We still retain the flavor and aromas of the food and wine... which almost overshadow the kindness and familiarity of the manager, who almost wants to hide the great professionalism that leads them to certain results. Absolutely convenient quality/price ratio. It cannot be described, it is recommended to anyone who wants to take home an experience.

31/03/2026: The best restaurant of the 4 days we have been in Rome. A quiet and uncrowded place where you can enjoy original and different Italian dishes. We ordered an artichoke Risone, pasta with anchovies and pork with apple. Everything was simply incredible! It has been a long time since I ate so well.

Yet you always go to Ai Piani with the certainty of a wonderful evening. An authentic and excellent selection of seafood, solid traditional cuisine, superb signature dishes, exquisite side dishes, a wine list designed by those who know how to drink, by connoisseurs (and not just to put on a show). Even the desserts are a treat. The staff is courteous and friendly. In short, you can be a restaurant for the wealthy while still offering refined sincerity and a certain quality, even after many years of success. Long live Ai Piani.

08/04/2026: A cute little place near the Cipro stop. Local cuisine, well-prepared and reasonably priced. Our waitress was kind, cheerful, and very friendly. The carbonara we ordered was undercooked. We pointed it out, she confirmed it, and had it remade. 10 points for her service. At the end they bring you a "crostata" locally made that is absolutely delicious. The bathrooms needs some attention...but we noticed this is a usual problem in many restaurants....

The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the kind that makes you feel right at home, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. The staff is knowledgeable, always smiling, and attentive without being intrusive—which really makes the difference. You can see the top management by the owner Leo, who is truly refined and highly competent. But the real highlight is the food: everything is incredibly fresh and meticulously prepared. Authentic flavors and a presentation that takes you on a wonderful culinary journey 😊 Excellent value for money, especially considering the overall experience. 12/04/2026: You need to forget about the long lines in the busiest restaurants and come here instead. Our local friends recommended it, and we had one of best carbonara and fettuccine with truffle that we had in our trip. Oh and get ready for the best bread you’ll ever have (has cheese in it!!). The Sicilian wine was also 10/10 and the women running it were the nicest. We can’t recommend it enough!!!

11/04/2026: Simply the best food we've had in Rome. We went here twice because the atmosphere and the food were so good. We ordered 4 different main courses as well as different antipasti and tiramisu - everything tasted so good! The owner is the sweetest, warmest lady who said that the place has been passed down through her family for generations. Remember to book a table in advance if you want to be sure to get a seat. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back 💛

01/05/2026: We were completely satisfied with Il Calascione restaurant, a charming location in the historic center of Arsoli. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with fast service and friendly staff, but above all, the dishes are exquisite! Local ingredients, excellent appetizers, and delicious first courses. We'll definitely be returning! Thanks to the owner for recommending beautiful places to visit in the area, especially the village of Cervara di Roma, which is spectacular!
