02/06/2025: I had lunch at Franco's with a group of 12 rowdy friends... Kind, helpful and patient staff. Franco in the kitchen is number 1 Salami and torta fritta to die for! First courses of homemade pasta exceptional, duck wow!! There was also a misunderstanding about the wine chosen (we ordered a Montecucco for €18 and they brought us the Riserva for €30, once we did the bill and pointed it out they charged us the €18) Rare gesture vote dieshi Marco

11/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato con amici durante un giro in moto. Eravamo in 7 ed è stata un’esperienza gastronomica meravigliosa per ognuno di noi. I piatti sono semplici e preparati al momento, praticamente tutto il menù è fatto in casa, dalla pasta fresca (eccelsa) ai dolci, che risultano anche particolari e ricercati. La qualità assolutamente ottima, si sente molto bene. Le due persone anziane dello staff (forse i titolari) sono meravigliose, spiegano chiaramente ogni piatto. Non aspettatevi di finire in quattro e quattr’otto, i tempi (comunque non eccessivi) rispettano la cucina genuina che viene fatta. Abbiamo fatto un pranzo leggermente “più lento” di quanto succede in altri posti, anche questo aspetto trasmette la bontà di questo locale. L’ambiente è molto semplice, vero, genuino,che sa di storia locale. Rapporto qualità prezzo superlativo. Detto molto chiaramente, qua si mangia benissimo. Complimenti, partiremo nuovamente da Genova e torneremo a trovarvi

09/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questa ostaria per la prima volta e devo dire che io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo preso un antipasto con salumi misti e torta fritta, buonissima poi due primi di tortelli buonissimi anche loro, la torta ai frutti con il caramello la cosa più buona che io abbia mai mangiato, anche l’amaro fatto in casa era spettacolare. I padroni di casa sono stati molto accoglienti, spiegano tutto e sempre con il sorriso! Lo consiglio

06/05/2025: Da evitare, un posto sperduto, non si può ordinare alla carta ma ha solo menù fisso che decidono loro, appena seduti ci hanno portato l' antipasto senza neanche dirci cosa comprendeva il menù, non c'era neanche una lista sul tavolo, prezzo ignoto. Tagliolini ai prugnoli molto più buoni in altri ristoranti della zona. Sembra di entrare in casa di qualcuno.

19/02/2025: Ampio moderno luminoso e pulito locale sempre super affollato a due passi dal casello autostradale di Fidenza e non piu' di due km dall'Outlet, possibilita' di parcheggio non custodito nelle immediate vicinanze, consigliata la prenotazione. Ingredienti di qualita', tempi di attesa nella norma, piatti generosi ben cucinati ed impiattati, pizze ben farcite, primi e secondi squisiti ad alta digeribilita', tempi di attesa nella norma. Personale giovane sveglio e gentile, sorridente, professionale, attento alle esigenze di tutta la clientela. Buono il rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

14/06/2025: Pizza molto buona, con prodotti di qualità e impasto super digeribile. Possibilità di scegliere fra pizza classica, tirata e con cornicione. Camerieri gentili, sorridenti, disponibili, organizzati e veloci. Continuate così!

25/05/2025: Historic Fidentina restaurant... excellent cured meats with excellent fried cake.... typical home-made first courses well prepared according to tradition, fantastic boiled meat trolley in the memory of many Fidentini.... served with cordiality and professionalism. The location also satisfies with bright rooms and tables kept at the appropriate distance. A stone's throw from the city center, I recommend it and thank the owners for the warm and familiar welcome

27/05/2025: If it weren't for that kid who is busy in the restaurant, I would have gone without paying. I ordered pasta with tuna and olives, it was without tuna and without olives, for the second course I had chicken with chips, and it was without potatoes and when I tried to tell the owner that the side dish was not served to me and that it is not normal that it happened, she told me not to come again. Anyway I had no intention of returning.

13/05/2025: Hotel let's call it a hotel room fine old furnished very old very old furniture they looked like the ones my grandfather used in the 60s there wasn't even a little man in the furniture to hang jackets or t-shirts Absolute Zero To make breakfast

11/05/2025: Maybe we had the wrong day. Virtually empty place. Good first courses, special mention for the truly super potato tortelli. The sore point was the boiled meats, served on a plate and not from a trolley and with a not very pleasant smell and flavor (it seemed like they were leftovers from previous services). Another positive note: Lambrusco. P.s.: Giuseppe Verdi is watching you

05/05/2025: I took an Ethiopian dish, very good even if the seitan was missing because it was not available. Fair prices for the quality and good service! Definitely a stop to try Eritrean/Ethiopian food.

20/04/2025: The cuisine is unique... I wouldn't give it 5 stars but 6! A very well-kept environment and fabulous staff. We come back because we can't find anything better! A vast and assorted choice for every refined palate. Even the desserts offered leave you spoiled for choice. Various recommended dishes and the zighini prepared by Araya is excellent. I also recommend the fried fish... better than some mixed fried foods you eat at the seaside.

22/01/2025: Historic pizzeria in Parma. Pizza in many versions and with slightly bizarre but good flavors. It's a shame it closed due to out of business.

03/01/2025: The pizza is good and there is no discussion, however I find time management to be a complete lack of respect towards customers: I try to book on foodracer and the delivery is scheduled for 8.30pm. Since it's a curfew period, I call and ask if I can have them earlier by doing takeaway. I am told to show up at 7.30pm. Arrival on time. The pizza was delivered to me a good hour late (so if I had ordered on foodracer I would have had the same service?). I left while those who had an appointment at 7.45pm were still waiting. I find this disorganization disrespectful and it is not a matter of covid or other excuses.
