23/08/2025: We arrived a little late, but the staff were very helpful and courteous. We were served promptly, ate well, and paid a fair price. The goulash soup was especially excellent. The place isn't very big, but it's in a quiet, easily accessible location, with plenty of parking outside.

11/08/2025: Friendly service, and allergens were also taken into account. However, the food is mostly frozen. It's all pre-cooked schnitzel, and everything is heated in the deep fryer. The paninis were okay, but also very simple.

23/08/2025: Delicious food and great service! They have a shorter menu but everything is nice, fresh and homemade. No problem with ordering in english, the server was very kind, thoughtful and funny. Usually I like to try different places but this one was so good I had to come twice. And plan on coming back. I recommend their selection of regional dishes (cjarsons, frico and gubana). They are also famous for their carbonara and tiramisu (and rightly so).

23/08/2025: Very helpful staff, they immediately dealt with a larger group, moved tables. The food was excellent. The only thing missing was a drink menu, but that's common in Italy.

10/08/2025: The staff were incredibly friendly; they took care to prepare a table for us even though we arrived close to closing time. The food was absolutely delicious, the wait was very short, and they even offered us a sampling of appetizers. The ingredients were excellent, and the outdoor space was lovely. Highly recommended.

29/08/2025: We, Hans and Christl, once again had a wonderful holiday at the Hotel La Pigna with Fabrizio and Stefano. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel completely at home. The rooms are comfortably furnished and always very clean. The food was, as always, impressive and delicious – a culinary highlight! The breakfast buffet, in particular, impresses with its wide selection, so there's truly something for every taste. A big thank you to Fabrizio, Stefano, and their dedicated team for the wonderful stay. We're already looking forward to our next time! at the Hotel La Pigna with Fabrizio and Stefano.

28/07/2025: An old trattoria with dated, simple decor, and a covered outdoor area. They don't serve fish, but the food is delicious! The lard appetizer paired with fragrant peppers, the pork loin with excellent tuna sauce, and the tasty first courses with authentic, genuine aromas. The desserts are truly homemade, with a custard that, hallelujah, didn't even contain a hint of cream (so much for the Chantilly cream). All at a reasonable price. In short, I hope to return and eat the orecchiette with that sublime aroma that makes my mouth water...

21/07/2025: Tasty food. Interesting reinterpretations with even simple elements, but assembled in a refined and tasty way.

02/06/2025: I stopped for a quick lunch, never was a choice more wrong! I waited over 50 minutes for a piadina and unfortunately it didn't arrive, nor did what the other tables had ordered. They brought us drinks and not even a piece of bread. I'm sorry but after an hour of waiting I left! And I would like to point out that half the tables were free. In my opinion you've got the wrong job.

14/05/2025: It's the setting that makes the prosciutto good. Or the smoked trout or any prosecco you want to drink. It's like being inside a scenography on this terrace where the umbrellas soften the lights and flavors and if you look towards San Daniele you see the hill, one of those that could seem like a slice resting, ready to be enjoyed, enjoyed, enjoyed.

09/09/2025: The best pasta with clams in all of Lignano Sabbiadoro. We ended up there somewhat by chance, without much expectation. Instead, we were very happy with the prices. The pasta with clams was delicious, well-made, and well-seasoned, so much so that we went back for more! They were very kind, and offered everyone a free limoncello at the end of the meal!
