26/05/2025: I had booked a table for 4 people for Saturday, May 24th. When we arrived we found the shutter down, they had also removed the phone number from the internet. These people closed without even opening the agenda and calling back the customers who had already booked!

For a small observation the waitress in addition to apologizing did not charge me for a dish and also offered me the bitter, I think that more than that... Apart from the small mistake the rest was really excellent, I will return

24/07/2025: Very nice place, very kind people, and the food is delicious!! The first courses are spectacular, as are the pizzas. They were so kind that, after I mentioned in the reservation that we had three dogs, they even left water bowls for us! It doesn't get any better than this!!!
21/07/2025: Excellent food, and above all, a peaceful meal with my celiac partner. They make homemade pasta, as do the chisolino and desserts. Congratulations! It's a shame it's a bit far for us.

06/05/2025: Da evitare, un posto sperduto, non si può ordinare alla carta ma ha solo menù fisso che decidono loro, appena seduti ci hanno portato l' antipasto senza neanche dirci cosa comprendeva il menù, non c'era neanche una lista sul tavolo, prezzo ignoto.
Tagliolini ai prugnoli molto più buoni in altri ristoranti della zona.
Sembra di entrare in casa di qualcuno.

09/03/2025: friendly staff. However, I went last weekend for an aperitif with my partner. We have noticed that the amount of alcohol in cocktails has drastically decreased, practically absent. I would recommend adding the right amount. Putting a few teaspoons less to save a few bucks isn't worth it in the end

23/05/2025: Don't tell tourists this wine bar restaurant exists, otherwise they'd all be there. It's frequented exclusively by Italians. It's an authentic local atmosphere, away from the tourist-heavy historic center. It's up to you to decide; we loved it.

11/06/2025: Aperitif with a couple of friends, excellent platter, abundant and even double for two rounds. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind waiter and bartender. Excellent outdoor terrace on Via Emilia. Easy to reach from the center and the outskirts and very well connected

Beautiful and inviting, as well as good, sweet and savory showcase. The aperitifs then... super!!!!!!

19/08/2025: I went to La Vecchia Volpe this Saturday to celebrate my birthday with a large group of friends, and we had a wonderful time.
The place is beautiful and welcoming, the selection of food is endless, and above all, everything is delicious! Among my friends are also celiacs and vegetarians, and they all found a menu suited to their needs.
I also want to say a word about the guys who work there, all friendly and professional.
I will definitely be back.
