Hotel Restaurant Firenze In Fanano

Excellent cuisine and very kind staff.

A beautifully decorated and welcoming, homey restaurant, part of a hotel. I didn't like the ricotta and spinach tortelloni because they were too light and flavorless, but the pork shank with baked potatoes was delicious (it's a shame it wasn't on the menu, so they don't always make it). I also had a fried tortello with warm cream, but I didn't like it. The service was a bit poor, as the waiter was very calm and as eager to work as I am when I have to cook. He also wasn't very good at taking orders, because we ordered a first and second course, and he brought the second course first, followed by the first course two minutes later.
