05/05/2025: service is trash, there is one waiter that walks like he needs to go to the toilet reaaal bad. the food is horrible, if i go to a nearby kebab place and eat from the floor it is still going to taste better. i am utterly disappointed. pasta didnt even taste like italian pasta, just plain undercooked macaroni mixed in cheap tasting sauce. anyone at home could make a better pasta. sushi tasted weird too. i asked for sushi sticks and the waiter said ok, i waited for a long time and he still didnt bring them at all, had to eat sushi with bare hands/fork. and i ordered a menu of the day, they didnt bring two dishes from there, had to remind the waiter that im waiting and it took them quite a long time to serve the rest of the food. service is really slow even though it wasnt a lot of people dining. the only good thing about this place was a tyler the creator song.

12/05/2025: An excellent historic restaurant/trattoria especially for fish. Good selection of starters, fish first and second courses, land menu available. Very courteous and helpful staff. Pleasant internal environment and shaded outdoor garden with tables under umbrellas. Homemade desserts and bread. Fair prices. Children's games available in the garden. Very recommended

26/04/2025: Cozy restaurant in nautical style on the 1st floor terrace. sea ​​view, well-kept and tidy, fast and attentive service. It feels like being on a boat with friends and family. Menu of the day (15/4) based on fish: scotadeo style mussels, abundant fried sardines and tarnished prawns, radicchio and beans, water, loose Friulian wine, coca-cola, bread and cover charge €20.00/pers. Suitable for celebrating a large group. I will return with my family.

23/05/2025: We had an octopus burger and a bacon burger, both of which were excellent! Service was quick and very friendly. Great atmosphere.

29/05/2025: We spent two days at the campsite. Everything was perfect. Camping the way I like it: terraces, basic restrooms, very friendly welcome. Good restaurant and great sea view. If you're looking for luxury camping, this is definitely not the place for you.

29/12/2024: Locale accogliente e caldo nell'atmosfera, cibi ben preparati( abbiamo preso carpaccio di cervo, una zuppa di zucca-più di una semplice zuppa- un primo di pasta Carciofo e un petto d'anatra, e vino al calice)...buoni e saporiti, prezzo adeguato... Una sola pecca: alcuni, pochi, tavoli tavoli hanno delle sedie di legno, belle a vedersi, ma scomodissime, e cuscini che scivolano....se hai un minimo di problemi alla schiena, quando ti alzi sei abbastanza dolorante, e dopo un'ora non vedi l'ora di alzarti...

02/12/2024: Il locale è situato nel centro storico di Trieste, all'interno del ghetto ebraico, a nostro parere ancora una delle zone più suggestive della città. Passeggiando per questo piccolo dedalo di viuzze, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante e appena letto, nel menù all’esterno, la presenza della Jota triestina (zuppa tipica di crauti fermentati e fagioli) abbiamo immediatamente prenotato per la sera successiva. A differenza di altri recensori, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Premesso che se si volesse optare per il pesce ci sarebbe il ristorante difronte (sempre dello stesso titolare), qui abbiamo trovato un ambiente carino, un cameriere gentile e professionale, del buon cibo (ci sono piaciute molto la Jota triestina, e i secondi di carne: la Calandraca e la Porcina cotta alla brace), ottimo vino rosso consigliato e al bicchiere e per finire uno zabaglione da applausi. Anche il costo appartiene sicuramente a una fascia di qualità superiore, mentre noi lo abbiamo trovato nella media. Non abbiamo nulla da lamentare, anzi saremmo tornati la sera successiva se non fosse che il locale era chiuso. Occorre prenotare perché non è grande come locale, ma ne vale la pena se si resta in centro-citta'.

Managed by Giovanni, a true golden man, always kind and helpful to everyone, the place enthusiastically welcomes the Le vie delle Foto exhibition from 1st to 30th April, which can be visited during opening hours. An unmissable stop for those who want to enjoy a coffee in the company of art. Long live Gran Bar Italia!

22/04/2025: The frame is the typical OSMIZA. Located just outside Trieste, it's like staying at your uncle's house who lets you taste the cured meats prepared in winter. I believe that the setting and awareness of the place in which one finds oneself are the fundamental reference parameter: it is not the classic restaurant where you are served etc. Imagine staying at an uncle's house who offers you cured meats as a welcome snack. Having said that, I give top marks: excellent cured meats. Good wine. Excellent prices. We had a good time. Well done.

08/04/2025: Mythical place. Every time I go to Trieste and this osmiza is open I don't hesitate to go. It's a unique place. The food is excellent and the wine is good. Great place for a quick stop.

30/04/2025: Sono capitato per caso in questa trattoria. Per caso ho pure trovato parcheggio (cosa non sempre semplice). Il locale è ordinato, pulito e molto raccolto. Il servizio non è rapidissimo ma accettabile. I piatti sono ottimi ed abbondanti. Il menù comprende piatti di pesce in tutte le sue forme. I prezzi sono buoni anche in considerazione alla qualità di quanto offerto. Merita una visita.
