23/11/2024: Excellent and very light pizza. Wide choice on the pizza menu. The cuisine is also excellent, with quality second courses. Worth going if you are looking for an intimate, beautiful place that puts you at ease. Attentive and kind staff I recommend the pizza but also the meat.

12/08/2024: If you are looking for a place geographically halfway between the sea, the mountains and a city of art, surrounded by vineyards and, even better, managed with love by a family structure, but not because it is "simple" but because it is attentive to the customer and his existence (from the power supply to the accessories in the room; from the small comforts to the spaces available, up to tourist information and travel advice) here you are in the right place! Mr Marco, together with Roger, Tiziana, Indra, the wonderful kitchen artists and the housekeeping ladies made our stay very pleasant and both our eyes and... our taste buds happy! Discreet location. Staff: Excellent. Service: Excellent!!! Thanks also to Anna (pleasant, nice and very attentive)!!!! Food: Lots of choice and truly EXCELLENT quality!!!! 29/08/2024: Very nice, staying at home and eating with grandma, simple historical dishes that must never end! lubianska iota goulash boiled vegetables fresh from the garden, meat, not me! The delicious palacinche! Excellent coffee! If I may allow myself to recommend: mineral water in a glass bottle (added value) cannot be paid at 350 euros! by the sea with service, very kind waiter, wonderful view of the bay of Duino, you must! White tablecloth and Flanders napkin! Also worth going to Cavaluccio in Duino, very hospitable ❤️💯

04/12/2024: Siamo entrati in questo locale attirati, soprattutto, dai prezzi competitivi del menù fisso. Abbiamo mangiato un pranzo a base di pesce, nulla di straordinario, ma più che dignitoso sia come qualità che come quantità. Peccato, tuttavia, per il servizio. Molti camerieri non parlavano bene italiano e, quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati dieci minuti prima che qualcuno ci dicesse se e dove potevamo sederci. A parte questo discorso posso dire che in questo posto ci tornerei.

19/10/2024: I camerieri super gentili, accoglienti. C'è un' incredibile varietà di pizze, tutte molto particolari. A fine pasto ci sono stati offerti dei dolci con tre diversi tipi di limoncello, Consiglio vivamente il posto sia da andare in famiglia che con amici.

However, prices are exaggerated. 15 euros for a simple first course, three euros for a cover charge, seven euros for a dessert, etc. We are in Piancavallo, not in Cortina or Courmayeur. In the series you go once and never go back.

04/12/2024: I was pleasantly surprised to find such good Thai dishes at Villanova. Thai dinner is available by reservation only and with a set menu, and each course was delicious, with generous portions. The staff is very kind and the veranda (covered and heated) is really welcoming. I will definitely be back to try the typical local dishes.

20/10/2024: Siamo stati in questa baita diverse volte,la prima volta qualche anno fa. La signora Milena si ricorda ancora la prima volta che siamo stati lì e cosa ci siamo dette....che dire...il posto è molto bello e si mangia benissimo,ci si sente a casa...Milena e Franco i proprietari sono due veri montanari che sanno quello che fanno e gestiscono tutto in maniera stupenda.Consigliatissimo ovviamente a chi capisce cosa è la montagna e cosa si può trovare in questi posti.

05/09/2024: Lovely mountain restaurant in remote location. An oasis if you are on a bike. Great coffee and strudel. Small choice of pasta for lunch.
