10/03/2026: Good desserts, welcoming atmosphere. Decent prices.

02/03/2026: We went to this place to eat something delicious grilled outside in the countryside and spend a pleasant day with the family, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. We spent €67 for truly subpar food. The polenta with wild boar was inedible, with an unpleasant flavor. The burgers had an unpleasant aftertaste, so much so that after trying them I couldn't continue eating them. The bread crumbled completely, a clear sign it wasn't fresh. The fries were full of burnt oil residue, clearly reused too many times, with a heavy, disgusting flavor. I even asked what kind of meat they used and if they'd tasted it, and they gave us something else instead, but in the end we chose not to order anything, as our trust had already evaporated. I only ate a few bites, my husband a little more, and the kids tried the burgers but couldn't finish them. Unfortunately, we already had intestinal problems and diarrhea during the night, which makes us seriously question the quality and freshness of the food served. Totally negative experience. A huge disappointment for the whole family. We won't be returning and we don't recommend it.

31/08/2025: Nothing to say about the food and pizza. The problem is if you complain about the wait or if they serve their friends or acquaintances first and point it out... then it's not good... the young waitress doesn't serve you and sends her mother or aunt! For me, that's disrespectful.

You'll delight in local dishes like tiny, flavorful tortellini in a low-fat broth, delicious ricotta tortelli, all homemade by the owner, super-soft gnocco, and crispy, fluffy tigelle. Does that sound like much? To me, it's the food of the GODS!

11/07/2025: Il posto e’ molto bello , in piazza Mazzini proprio accanto la sinagoga , ampio spazio all’esterno … molto ben sfruttato e arredamento bello con molto carattere all’interno , anche i bagni sono talmente belli che meritano una visita. Il locale e’ frequentato da locali ma soprattutto da tanti turisti. Il menu’ comprende i piatti della ricca cucina locale ma anche altre offerte di cucina nazionale. Ho ordinato un tagliere medio di affettati serviti con il classico gnocco fritto locale , a seguire un appetitoso piatto di gramigna con ragù di panna e salsiccia. Ottima la qualità degli affettati, un po’ troppo unto per i miei gusto lo gnocco fritto, perfetta la gramigna … avrei fatto volentieri il bis. Molto gentile e professionale il personale di servizio. Conto non proprio economico , ma naturalmente risente della posizione privilegiata.

27/06/2025: A Modena per un concerto a Campovolo cerchiamo un ristorante per pranzare e un sabato e ci rispondono subito che c'è posto per 5 Ci accomodiamo fuori, pensavo facesse caldo ma i tavoli erano ben posizionati.Ordiniamo 5 piatti diversi tra loro e vengono portati insieme (presumo che qualcosa era precotto) comunque tutto buono,servizio cortese e il prezzo nella norma

21/07/2025: Overall, everything was positive. The outdoor seating is very nice in the summer. The pizza is good, but the dough is a little heavy, so I'd improve that aspect.

05/01/2026: The food was okay, but rather expensive. The ambiance was nicely done, but it was quite cold (we kept our jackets on). Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak German or English, but we still managed to understand each other. We only went there because most restaurants were closed for the holiday.

25/12/2025: Awful Christmas lunch. All the dishes were cold, and the menu was, to say the least, subpar for a holiday. Tortellini in broth (the only good thing) were cold, risotto cold and tasteless, lasagna without sauce, just plain old flaky pasta. For the main course, a tomino cheese served on a gram of spinach, obviously cold. Portions were served with measuring cups. The only pleasant things were the waiter, a friendly and helpful gentleman, and another waitress named Simona. Out of 11 people, only 5 ordered coffee and grappa; they asked to pay for the grappa separately, which is unheard of for a set menu, considering we didn't drink much wine or make any special requests. Not to mention the cold in the dining room. Will we be back? Definitely not.

26/10/2025: Terrible service. I ordered a cake with cream and strawberries for my daughter's confirmation, but instead I received a cake with berries and a Halloween pumpkin crown. I paid too much. I ordered 10 days in advance. Terrible service, and rude staff on the phone.

03/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and quickly regretted it. The starters were mediocre; the tagliatelle with mushroom ragù were overcooked and the ragù was stale. The gramigna with sausage was better, partly because the abundant cream masked the flaws. The tagliatelle was neither good nor bad. The fried mushroom side dish was awful; the mushrooms were poorly defrosted and fried even worse. The price of €14 per portion was outrageous, to say the least. Half of it was left on the tray. The dessert was passable, the house wine good. The bill of €45 per person was completely outrageous. An experience to forget.

02/01/2026: Visited on a holiday, convenient parking, and not a huge crowd. The mushrooms were probably good quality but poorly fried (cold inside, probably because they hadn't been thawed properly; we mentioned this to the gentleman—I believe it was the owner—who was walking around the tables and noticed we hadn't finished them). The pasta was not bad (mushroom tagliatelle was bland, while gramigna with sausage was definitely better), but not enough for three adults. The sliced ​​steak was good, but nothing special. The desserts were good, the house wine was good. The price was too high, the staff were friendly. It deserves three and a half stars; I'll give it four.

30/12/2025: Average trattoria, the dishes are decent enough. Unfortunately, the price is a bit too high for the set menu, meaning €16 isn't justified. The service is a bit surly and rude at times. Another area for improvement is the portions of the first courses, which are a bit small.

26/12/2025: We had a great time, the food was plentiful, the pasta was homemade. The gnocchi and tigelle were amazing. The staff were polite and courteous, and the location was elegant, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. I recommend it to everyone.
