This family-run trattoria serves delicious traditional Parmesan food at great prices, all homemade. I absolutely recommend trying the cured meats and pappardelle with ragù!

06/01/2026: Pizzeria with a wide selection of classic and original pizzas. I tried the charcoal-baked dough, which was very light and easy to digest. Overall, however, the ingredients and toppings seemed good quality, but mostly... The decor is a bit dated and not particularly original. The service was very good. The price was fair.

Trattoria 4 Stagioni

04/05/2026: The quality of the food is exceptional. Fresh, quality ingredients. For example, homemade gnocchi. Very good, extensive menu, especially for the first courses. It's located fairly centrally in Salsomaggiore Terme. The atmosphere is simple, but the cuisine is excellent. Recommended.
25/04/2026: We ate very well (anolini in broth and desserts) and had very pleasant service from the staff in the dining room.
