23/05/2026: A lovely, welcoming trattoria with an outdoor terrace with a view. I hate to say it, but I expected more—much more—from the food, especially since it didn't do justice to the place. I only tried one dish, a tough pork rib, served with two baked potatoes (two of them), so I don't want to be a defeatist and I think it deserves a second chance. Try it and post your honest opinion.

09/06/2026: They greeted us with a smile even though we didn't have a reservation on a rather crowded pre-holiday (and with our dog in tow). The catch of the day and the appetizers were excellent, the service was very attentive, the atmosphere outside was lovely (but the interior was also very nice for the winter), and the price was in line with the quality and location. We would return.

The restaurant, inspired by the simple charm of an Alpine refuge, is immersed in a truly breathtaking panorama, surrounded by the majesty of the mountains that provide a unique backdrop, right in the heart of the Saisera Valley. The cuisine is the real highlight: everything is freshly prepared with care that is evident in every bite. The dishes convey a genuine passion for local flavors, with authentic and generous portions. Being a family-run business, there's an air of times gone by, and the staff is always extremely polite: their helpfulness makes you feel immediately at home. The only thing that ruined the atmosphere for me was the rudeness and disrespect of some tourists, but despite this, it was truly admirable how, despite certain attitudes, the staff managed to handle this incident with a smile and great professionalism, maintaining the hospitality that distinguishes them. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking the perfect combination of good food and pristine nature. Congratulations to the management: keep it up!

29/05/2026: The food was mediocre, as if it had just come out of a can. The table was wobbly and the tablecloth was unclean. The coffee was OK, but the foam was thin and there was no napkin. The lobby was littered with glass shards. The waitress was smiling and friendly. The fixed price of €14.50 seemed too high for the quality.

25/05/2026: I went for dinner with friends, a very positive experience, from the appetizers, first courses, and the exceptional grilled meat, 10 out of 10, we will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is relaxing and clean, with tables positioned just far enough apart to converse without disturbing the neighbors. Excellent food. I recommend the grilled meat and the venison gnocchi, a real treat. Compliments to the friendly and always smiling wait staff.

15/12/2025: Believe me, the pizza at this place is extraordinary, sublime, superb. You can tell a good pizza just by looking at it... Number One's cooking method makes it the best pizza I've had in a while!!! Fresh ingredients, not too few, not too many. The perfect pizza. And not only that, but also the eggplant, the fried calamari... Enza the chef works magic with her hands, and Lina makes the restaurant a welcoming and family-friendly place. The sausage and broccoli rabe are just too much!

30/03/2026: Excellent food, despite the takeout option. Often, the quality is compromised when it's brought home, but in this case, it's always freshly baked! Very attentive service, and if there are significant delays, which can happen, they apologize by giving you a free gift or adding portions of fries. I recommend preparing something for celiacs as well, as their mixed grill is amazing, and missing out on serving those who have this problem due to cross-contamination is a shame. In the end, just a few simple measures are enough to expand your clientele without excluding anyone.
