We ate well, and the quality of the meat was overall very good. The atmosphere was also pleasant and contributed to a pleasant experience. Regarding the "blue" cooking, I should point out that the meat was served cold at the core, not at the 42–48°C (108–110°F) that characterizes proper blue cooking. My advice would be to bring a scale and show the customer the actual weight of the meat, even if stated in advance, to ensure maximum transparency. Finally, the trio of cuts listed as Black Angus seemed to have portions less than 250g, an aspect that deserves more careful verification.

Additionally, the service was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and attentive. We felt welcome from the very first moment. The prices are also more than fair for the quality you get. You don't come across that very often these days! Everything was just right: the atmosphere, the service, and of course, the delicious food.
