09/03/2025: Locale accogliente, molto curato, con circa 30 posti e una saletta rialzata tipo privee. Personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Piccolo benvenuto accompagnato da un calice di prosecco. Il grand crudo freschissimo (ostriche, scampi, mazzancolle, gamberi rossi e gamberetti rosa). La degustazione 5 antipastini (alici fritte, binchetti fritti, cozze, polpo e patate, insalata di calamari, ecc.) soddisfacente anche se quello con le seppie e la polenta con troppa cipolla. Chitarrina al riccio pescato ottima, consiglierei meno acqua di cottura e prezzemolo per non mitigare il sapore del riccio. Frittura di paranza freschissima. Prezzi congrui per la materia prima trattata.

13/03/2025: So, inside a tiny old-time venue, a maximum of twenty customers can sit. You will enjoy excellent home cooking, the result of the Innkeeper's daily purchases. All very simple but also very good. The offer of bottled wines, all local, is more than sufficient. Their loose ones are also excellent. Simple, friendly and effective service. It is a very successful place, book well in advance.

18/02/2025: A Pizzeria with a cut that doesn't look like much with its slightly kitsch front. But once you enter, Dario and his team welcome you with all their good humor and that's it: you are in Italy! The pizzas are very good and above all we are on a local price unlike those in the city center. 30 euros for 4 people, unbeatable.

09/03/2025: Location 10, io ristorante è dentro l’hotel ambasciatori ed è davvero bellissimo, peccato che c’erano veramente tanti tavoli e alla fine eravamo tutti seduti vicini, (evitabile a mio parere visto il grande spazio), personale perfetto. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo preso 2 antipasti il km 0 e il crostino di polenta buonissimi, ma i ravioli al tartufo “fatti a mano” (ho qualche dubbio al riguardo) non sapevano proprio di tartufo, sapevano solo di panna. Nel complesso hanno molto potenziale ma attenzione ai dettagli.

Abbiamo cominciato con un tonnarello al tartufo bianco per proseguire con una fondue per due con il tartufo nero. Peccato essere troppo pieni per i dolci. Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare la tartare e altri primi. Staff gentilissimo e locale ben curato

Mr. Matti is the type of italian that will make great recommendations and playfully judge when you go against his recommendations, but his attitude and authenticity makes this a must stop in Tuscolana

19/03/2025: I am a regular customer on Thursday evenings, I am writing this review to compliment all the staff for the professionalism they demonstrate on every occasion. The meat is good and well cooked, if you do not want to spend a lot on drinks with 50 cents you will have a glass that you can fill with water endlessly at the dispenser near the tables. The menu hanging on the wall is not easy to understand, I recommend downloading it from the site and deciding before entering. The bathrooms are always clean and this is a significant advantage for those leaving or arriving from Tiburtina. On Sundays it is closed all day, otherwise stop by for lunch or dinner. Only suggestion: it would be nice to be able to see a photo of each dish on the menu on the site. Domenico

08/03/2025: We'll be back! A little place that immediately welcomed us very well. Courteous and smiling staff, fast service, good food, honest prices. We had a sandwich with porchetta, scamorza and chicory... it blew us away! Well done...keep it up!
