03/09/2024: Arrivati poco dopo l’apertura serale, siamo stati serviti dopo un’ora abbondante. Tutti gli altri tavoli arrivati dopo di noi nel frattempo mangiavano. Ghiaccio per le bevande non pervenuto, gnocco fritto crudo, immangiabile con un odore di lievito fastidioso.galletto secco, palesemente riscaldato e tagliata di manzo da evitare come la peste. Mi spiace perché speravo di potermi ricredere dopo un paio d’anni di assenza ma anzi, ho trovato tutto peggiorato.

19/07/2024: I agree that the specialty is the cockerel and I took a cut of beef, but that doesn't mean you have to call me bad food... I didn't like it at all and what's more it had an unspecifiable aftertaste. The service then... a waiter (whose name I remember perfectly but for privacy reasons I won't mention) very listless and even rude in his manner. And the biblical waiting times made things worse. Last but don't list the air conditioning which, in my opinion, stopped working at some point and it got atrociously hot. Price a little high. Oh well, I certainly won't go there again.

31/07/2024: Sono stata veramente scontenta della cena. Il cameriere, è stato troppo spicciativo. Non mi ha dato indicazioni utili per la mia scelta. "Pizza tirata", lo sai tu cosa vuol dire. Una pizza più grande ma, veramente povera di condimento, per €2.50 in più. Mi avete dato un tavolo nella sala al chiuso, con 50° centigradi, senza condizionatori. Fuori, c'era posto. Non ho finito la mia cena, ho lasciato la birra ormai calda, a metà e non ho preso altro. Ero madida di sudore. Ho mostrato i miei pantaloni zuppi ed ho segnalato che si moriva di caldo e che mi stavo sentendo male. La ragazza alla cassa, mi ha sbugiardata con "le assicuro che i condizionatori sono accesi"; un altro cameriere a cui ho detto che si moriva di caldo e mi sentivo male, mi ha ignorata, andando poi dal gestore col quale mi ha derisa allegramente. Credo che questo sia il modo più brutto di trattare il cliente che ti paga lo stipendio, ed è il modo migliore per far morire un'attività commerciale di ricevimento. Pensate che i clienti siano tutti stupidi? Lavoreremo sino al 15 di agosto, come avete detto, e attenti a non finire lì. Sicuramente non verrò mai più nella vostra pizzeria.

22/08/2024: Customers of the Monelli for thirty years now we can say that the food is very good and the pizza too, the service in recent years has always remained excellent, the staff, even if it has changed over the years, always find very qualified staff and the beautiful, very clean environment every now and then they renovate and create a beautiful corner for children to play which is not for everyone. Lastly, I can advise you to try and stop. It's true that not all of us have the same tastes, but I think that if you always have to struggle to find such a bad place in all these years, you can't eat 🥰

09/06/2024: The owner knows the care for things and the love for beauty. The historic venue is carefully furnished, in the heart of Parma. Giovanni runs this lovely restaurant serving Lunigiana cuisine, assisted by the precious Sandra and her daughter. We have tried almost everything and our expectations have never been disappointed. The stools with cod fritters will give you the dimension of quality. The chickpea farinata, the Storo polenta croutons with creamed cod, delicious! Testaroli (oil and pecorino - pesto - walnut cream) or rabbit as in the texts! Ligurian cod (potatoes and Taggiasca olives). Cod Livornese style (tomato and Taggiasca olives), for those like me who love cod. Everything is prepared with care, the dishes arrive nice and hot and the portions are generous. The choice of wines, including organic ones, is vast and important, but don't underestimate the house wine, an excellent Vermentino served fresh. The oil is very good!! A marvel of a restaurant, with a very high level choice of raw materials. A cuisine different from the usual parmigiana. My local restaurant. Be there!!

04/06/2024: Pizza restaurant, always good and digestible pizza. Good fish. I also tried a cut of beef which didn't impress me. Pretty good prices in line with the restaurant. Very large and always free parking.

26/06/2024: I'm leaving this review because I think what happened is absurd. I booked an order for a children's party with 3 types of their specialties... Once I picked it up at home, I realized that they made a mistake. They made everything spicy.. Big problem for kids. I called them, they immediately admitted the mistake and suggested I take some frankfurter sandwiches and then cut them into small pieces. They didn't have many available... But better than nothing. So far.. It's also good. If it weren't for the fact that... He made me pay for it! 10 euros... Absurd. I paid for their mistake... From such a historic company... I would never have expected it. He ruined my party, he should have given them to me and also offered me something... You don't just have to be good at cooking... But you also have to fix mistakes (which can happen...)
