James Joyce Cafe In Trieste

We came across this cafe almost at their closing time. They served us drinks nonetheless, which we appreciated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Prices reasonable. Many tables had late evening lingerers but the proprietor was happy to let people sit, laugh and talk. A perfect way to end a long day of tourist visits.

They need to clean toilet and refill toilet paper did ask but when I went again there was 🙂‍↔️ just had drinks they were very reasonable

Great atmosphere for refreshment because it's in a quiet location, the prices are really great and the staff is pleasant and friendly. I recommend it!

A simple bar, right in the center of Trieste. Prices are moderate, as is the service and offerings.

We stumbled upon this café during our school trip and ended up going back several times. It's really quiet and cozy; you just feel right at home. The owner is super friendly and attentive and kept refilling our chips with our drinks 😊 The cocktails are also really affordable. We'd definitely come back!

The location is good, the Chinese owners are nice, but the food is so-so.

Great outdoor seating and very attentive and kind service. The prices are good, and the ham sandwiches and sweet baked goods were delicious.
