15/06/2025: On a Saturday evening, the three of us were the only guests. It wasn't very inviting, and they only provided a menu upon request, with the caveat that there was hardly any meat, mostly fish, and not every dish was available. We just had a drink and moved on. What a pity.

28/09/2025: Sunday, September 29 At 2:40 PM, my wife, our one-month-old son (who was sleeping soundly in his stroller) and I headed to the "Hosterie" restaurant with one goal: to spend Sunday lunch enjoying a delicious carbonara. Despite having 80% of the tables free, the waitress informed us that they were closing and not accepting any more customers. It should be noted that they were scheduled to close at 3:30 PM. Regretfully, we decided to head home, but first we stopped at a nearby shop. Coincidentally, after 15 minutes we passed by the restaurant again and immediately noticed that some new customers had arrived, occupying a table for four and two tables for two. Astonished and, above all, pissed off, we went to ask the waitress for an explanation, who, embarrassed, replied that they had decided to "reopen." 😅 From the lack of welcome we received, we sensed that their only problem was apparently the stroller with the baby (the first was cumbersome, the second annoying). We leave this review with a bitter taste in our mouths because Hosterie has always been one of our favorite places, until this unpleasant episode. We leave a heartfelt piece of advice to the owner: if they have a "no children or no families" policy, please have the courage to write it on a special sign and hang it outside the establishment. 22/08/2025: Absolutely not worth a visit! Rude and arrogant staff. After ordering (steak and baby squids), the food was served cold. After a polite complaint and a request for our food to be served warm, especially with steak and grilled dishes, the head chef came to the table and completely lost it, raging, screaming, offering no apology, nothing! ...We'll never be back! I've never experienced such aggression and behavior!

20/09/2025: A steal. 4 ridiculous slices of pizza... Almost 25 euros. I'd spend less at a pizzeria. Misleading, because the prices are written on the board and you think they refer to the slice. Instead... Underneath, in small print, a little hidden... It says 100g. Dishonest.

03/11/2025: October 31, Halloween, 9:00 PM. There are four of us. We ask where we can sit and they tell us "wherever you want." We go up and sit at a table where the music allows us to talk. We order, and the girl tells us, "Given the evening with music and blah blah blah, we have to close the table immediately." I, who come from the countryside and am of a certain age, look for the device to close the table, but I can't find it. Closing the table means paying... Meanwhile, a group who has booked a table arrives. This table is adjacent to ours. The gentleman accompanying them, in a rather rude manner, tells us, "There are 100 free tables, you should move so you don't get in the way." The gentleman has four beers in his hand that he leaves at the table of the group that just arrived. The beers are ours; we only find out after the guys at the table come to bring them to us. Back to the reason we were there: the Weiss beer is finished, the red one "I have to ask," the cold hamburger (€13.80 without (part) The pork shank is as good as ever, with two side dishes for only €14.80. I expect it to close soon.

21/10/2025: Review title: "What happened to you?" I used to frequent this place years ago and returned with a Roman friend with high expectations. So what happened? Poor service (our dishes were brought 15 minutes apart); the goulash was drowned in oil, and the bireschnitzel tasted ONLY of butter—the breading was inedible; the flat drinks were served in glasses (are cans and bottles too expensive?) and I noticed that 0.5L beers no longer exist and the prices have skyrocketed. The atmosphere has become neglected compared to the past. This explains the low attendance (the Udinese game was on Monday, and the place was practically empty). Ahhh, what a great place it was in the early 2000s!

02/04/2025: This lodge is a true gem for those seeking a day dedicated to good food and nature. Arriving on a beautiful sunny day, we were immediately won over by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine was the true star of our experience. Each dish showcased local tradition with a touch of refinement, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the attention to detail was evident in every course. To top it all off, the service was impeccable: the smiling and professional waiters skillfully managed the entire place. Sitting in the sun with a glass of wine in hand, surrounded by the mountains, we realized that this place is truly worth a visit. An experience we will repeat soon, perhaps after a long ski trip to earn all that goodness.

20/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience; I won't be returning. I was a guest at an 18th birthday party about three weeks ago, and initially, I had considered this venue for my daughter's birthday. However, after experiencing the evening as a guest, I completely changed my mind. Although the venue is undoubtedly beautiful and exclusive, the owner's attitude ruined the atmosphere: she was intrusive, unfriendly, and anything but professional. She often gave the impression of wanting to "control" the party rather than facilitate it, intervening inappropriately and creating discomfort among the guests. A real shame, because the venue has potential, but the owner's hospitality and demeanor really make the difference. Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable entrusting her with an important event.

20/07/2025: If I could, I wouldn't even give one star... A total disappointment!!! An intrusive owner, capable of ruining your party. She rents out a garden, not even very well lit, for €1,000, from 8 PM to 2 AM, and then intervenes, disturbing everyone. The first time she asks for the music to be turned down, the second time she says someone had skidded in her parking lot, which we hadn't even noticed because we were all still inside singing and had yet to cut the cake. Maybe it was someone who heard the party from afar and came over to see, what were we supposed to know? But these things should be occupational hazards, and she, looking quite pissed, approached the guests and asked who those people were. Anyway, to make a long story short, my nephew risked having his 18th birthday party ruined by an incompetent person who rents out her garden and doesn't even know that loud music is normal at a party. Because she was asked permission to do everything she did! And to be honest, I've been to a lot of parties and the volume wasn't that loud!!! And it was in the middle of nowhere, because it was a villa surrounded by nothing because the other houses were far away except hers. Forget it if you want to choose this place, listen to me!!!
