22/12/2024: We ordered with Justeat. They were a little late but the food was very good and well prepared for transport! We will definitely order again!

17/02/2025: The place is pleasant, the location is amazing, which is why we booked with high expectations. The quality of the food is good, but from the service I have seen things that are incredible. We start with a wait of about 50 minutes before having the appetizers and even the bread. I ask for a new bottle of water which doesn't arrive, I ask for it again and it doesn't arrive, but on the bill we find 3 marked, so I assume that they delivered them to other tables, also because we were delivered a fish (beautiful and very fresh) that we hadn't ordered. Since two hours have passed since the order was placed, my husband begins to look after it, tastes a small piece and only then remembers having ordered another dish. We call the waiter explaining the mix-up and apologizing for having already started. He takes it away, checks who it was, and nonchalantly takes it to the next table. So as not to show that it had already been touched, he takes care of it and delivers it filleted. After seeing this we preferred not to have dessert or coffee. Sin! The place deserves much more. I attach the menu, the prices, considering the service like the worst bars in Caracas, are too expensive

11/02/2025: Excellent restaurant found by chance asking a local passerby. Excellent food and generous portions, excellent mixed frying and spaghetti alla busa with scampi we ordered. Excellent service. Very well looked after inside, in good weather it must be fabulous to have lunch or dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea or in front of the marina. Prices in line with restaurants in the area.

20/03/2025: It is the smallest of the "Il Pane Quotidiano" café bars in Trieste, but no less interesting. The new car park that has just been built is perfect for stopping for a moment, drinking a coffee and enjoying a sweet treat without too many worries. Here every detail is taken care of, and you can feel it. The taste? Always at the top. At this point the only question is: how long until it becomes impossible to find a place here too?

22/01/2025: Yesterday morning while we were drinking some good coffee I found myself faced with a very unpleasant scene towards another customer who was asking for a courtesy and she responded by saying this isn't her house...right or not it's not nice to hear these answers...(the employee in reference it is called fiorella)

22/02/2025: ..just us on a Thursday evening... who went in to eat the suckling pig as per the menu posted outside... only to discover once we were seated that it wasn't there. A smell of cigarette smoke, extinguished as soon as they saw us enter by a "friend" who was a guest of the owners who were sitting at the first table and annoyed when we didn't accept them continuing to smoke inside the place. Asked for the wine list but the waiter proposed a merlot for 24 euros (checked on the internet) topped up at 54 euros. Ate bites of fried artichoke with sauce...disappointing and certainly a packaged and frozen product...I had a meat tartare (rated 4) my husband jota from Trieste (good)...I bill 127 euros...disappointing service.The "smoking" inside a restaurant is unacceptable...I speak as an ex smoker! Never again!!!

09/11/2024: Very nice and good quality ice cream. Big selection of different tastes. The lady in service was very kind and helpful. The interior of the gelateria is not so nice and needs to be upgraded. Overall recommend it.

27/10/2024: E corrió a este bar por accidente. Probamos solo una cucharada y era genial, cremoso y de gran estructura. Probé el sabor tiramisú.

26/03/2025: we ordered a carbonara and we received cream with pieces of ham, there was no pepper and it probably had parmesan instead of pecorino. All this for 10 euros. P.s. a piece of advice, avoid including carbonara on the menu if this is what arrives at the table. Vikings.

07/12/2024: Very welcoming and comfortable interior, with comfortable armchairs for a nice chat. Very fair prices being in Piazza Goldoni, good coffee and really top bulk infusions. To return!

He refuses to let people pay for cigarettes, regardless of whether it is an illegal act. There is being stingy but not when combined with rudeness.

16/11/2024: I have been frequenting this pizzeria for over 12 years, always hoping that they will improve a fundamental element: the pizza dough. Despite the lightness of the base, the flavor is excessively salty, to the point of leaving you feeling thirsty all night long. This problem persists with both normal and wholemeal or kamut doughs, and it's a shame, because a small adjustment would be enough to make it really pleasant. I would like to underline that the staff is always very kind and welcoming, and the summer terrace is a strong point: fresh and pleasant, ideal for a quiet evening. However, the interior of the venue leaves something to be desired and there appears to be no effort to improve it. I find that there is great potential, both in the location and in the service, but a change in the dough and greater attention to the quality of the ingredients and the rest of the restaurant could really make a difference in enhancing the overall experience. I hope they take these comments constructively, for the sake of themselves and their loyal customers.

13/01/2025: Everything OK, only the environment is perhaps not very "Italian", rather it is an attempt at authenticity. But otherwise very fast service, excellent pizza and good beer 😉

31/12/2024: Un restaurante con sabores típicos italianos, fragante y sabroso. Para terminar con una dulce sorpresa la "pastiera napoletana" elaborada de forma ejemplar con manos expertas e ingredientes de primer nivel!

Lista dei vini piuttosto limitata. Appetizer fritti cotti senza molta attenzione risultati un po’ troppo “croccanti “. Buona e ben presentata la battuta al coltello. Piacevoli i ravioli al brasato. Cottura completamente sbagliata per la fetta di picanha : dura ed asciutta (comunque piatto economico e proposto fuori menù, probabilmente in cucina non sono avvezzi a prepararla).
