20/01/2026: I don't know what I did wrong.... Half a pre-cooked pasta, a chop, 2 French fries, coffee and bitters.... €28.... In my opinion, it's not worth the expense.... Ah... Half a sparkling white wine... First and last time...

14/02/2026: We went to this restaurant today and had a truly wonderful time. We chose local seafood dishes, and the quality of the ingredients was evident: incredibly fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The attention to detail and choice of ingredients, respecting flavor and the local area, was evident. The dishes were well-crafted, balanced, and truly delicious from start to finish. A special mention for the local eel, which was truly spectacular: it's hard to find it this well-prepared, and here it was impeccably prepared, showcasing its flavor to the fullest. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. We'd happily recommend this place to anyone looking for good seafood, simple but well-prepared. We'll definitely be back!

19/01/2026: I had some Cape Lunghe as an appetizer, which were out of this world. The first courses were definitely good (though I wasn't thrilled, hence the 4 stars), but they made up for it with a Mixed Fried Fish dish that was exceptional in terms of flavor, variety, quality, and abundance. The desserts were also top-notch. Good wine. Impeccable service, a rarity nowadays, with staff listing the entire menu from memory and suggesting things with a certain charm, and short wait times despite the dining room being packed with diners. The price was definitely in line with the amount eaten and the quality, and certainly even slightly lower than comparable restaurants.

18/03/2026: An unforgettable Saturday evening. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait a long time for a table. The tablecloth was stained with tomato sauce; we noticed they never change it. The service was incredibly slow. We asked for an appetizer and a portion of fries, which arrived after 40 minutes. They were lukewarm, without sauces, and without cutlery, unlike the table next door, which had sauces, bread, drinks, and cutlery. The pizza arrived about two hours after the appetizer. From what I noticed, we weren't the only ones. I'm a little disappointed by the waiters' attitude; they were almost annoyed that we had asked for a clean tablecloth—one that, I emphasize, had never been changed—and glasses and sauces were missing.

07/03/2026: A simple restaurant with fair prices and excellent quality! I had the linguine with shrimp and pistachios, and, contrary to expectations, it was creamy, not greasy, and well-balanced! The sugar packets with the zodiac signs on them are cute :)

01/03/2026: Excellent experience! 5 well-deserved stars! Passing by for lunch... I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's hospitality. I ordered a first course of spaghetti with clams, which was truly excellent, among the best I've ever eaten! I absolutely recommend it!

24/02/2026: We've been to Da Rochet several times, trying different dishes, and there's never been anything less than excellent. All the dishes were delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The portions aren't huge, but they're perfect for enjoying multiple dishes without feeling overwhelmed, yet still feeling full and satisfied. The pumpkin pie was phenomenal; I ordered and reordered it every time I returned. The Florentine steak was one of the best I've had in the area. The appetizers and desserts were also delicious, with a wide selection. The staff were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was refined and quaint, very pleasant. Parking was also available. Prices are moderately high, perhaps especially for desserts and side dishes, but overall, considering the quality of the ingredients, they're definitely reasonable.

01/03/2026: Dinner in Udine with friends on vacation. The place is very easy to get to, with parking and the historic center just a short walk away. Despite the extensive menu, we opted for a pizza night. The choices varied, but everyone loved them. The desserts were also very popular. The price was average, and the staff was friendly.

11/03/2026: We've spent four days during October in Tarvisio and had a meal there each day. It's a pretty popular ristorante in the locality, so reserving a tablet beforehand it's highly recommended. The soup of the day was always tasty!

05/03/2026: Yesterday we visited this restaurant and the food was really delicious. We ordered pasta carbonara, pizza with speck and brie and pasta with seafood and the soup of the day. We were very satisfied. For dessert we ordered tiramisu and coffee, again delicious. Great restaurant and service, we recommend and we will be back! Plus, it's nice to sit on the terrace with a view of the mountains.
