12/10/2025: Salad isn't served with bread. Their homemade bread costs €3.80, and a cover charge per person is €2 (including cutlery). Seven people, including three children, paid around €23 per person. We were asked at least three times if we wanted to order within minutes of entering. The waiter immediately offered us fries as an appetizer, which he then charged us. The kids' burgers were small, without salad and barely toppings, and served with very few fries. Our plates were taken away as soon as we'd taken the last bite and were still chewing, perhaps because the place was crowded and there weren't enough plates available for everyone. The overall atmosphere was frenetic and stressful, with the young waiters often rushing around and rushing. The prices were moderately high for the quality of the food served. It was a little better in the past, I'd say, and perhaps the management has changed. I don't know if we'll return again.

21/09/2025: Two Aussies 80 days away and wanted a burger for lunch… OMG did they deliver … huge burger with curled fries WITH a dipping sauce. Fresh ,full of flavour and just like a burger from Australia with Italian flair. Beautiful service from friendly waitress that was confident and very happy. Watched other diners with similar experiences. WELL DONE . Good food and good service . Recommend!!

11/10/2025: Centrally located in the square. A quiet, elegant setting. The menu offers a full range of options. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very upbeat.

06/10/2025: We sat down and ordered drinks..we were told they had no cocktails left ... ordered different drinks and food ..Girl returned about 5 minutes later to tell us that they had no burgers left..We walked away ...No way to run a business

27/09/2025: I just have to say that it's the best pizza in all of Trieste ❤️ the dough is super light and doesn't stick to your stomach (I always get ham and mushrooms without mozzarella with buffalo mozzarella) believe me there's no other pizzeria here in Trieste with a dough like this 🍕❤️

10/08/2025: Small bakery, but very cute and with choices of savory and sweet. Although it is not centrally located, it was quite busy and very good quality. The two pizzas we got were light and tasty. The prices were also normal

24/08/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas. When I got home, I was particularly struck by the microscopic size of the pizzas: they looked just like children's pizzas, with a smaller diameter. Convinced it was a mistake, I returned the next day to ask for clarification, but the owner confirmed that that's the size of the pizza they serve at their restaurant: "220 grams of dough," she specified. Now, I don't know exactly how many grams of dough are typically used to make a pizza in Italy, but I'd never been served such a small pizza, especially considering the restaurant's price range. The pizza wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best I've ever eaten. In short, a real shame, considering I recently moved around the corner and I'm a big pizza consumer (3-4 a week). I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

23/08/2025: Simply disappointed. The four of us waited 25 minutes before ordering, and we waited over an hour and a quarter. The first course arrived after another 8 minutes, the second after 4 minutes, the third, and finally, after another 18 minutes, the last course, which was fried calamari, which was boiled. Three pasta dishes arrived in over an hour. Half an hour after I ordered spaghetti with clams, the owner told me they were out of clams, so I chose the seafood sauce. It arrived incredibly spicy. I'm sorry, but I'm very disappointed. There were only two waiters in the dining room, and only one cook in the kitchen. It was too slow, too long a wait.

22/09/2025: What an experience! Kitchen outdid themselves. Had the Sea Sample Dinner Great service from one individual who seemed knowledgable on the wine list.( server was lacking in attitude and general friendliness, would have been a perfect 5 without her off behavior) but the good made up for it. The wine and drinks selected were great

10/09/2025: The bar. A tragicomic experience began with a 10-minute wait at the entrance to be greeted by the waiter (only two other tables occupied, ed.). The staff was either completely incompetent or perhaps hired that same day. Finally, two drinks arrived, completely distorted but loaded with ice: the Moscow Mule without ginger beer and the barely perceptible vodka, but the shaken Campari was truly SHAMEFUL; the photo says it all. Clearly, the prices were high, but obviously completely disappointed!

01/06/2025: Deze plek was een enorme aanrader. Het volledige terras zat vol maar de vriendelijke obers deden toch hun best om snel een tafeltje vrij te maken. Het is hier enorm leuk buiten zitten op een gezellig pleintje in een levendige stad. Het eten was bovendien heerlijk voor een correcte prijs!

28/05/2025: Esta es una hermosa trattoria cerca de las tiendas de antigüedades y la plaza principal. Somos vegetarianos tan difíciles de comer en Trieste. ¡L’Antiquario fue un placer! Nuestros entrantes eran flores de calabacín fritas y hojas de salvia. ¡La cesta de pan también tenía un pan precioso! Tuvimos los ñoquis con pesto casero con ricota - precioso - y nos llevamos a casa el insalato con queso, semillas, col rizada, repollo rojo, así que ya estamos llenos y el insalato era ENORME! Precio muy razonable también. Definitivamente volveremos

15/08/2025: The food and wine were delicious, from cured meats to cheeses and red wine. The owners were also exceptional and offered us tips for our visit to the Aurisina area. We returned several times during our stay.

29/04/2025: Beautiful osmiza in the historic center of Aurisina. In the friendly courtyard you can taste various typical Osmize delicacies. The people in charge of the service were nice and friendly. After various types of cured meats and cheeses, don't miss the dessert, the typical palacinke filled with apricot jam or Nutella. Go there to enjoy the food, the wine and the Carsolina tranquility

20/08/2025: We dined at the Società Nautica several times during the week of Ferragosto. The new management is truly amazing: their friendliness, warmth, and hospitality made us feel at home! The dishes were incredibly fresh and plentiful. The lagoon appetizer, as pictured, was exceptional. The young waiters were very kind and attentive, and the owners truly pampered us with their delicious Sicilian cannoli. We were fortunate enough to participate in a themed evening with truly pleasant and relaxing musical entertainment. We hope this new management continues like this and we hope to see you soon!
