Fish restaurant with a lovely terrace overlooking Trieste. Reservations are recommended. The service isn't the fastest, but very friendly; expect a bit of a wait, but hey, you're on vacation, so what?
We're not big fish and seafood eaters, but the antipasti misti, fritto misto, and spaghetti vongole were excellent, and the house wine was superb.

The terrace is right on the sea, and the staff is courteous and friendly. The menu features a varied selection of fresh seafood, prepared in an original way. Highly recommended.

Neither good nor bad, but the price was decidedly high for two first courses and a mixed fried fish, with two glasses of house wine.
Cost: €4 per person, and water (microfiltered) €3.50.
I understand that the prices for everything have gone up, but you need to be careful.

Nice and helpful host even though there were a lot of guests. The cuisine is worth recommending. We ate two starters and two main courses. Everything was tasty, local wine too and grappa bianca for free at the end.
The food was okay, but it wasn’t incredible. The portions were pretty small and we ended up being still kinda hungry after eating.

We went to the Dine & Wine Around the World dinner at Trattoria La Risorta… and we were speechless.
A journey through flavors, aromas, and emotions. But let's be clear: the soup was the star dish. One of those that warms you up, surprises you, and makes you think, "OK, I want more"… in fact, I could have easily eaten a whole pot of it.

We visited Trattoria La Risorta and had a truly delightful experience.
Carefully prepared cuisine, crafted with attention and skill, where each dish reflects a meticulous exploration of flavors and pairings. The menu offers interesting options, combining tradition with a more contemporary touch.
