07/07/2024: So decent pizzas, good ingredients, but you can definitely improve on the mozzarella, too heavy and rubbery. The waitress was really kind. The place is nice, in my opinion the bench seating spoils the environment, some tables would enhance it.

03/11/2024: Pranzo di coppia a base di pesce. Due antipasti di pesce con pesce di frigo ormai al limite. Un primo e una grigliata mista passabili ma con capelonghe e seppioline grigliate non di giornata. Vino a 20 euro la bottiglia per un Tokai locale normalissimo . Peccato, perché il locale non è male ma il pesce è una cosa seria. O lo si fa bene o è meglio lasciar perdere.

11/08/2024: Sinceramente delusissimo non prendete la frittura d’asporto……15 calamaretti contati a 15 euro e un pezzo di polenta……già questo è imbarazzante poi quando si è chiamato per prenotare è stato SPECIFICATO SOLO ANELLI!!!!! Arrivo a casa apro e trovo sti 15 calamaretti……ma si può?! A sto punto prendevo na pizza anzi 2 con quei soldi e mangiavo di più! Ah non ditemi che erano freschi……perché non lo erano……grazie a MAI PIÙ

16/12/2024: Posto accogliente e curato che mantiene la semplicità di un tempo. Ingredienti ottimi e piatti al top. Il personale ed i gestori cordiali e disponibili. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il tempo dedicatoci nel raccontare la storia del locale, la cui gestione si tramanda di generazione in generazione dal 1836! Un gran cuore/sensibilità dimostrata dai titolari anche nell'accoglienza riservata ai nostri amici a 4 zampe. Il dolce e il caffè ci sono stati offerti dalla casa...gesto molto carino ed inaspettato! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

25/11/2024: The taste workshop never disappoints. We have always eaten tartare which for me are fabulous and special. A refined cuisine attentive to every detail. For me it remains my favorite place in the Udine area.

20/10/2024: Already tried their tartare twice (excellent), this time I decided to try one of their burgers!! It was very high and I had to "break it down" to eat it 😂😂😂 but....simply fabulous!!!! I'll be back to try other dishes 🤩

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The service is truly next level, everyone was incredibly friendly and made sure our experience was perfect. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and cared for, which certainly makes a difference. The hotel facilities are impeccable. The rooms are spacious, cozy and tastefully decorated, all with that alpine touch that makes you feel in the heart of the mountains. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. Additionally, the views from our room window were stunning, with panoramic views of the region's mountain landscapes that can only be described as spectacular. Every morning, waking up in that natural environment was a true gift. But without a doubt, one of the biggest attractions of the Neider Hotel is its restaurant. If you are a lover of good food, this is the ideal place. We had the pleasure of trying a spectacular Argentine meat barbecue, something we did not expect to find in the middle of the Italian Alps. The meat was perfectly grilled, tender and full of flavor, accompanied by delicious garnishes that perfectly complemented the dish. Every bite was a true delight, and you could tell the ingredients were of the highest quality. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and relaxed, making each meal a special moment to enjoy. In short, Hotel Neider is much more than just a place to stay. It is a refuge where excellent service and good gastronomy combine to offer a unique experience. In addition, its location in Sauris di Sopra, surrounded by nature and tranquility, makes it the perfect place to rest and disconnect. 03/11/2024: Young and very good guys, humble and smiling! Nice setting! Breakfast a bit poor and room a bit dated for the money I paid!!! Excellent Angus dinner. Top cooking. Top dining room! The only flaw is the prices! Amen.

16/11/2024: Welcoming, friendly family, where we can find, even miraculously, despite the harsh trials that life subjects us to, a healthy dose of serenity and relaxation. Fair (rare now) quality/price ratio. My favorite whim?..appetizer from the Adriatic..variety, beautiful plating, excellent flavor of the sea. Friendliness adds a bright star to any dish. The last photo: frying called "Super frittura COSTA" (it would be "COSTA to COSTA" but both the name and the explanation why are too long).. mixed frying with canestrelli scallops rated 0/10...minimum UNIDICI!!! FROM TODAY ..for every season that God will give us...OFF THE MENU: ASK FOR IT!!!!!!

25/08/2024: The thing I really didn't like was the fact that they don't accept animals. I had a cat and if it causes damage I also have insurance. What a shame!!!
