13/04/2025: Excellent experience from every point of view! The appetizer with fried cake and cured meats was simply delicious: quality products, authentic and well-balanced flavors. The guanciale, very tender, literally melted in the mouth. A special applause to the waitress Giulia, very kind and truly competent: she was able to advise us with professionalism and an ever-present smile. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!
10/02/2025: Di passaggio da Fidenza cercavamo una trattoria e recensioni positive ci hanno convinto a provare : scelta azzeccata. Mangiato veramente bene e servizio premuroso cortese e familiare da parte della giovane ragazza. Affettati buonissimi. Così come torta fritta, giardiniera fatta da loro buonissima, e anche i primi ( ravioli al Lambrusco ) veramente gustosi e ben fatti. Promossa a pieni voto. Anche il conto ! Il locale si trova in zona pedonale, accanto al Duomo di Fidenza. Però si trova parcheggio nella vicinissima strada. Se di nuovo di passaggio, ci torneremo sicuramente.

02/04/2025: It's a place where you can sit and watch the surroundings on a sunny day and get great service, and at an affordable price. They serve small brucetta with the aperativos. We loved it so much we can't wait to go again.

16/02/2025: Fantastica esperienza in una trattoria senza fronzoli e dalla grande cucina. Piatti tipici della zona deliziosi, dalle porzioni generose.
Dopo un tagliere di salumi accompagnati da torte fritte abbiamo assaggiato i tortelli al sugo antico con i funghi porcini locali (un fuori menù, solitamente sono tagliatelle) e cappelletti in brodo, entrambi spettacolari. Per finire chiacchiere di carnevale e torta Susanna, tutto fatto in casa.
Il valore aggiunto sono i gestori: Martina, compagna dello chef Davide, e suo fratello Simone ti accolgono con un calore che ti fa sentire a casa; si vede e si sente la passione che guida il loro lavoro.
Bonus: Ettore, il loro bellissimo e tenerissimo cane che a fine serata è apparso come si deve a una vera mascotte ❤️ Consigliatissimo!

01/04/2025: I had the best tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms of my life! The pasta was fresh, cooked to perfection al dente, with a creamy and rich sauce, with the unmistakable scent of porcini mushrooms. Every bite was a real pleasure. Impeccable service, welcoming atmosphere. A place to return to… with thought and appetite!
Highly recommended!

05/04/2025: Very mediocre food, especially on the menu there are many fish dishes but none with fresh fish. The pizza is decent, Neapolitan style, but neither praise nor infamy. The service is normal, the place is a bit old and mediocre. In short, everything is fine to fill up but without emotions. I would not recommend it

22/01/2025: Historic pizzeria in Parma. Pizza in many versions and with slightly bizarre but good flavors. It's a shame it closed due to out of business.
03/01/2025: The pizza is good and there is no discussion, however I find time management to be a complete lack of respect towards customers:
I try to book on foodracer and the delivery is scheduled for 8.30pm.
Since it's a curfew period, I call and ask if I can have them earlier by doing takeaway.
I am told to show up at 7.30pm.
Arrival on time.
The pizza was delivered to me a good hour late (so if I had ordered on foodracer I would have had the same service?).
I left while those who had an appointment at 7.45pm were still waiting.
I find this disorganization disrespectful and it is not a matter of covid or other excuses.

The owner is an exquisite person, the internal environment is clean, tidy and quiet and the prices are absolutely in line, if not lower than average.
A pleasant surprise that you don't always imagine from the outside.
Absolutely recommended.
