06/12/2025: Very nice place, the food was a pleasant surprise. The tagliatelle with saffron and speck were truly delicious! :) However, I think the best surprise was the sauerkraut—truly exceptional! My only suggestion (since they're also open for breakfast) would be to have at least one plant-based milk option, soy/oat, even if it's just for those who are lactose intolerant.

11/12/2025: While visiting Cividale, I stopped for lunch at this tavern, just steps from the Devil's Bridge and just as close to the Celtic Hypogeum and the Lombard Temple. It's a fantastic location. It was a very pleasant little step back in time. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is very helpful and attentive, and the service is very fast. I had the veal cheeks with mushrooms and polenta. Delicious.

08/12/2025: We stopped for lunch at this trattoria and tried the plate of mixed stuffed tarts and their prosciutto—they were amazing! Then we indulged in the inevitable frico. Everything was delicious. A special mention for the service: there was only one waiter yesterday, and he was truly superb and made us feel truly pampered.

25/01/2026: We chose Al Molino restaurant for the most important day of our lives, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything was simply perfect: excellent cuisine that won over every guest, and a magical location, an enchanting oasis in the middle of nowhere, capable of leaving everyone speechless. Every detail was taken care of with love and great professionalism. A special thank you to Romina and Moira, who gave us a dream wedding that we will cherish forever.

20/10/2025: Glida in Gorizia is truly a gem — without exaggeration, my favorite ice cream in the whole of Italy. Their gelato is incredibly tasty, made from fresh fruit and crafted with a delicate, natural flavor that’s never too sweet. Each spoonful feels light and perfectly balanced, showing just how much care and attention they put into their work. What I especially love is that they don’t overwhelm you with too many choices — just a few, carefully selected flavors, all unique and surprising, proving that quality matters far more than quantity. Every visit feels like a discovery of something genuine and artisanal. It’s a pity they’re not open all year round, but perhaps that’s part of the charm — it makes you appreciate them even more. When Glida is open, make sure to go as often as you can. It’s a small paradise for anyone who truly loves real, authentic gelato. Highly recommended — five stars, and then some!

21/09/2025: The pistachio ice cream is one of the best we've ever had. It has tons of pistachio pieces in it and tastes fantastic! The 20-cent extra is worth it. The waitresses are very friendly!

20/01/2026: Pizzas like cardboard and bland food. It used to be one of my favorite places, but now I'll wait for a friend to tell me the food and the pizzeria are back to being as good as they once were. I'm truly sorry for the negative review of a place that has given me so many wonderful memories.

20/09/2025: We went for lunch today and I highly recommend it!!! The Blecs with porcini mushrooms and venison with polenta were exceptional!!!! Very fair prices and the lady was very kind!!!! If we return to that area, we'll definitely be back!!!!

24/02/2026: I've been to Marinato's in Trieste and had a great time. Excellent pizza and carefully prepared dishes. The portions are generous and the flavors are balanced, without being overbearing. I highly recommend their pistachio tiramisu! The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is friendly. Prices are in line with the quality offered. I'd gladly return.

05/10/2025: Super delicious pizzas with fresh ingredients from the wood-fired oven! We've been coming here, with a few interruptions, for over 30 years! A simple, clean restaurant with super-friendly staff! We especially enjoy our beloved "Swiss waitress"! Hope it stays this way for a long time to come!

10/09/2025: We were there for the first time today, and we felt very comfortable. It was a very informal atmosphere. The service was excellent. The food was simple but perfectly prepared. Unlike the usual restaurants in the area, on Schiki Miki, it was simply honest and good—you don't need anything more for a lovely evening with good food. Highly recommended.
