Parking is adequate, especially considering the hotel has only 10 rooms: a number that guarantees intimacy, privacy, and an almost "homely" atmosphere. SPACES FOR BODY AND MIND The property features a gym, perfect not only for traditional workouts, but also for yoga, stretching, or meditation sessions. ROOMS: SMALL, SMART, QUIET The rooms are well-designed: compact yet functional, organized to accommodate everything without sacrificing anything. The comfort is discreet but real, and above all, the silence is striking. You sleep well, truly unwind, and recharge. This also makes the difference. WELCOMING AND SERVICE: ADDED VALUE Here, you definitely step up a level. Francesca and Robert, the owners, embody an idea of ​​authentic hospitality, based on attentiveness, helpfulness, and sincere care for their guests. Robert, upon request, organizes truly interesting cooking classes, featuring simple, organic, and down-to-earth cuisine, with tips that are immediately applicable to everyday life. An experience I highly recommend. Francesca, in addition to being exceptionally kind, also offers relaxing and/or invigorating massages, offering expertise, sensitivity, and great professionalism. A real plus. CUISINE: CREATIVITY THAT SURPRISES The cuisine is simply fabulous. Francesca delighted us with dishes that deserved top marks, playing with creative and unusual combinations, capable of shifting our perspective and breaking the routine of the "usual." A cuisine that surprises without ever being artificial. And this is a great merit. CONCLUSION A place that doesn't focus on the superfluous, but on the essential, done well. Perfect for those seeking concentration, well-being, silence, and authentic relationships. Final rating: a well-deserved 5 stars

31/01/2026: Disappointing experience. Rooms different from those booked, superficial cleaning, and lukewarm shower water. The New Year's Eve dinner was terrible: low-quality food, very little wine, and we had to bring our own water after countless requests. To make matters worse, the owner's ironic and inappropriate response when I pointed out that it was absurd not to have a glass to toast at midnight.

31/01/2026: We arrived from Padua attracted by the location and the presence of a children's playroom, but the experience was disappointing in many ways. Despite phone calls, emails, and a well-advanced reservation, we were assigned rooms with single beds instead of doubles, with no way to remedy the situation other than a symbolic €6 discount. Cleanliness was superficial, and the shower water was barely warm. The New Year's Eve dinner was characterized by long waits and poor organization: even getting water was difficult, the staff was unhelpful, and the responses were rude. Only one bottle of wine between the four of us for the entire dinner and no opportunity to toast with a white wine. For the children, we paid €30 per dish despite only having one course, and dessert never arrived, unsurprisingly. Considering the cost (€180 for the overnight stay and €350 for dinner for four adults and three children), we absolutely do not recommend spending New Year's Eve here. If this is the courtesy, it's best to avoid the rest of the year as well.
