13/05/2025: Immaculate vibe, super friendly service, you really feel like home. Extra points for having not only famous Italian dishes like pizza but also tamburello. Don't expect high cuisine but a cozy, tasty family restaurant. I recommend making a reservation, the place is quite small and popular.

11/05/2025: Without a doubt it is one of the best places I have ever eaten! In addition to the fact that the service is 10/10… the food is 11/10. It is a place that I recommend and that I will repeat on the next opportunity.

11/05/2025: We had lunch today in this delightful restaurant for the first time, the menu is varied and delicious, delicious appetizer, tonnarelli carbonara and excellent subiacciana strozzapreti, top desserts. Thanks to Caterina and Claudia for their kindness and friendliness. See you soon.

11/05/2025: It's rare to find a place where everything you eat is excellent from start to finish. When you add to this attentive, courteous and friendly service and a quiet and intimate atmosphere, then it comes naturally to you to reward all of this and leave a review that testifies to the passion put into this restaurant. However, since I also like to give a contribution that can advise on how to improve further, I also say this: the prices are 10-15% too high in my opinion, so I would act on those or increase the quantities a little.

24/05/2025: I have never been to this restaurant and for me it was a real discovery: the appetizer was nothing short of fantastic, the first courses fabulous, the service excellent; sensational location, comfortable and well-kept. Very kind and helpful staff for every situation. Highly recommended

22/05/2025: Roberto has an amazing restaurant! The food is a culinary experience and every bite was a delight! It was our last meal in Italy after 3 weeks and we truly enjoyed! Roberto is professional and friendly and takes care of the tourists walking in as well as the local Italians!

25/05/2025: It said they open at 5:30 and we waited half an hour to get in. After we entered, we were the only ones in the place and we only ordered after 20 minutes. It took them 40 minutes for an appetizer and 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food. The food was frozen and bad and the staff was very unpleasant. In the end, most of us didn't eat. Keep in mind that we were alone in the restaurant the whole time. We don't recommend it.

25/05/2025: Disappointment all the way. We had to wait mire than 1h to eat. We were the only guests. The food was highly disappointing for an Italian restaurant in Rome. Spaghetti with meatballs in particular. Not recommended.

On every occasion, one manages to appreciate the great quality of the ingredients used for the dishes served together with the refinement of the wines that the great Marcello undertakes to describe. Cantone7 is full of excellence! Not just to try… Cantone7 is a regular place to visit!

13/04/2025: Gentlemen, I have been to many restaurants, but here I think I have found MY restaurant. And I already understood it from the taste of the house's rustic wine served as an entrée. It goes to the substance of the flavours, but at the same time there is study and research behind it. There is refinement, but without making you feel uncomfortable in any way. And the price is ok. Highly recommended.

10/05/2025: Bar L’Incontro was right next to our accommodations during our visit to Rome. We went there for coffee and pastries every morning of our stay. The food and coffee were delicious, but what stood out to us more were the wonderful staff - we felt so welcomed every morning. By far our favourite cafe of our entire trip!

07/05/2025: I studied abroad for three months in Rome and Bar L’Incontro was right across the street from my apartment. I had a coffee there every morning and loved the hospitality, service, and friendships with the baristas. Eleonora is the best.

27/05/2025: This is the best place I ate in ages. I’ve been traveling Europe for a month, and out of all the cities and countries I’ve been to, this is the best meal I’ve had. The pasta was amazing, maybe the best dish of pasta I’ve had in my 21 years of life. The service was excellent, really made me feel welcomed and at home. I got the Amatricinia pasta and the meatballs. Could not recommend this place more.

11/05/2025: Well deserved 5 star rating. Great location near Termini, literally behind the national museum of Rome. Great food and great service.

11/05/2025: After our visit, we were very surprised that this restaurant was rated 4.7 stars (purchased reviews?!?). Our food was completely overcooked, which is quite an art when it comes to spaghetti with lobster. However, the restaurant is cozy and the ambiance is okay. We definitely cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be visiting again. The lemoncello offered at the end was a nice gesture, but it couldn't make up for the negative experience of our visit.

01/05/2025: Voici un joyau caché à l’abri des regards et loin des sentiers battus. La carte propose des mets italiens classiques, ainsi qu’une sélection de spécialités à base de trucs. Nous avons pris en entrée des sélections de fromages et de la charcuterie, puis un filet mignon et un steak tartare et à la truffe, pour finir avec une délicieuse mousse au chocolat maison . Le service était parfait, et le patron de l’établissement est très accueillant et agréable. C’est un sans-faute. Bravo.

02/05/2025: The food was delicious and the service was very nice and helpful. The only minus of the place is the lack of a toilet, but I think that the quality of the food more than makes up for this small minus :)

01/05/2025: Probably the best pasta I have eaten in my life - all good but especially the Carbonara (we tried re-creating it but just can't get the Giuncale as perfect!). We went for lunch every day of our Rome stay. I honestly don't understand the reviews below talking about the owners being rude or xenophobic or hating tourists... They were very friendly, spoke English and Spanish (and Italian obviously) - its a small place, they're busy so its a little rushed of course, but not rude! Cannot recommend highly enough! Mmm I want Carbonara now! :-)
