tables who arrived after us even arrived for dessert. Instead, we were still waiting for our first courses. The nightmare ended when we decided to leave. We paid for the two paltry appetizers (30 euros) and left.

03/09/2025: I don't know what to say. A beautiful day at the spa, but to continue relaxing, we decided not to leave given the restaurant's excellent reviews. The bread in the basket was obviously old. Amatriciana, or pasta with sauce containing soft, not at all crispy pork cheek, and no pecorino cheese, or if it was present, it was imperceptible. Tagliolini with asparagus, pork cheek, and tomatoes was a bland pasta dish, with ingredients that didn't quite mesh together. To finish off beautifully, the beef tagliata, €28, or six strips of meat, floating in a pungent red sauce, surrounded by six white beans and bland potatoes. An excellent dinner if we had opted for a cafeteria, but not for a four-star hotel, and not at that price. We ate purely out of hunger, not pleasure. However, as I told the waiter, the Fiuggi water was really good.

22/10/2025: Ratings speaks for itself. The food and service was amazing. The manager of the restaurant kalinca is the sweetest, very accomodating and made it possible for us to have a table for 2 despite of the crowdiness of her bistro and super late lunch for us.

17/01/2026: This place was truly a surprise. The small space, the welcome and service of a large restaurant, and the open kitchen raised our expectations for the food. Expectations were more than met: the cacio e pepe and pici with tuna 'nduja were unique, as were the pancotto and mini burger as appetizers. Super affordable prices for the excellent quality. We'll be back!!! Truly exceptional.

10/01/2026: A really good place to stop. Fresh, clean, friendly staff, and not too expensive. Nutella crepes $4.80, small crepes $3.00. Try the focaccia nociola, a true artisan!

26/02/2026: A very charming and welcoming place, run by the talented Chef Bandana (Massimo), a friendly and efficient man, he offers cuisine inspired by local traditions... enhanced by some delightfully refined touches! We enjoyed a delicious appetizer, exquisite tonnarelli with red meat and mushroom sauce, a fantastic stew, an excellent beef steak, and a genuine mixed salad. We finished the meal with delicious tozzetti and coffee. The price/quality ratio is extremely favorable. Worth a visit. ... and we returned a second time with great satisfaction!

26/02/2026: I sat down for 5 minutes with my son and we ordered 2 supplì and 2 pieces of 2/10 portion of a tray, including a Margherita and a crostini with water and Coca Cola. Well, we spent a whopping €19.80... A really high price for what we ate and for the area in which it is located.

25/02/2026: Just saying it's good would be banal, high quality products, really good dough, every bite makes you want more, you can see that in the preparation there is not only work, things are truly made with love, a certainty for the whole area. TOP
