29/08/2024: Impeccable service, trained and friendly staff

19/08/2024: Absolutely not to go, we arrived and they immediately told us that there were only lasagna and salads left to eat. We order 4 salads with carrots (which weren't there) olives (which weren't there) 1/2 mozzarella some corn beans at the modest sum of around €20 per salad for a total of €79 no desserts and 4 coffees . When I asked for an explanation for such a high price, the owner justified herself by saying that the additions...(Tuna, corn, beans, etc., etc. were paid separately) To be precise, €1.50 per addition. They were not advised of this and did not they didn't even present a list. A nice way to deceive the tourists who happen to be in those parts. I strongly advise against stopping at that restaurant.

15/10/2023: Surprising self-service kitchen in an industrial area. It competes with the best restaurants in Trieste with quality and professionalism I saw and tasted some excellent dishes of traditional Italian cuisine. Well done and congratulations on the prices! Highly recommended

26/08/2024: Ho ordinato 6 semplici crêpes, l’ordine doveva arrivare entro le 21:30. Non essendo arrivato ho chiamato il locale, mi hanno detto che il fattorino era già partito, alle 22 finalmente arriva. I dolci nulla di eclatante anzi certe crêpes quasi vuote.

22/10/2023: I absolutely loved this place. I wish I had discovered it earlier. Great spot for people on cruise ships since it's really close to the port. They have a wonderful selection of absolutely delicious food that you can eat right there or even take some supplies back to the ship or home.

11/08/2024: Nothing to say about the staff, but you can't charge €4 for a 330ml can. A 7cm pizza €4.50 A 6cm x 6cm toast €5 Costs have increased for everyone, and I am aware of it, but you can get a can in the supermarket (in the fridge) for €0.70 An increase of 600% seems excessive. €17.50 for two I said it all.

17/07/2024: Do not recommend at all. We waited 30 min to be seated although we had booked table two days in advance, table were unstable in that way that waived to all sides, and instead that owner and his staff do something about that, they suggested to move us on small corner table that was anyway unstable too. Service was not appropriate for 4* restaurant , owner was not nice and not interesting to help and, we decided not to have dinner there as we wanted to avoid other similar experiences.

23/06/2024: Ci hanno chiesto di liberare il tavolo dopo aver finito di mangiare senza nessun accordo precedentemente preso durante la prenotazione. Chi credono di essere. Da evitare.

25/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato di persona in mattinata chiedendo espressamente a causa della giornata afosa un tavolo all’interno. Quando siamo arrivati la sera per mangiare si presenta un tipo con il codino che in modo piuttosto sgarbato ed arrogante insiste di farci accomodare all’esterno asserendo che all’interno non avrebbe potuto garantire un servizio adeguato(????). Abbiamo comunque insistito per il tavolo all’interno e dal quel momento è filato tutto liscio con i (altri) camerieri gentilissimi e il cibo come da nostre aspettative.

18/08/2024: A very attractive and great restaurant! I can't understand the negative reviews. Maybe some things have changed since then. The service was perfect and everyone spoke excellent English. The food was wonderful and the tables were far enough apart (because someone said it was too close). Very interesting and extensive wine list! The meat is carved at the table by the chef. Definitely a recommendation for a nice evening with fine dining!

13/08/2024: Ate the philli sandwich, which arrived with cold, dry meat and shredded cheese with onion that didn't taste caramelized. Apathetic staff. They will never see me AGAIN

31/07/2024: We were tempted by the promotion of the cut for 9.90, unfortunately, although the quality of the food is excellent, the portions are not at all adequate for the price. The small cut arrives without anything, not even two leaves of salad, so you are forced to add the side dish to the dish, given the portions, even more than one. The two euro cover charge does not even include bread and is also charged to small children (3 years old) for whom a small plate is requested. The price of drinks is really exaggerated, 75cc water costs 3 euros and for an orange soda on tap you have to spend 4. This restaurant should be a chain, which is also located on the outskirts, but its prices are not at all competitive. Finally, the menu is not at all intuitive and is confusing, the application promotions are counted at the end and it is not explained beforehand how they work so at the checkout, despite the fact that it says you have two people with the application (and therefore you could benefit from double promotions) you are assured that one is enough, and instead you find yourself paying full price for what you ate. When asked for reasons, when you have already paid, they reply that to take advantage of the promotion you would have had to make two separate accounts. Now I understand why there are always few people inside, I should have read the reviews before entering.
