04/08/2025: The hotel is well located, pleasant, and quiet. The pool is a little cold but refreshing in this heat. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The bedding is comfortable and the rooms well-appointed. We had a great family stay. The breakfast is comprehensive and there's plenty to choose from.

08/05/2025: Ham and glass of a higher level than in San Daniele in the renowned taverns, spending just over half the price. Next time we'll have dinner! Compliments!

27/04/2025: Dopo un weekend lungo tra Slovenia ed Austria con amici del Piemonte decido di fare qui l'ultimo pranzo prima di salutarci. C'ero già stato ed avevo un buon ricordo, probabilmente perché non avevo pagato io il conto l'ultima volta... 4 piatti di prosciutto crudo, 8 fettine(ine) di focaccia, formaggi, burratine e sottaceti per 8 persone, 1lt di rosso e mezzo di bianco della casa, 2lt di acqua, 7 fettine(ine) di torta e 3 caffè. Tutto buono anche se molto "spartano". Conto: 253€ Per 3gg abbiamo girato Austria e Slovenia mangiando sempre al ristorante (non mc Donald), mangiando carne e piatti anche elaborati, (non bevendo solo acqua), con dessert e caffè al seguito, non spendendo mai più di 80/100€ a nucleo famigliare. Spendere qui più di 31€ a testa per me non è decisamente proporzionale rispetto a quanto abbiamo visto in tavola. Peccato davvero perché volevamo lasciare un ultimo bel ricordo ai nostri amici ed invece ce ne siamo andati via tutti con l'amaro in bocca.

12/06/2025: A wonderful place in the middle of a beautiful landscape of peace and nature. I went twice, in summer and winter... I would stay all year round. The service is top-notch, and the food is delicious. Thank you.

06/05/2025: The Neider hotel is located in Sauris di Sopra in a central position for numerous trekking routes immersed in Alpine nature and enjoying spectacular landscapes. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast, varied and plentiful, is agreed with the customer to avoid waste. The structure is managed by four young Argentine boys; always kind and helpful they made us feel at home. Upon request for dinner, you can enjoy an authentic asado.

08/07/2025: I absolutely have to leave a review for Mr. Loris and his staff. The place has a rustic and homey feel, almost like entering your own home. When you order, you can't help but order the hot and cold appetizers, followed by a first or second course. Good wine, excellent service, and a super reasonable price. Rating 10 Thanks, Loris

The owner welcomed us with great courtesy and reserved a table for us on a small, intimate and charming terrace—perfect for a quiet, meticulously prepared dinner. He recommended dishes and wines with passion, expertise, and a deep culinary knowledge. Each dish was carefully described, detailing the ingredients, their provenance, and pairings, transforming the dinner into a true gastronomic journey. Everything was presented with great care and respect for tradition, but also with a touch of creativity. A special thanks to Federico, the waiter who looked after us throughout the evening with professionalism and discretion: young, kind, always smiling, never intrusive. Excellent food, impeccable service, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Prices were appropriate for the quality of the food, the expertise of the staff, and the attention we received. Absolutely a well-deserved 5 stars. We will definitely be back!

11/08/2025: Excellent place (or, as some would say, location) with a splendid seafront terrace under the pergola. A well-kept restaurant with quality dishes and fresh fish. Prices are more than reasonable, considering the food and the ambiance. Very professional and helpful staff. Recommended if you're passing through Trieste.

02/08/2025: Partendo dal personale molto maleducato e indisponente , tempi di attesa eterni con occupazione di tavoli molto al di sotto di altre circostanze arrivando al cibo , antipasto discreto , pasta che sapeva solo di aglio e grigliata elastica.. sconsiglio!

26/07/2025: We had dinner there after a long journey. The place was very nice, a true trattoria with no frills and a very rustic feel, yet always welcoming. My three friends and I ordered simple dishes that were very reasonably priced, especially considering the generous portions. We left feeling full and satisfied. We paid about 90 euros, which is more than fair for everything we ordered. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I would gladly return.

01/08/2025: We passed by Prosecco and immediately noticed the place, deciding to try it without hesitation. The outdoor setting was very cool, simple, and popular. The service was friendly and helpful; they seated us right away even though we hadn't booked. We were won over by the menu: a short menu, mostly local dishes and cuisine. Good value. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

07/08/2025: Quando entro in un ristorante mi aspetto in minimo di accoglienza non frettolosa, ma questo può essere superato dalla qualità dei prodotti più che buona anche se con 3 € di coperto mi sarei aspettato tovaglioli di stoffa, ma il tema è un altro. Al momento dell'ordine mi e stato consegnato il menù e abbiamo fatto le nostre scelte. Nei minuti successivi la signora proponeva ai tavoli circostanti, nei fuori menù anche i carpacci di branzino e i crudi almeno il primo lo avrei gradito. Al momento del conto ho fatto presente alla signora la questione che si è giustificata con la distrazione del momento, affermando che avrebbe recuperato la prossima volta che mi sarei li recato. L'opportunità l'ha avuta non ci sarà una prossima volta. Però mi viene un pensiero non vorrei che i fuori menù fossero solo per i clienti abituali!!! Un vecchio politico diceva che a pensare male si fa peccato però spesso ci si azzecca.

05/08/2025: Modus procedendi, a partire da accoglienza, atenzione, e cura onestamente delusi sia per la nonchalance sia per l'insieme del posto. La raccolta delle scelte e la modalità di convenire con il cliente sono da osteria non da locale delicato. Il prezzo poi dei piatti è assolutamente sproporziionato rispetto alla qualità. Ci siamo sentiti derubati.
