02/09/2025: The 80s-style atmosphere is beautifully kept, like walking into a nightclub. We had good pizzas; the dough and toppings were all good, except for the cooked ham, which was a bit salty. The owner, who was very kind and attentive, served us, and the prices were below average.

02/08/2025: This little bar, where we recently stopped after arriving in Montechiarugolo, is truly excellent. Arriving around 11:00 a.m., we ordered a macchiato and a coffee ☕, also opting for a brioche 🥐 and a Sicilian cannoli (delicious) that were beautifully displayed behind the counter. The staff were friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The bathrooms 🚽 were tidy. The location is strategic, given that the establishment is near the castle. I definitely recommend it 👍. 01/10/2025: We opted for the all-you-can-eat "served aperitivo" set menu for my graduation. They gave us the private room downstairs in the wine bar, which was very nice. Everything was as agreed upon, the price was fair for the offering, and the guests were satisfied.

06/09/2025: One star because it can't be given less, the service is embarrassing as it has only one waiter who, poor thing, had to manage so many tables, the appetizers arrived after a good half hour, where there were old and discount cheeses, and the cured meats even worse, when the first courses arrived in difficulty another half hour passes where only one dish comes out with all the cooking water in the plate, a missing dish and they even pretend to offer a coffee, which I think is exaggerated given both the quality and the quantity, we had to spend an evening trying to find something else to eat. But the worst thing is the chef who with only one glove, still does everything, from cleaning, slicing and touching everything. Disgusting

21/08/2025: Extraordinary experience. A family atmosphere and food prepared according to the Parmesan tradition. Everything homemade. Extraordinary anolini in brodo. Delicious cutlets with salami ragù. The roast beef was truly incredible. Delicious tiramisu. If you want a lunch or dinner to remember, don't hesitate to make a reservation. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: Very nice trattoria. We had a couple of very good tortelli and tagliatelle with ragù. Excellent value for money, and excellent service from the girls, although one small but important point: we ordered a bottle of wine (not the house one) and it was brought to the table already opened. I recommend avoiding it in the future.

03/10/2025: Contrary to the many positive reviews, we encountered the kitchen on a particularly heavy Friday evening, I suspect. The Parma ham was hard and dry, as if it had been sliced ​​long beforehand. Nothing like the other hams we've had in Parma; there wasn't a trace of fat left on it. The pasta (in brodo) seemed to have been made by two different people—one half was still quite tasty, the other half overcooked, tart, and with cracks that clouded the broth. The raviolo melanzane had so much cheese and spices in it that you couldn't taste any eggplant. The osso buco was very good, but my duck leg was so incredibly dry that the evening was truly beyond repair. The young man serving us probably needed some training and twice couldn't tell us which dishes he was actually serving us. He had no idea, and even said so with our main courses. Everyone has to learn it all at some point—but at least help that kid in the first few days, instead of abandoning him. A pathetic evening to spend a good 100 euros on disappointments in every course.
