01/03/2026: We stopped by for an aperitif, we ordered 2 spritzes, the waitress told us that the Aperol was out and recommended a cocktail called Hugo (it was good) with 2 crisps and 2 peanuts, nothing special, at the time of payment €28. We won't be back!!!!

02/02/2026: I had a €15 mojito... I expected it to be good given the price but the bottom was warm despite having ice and let's not even consider the taste... I don't recommend it even though the place is very nice.

08/01/2026: Good morning, this morning I went to the bar and I had terrible service. The coffee was horrible and it was dirty water. The barista and cashier were quite nice. I asked for another coffee because the first one wasn't drinkable. She remade my coffee but put it on the counter and it wasn't even on my plate. And she didn't even apologize. I'm a barista too, but the customer is always served until the end. There were three of them, but the other colleague was outside chatting without helping. These bars must be lucky because they work in a shopping center, even as professionals. There's no sign of them.

29/12/2025: The staff is very kind, thoughtful, and attentive. They're always smiling, and the food and service are excellent! My aperitifs are special 💯

20/09/2025: The atmosphere isn't very airy unless you sit on the veranda. Service is slow. We had two appetizers and two pizzas with a bottle of wine and spent €25 each. The pizza wasn't exceptional, the service wasn't exceptional. I expected better because if you don't book, you won't find a table. I don't think we'll be back.

27/08/2025: One star because I can't give less. There were eleven of us, and we booked for 12:45. We arrived and placed our orders (two appetizers, two crescenti, a tagliata, three first courses, and two mixed cheese platters). After an hour and ten minutes of waiting, not even the two appetizers had been brought, only two baskets of bread. I got up and went to finish explaining, only to be told we'd be served immediately. Sure enough, after another ten minutes, the orders started arriving. Even the person who had ordered the tagliata first received the salad, and even more time passed before the meat. Finally, we ate alongside kilos of flies. It doesn't take much to install mosquito nets, or else the object attracts flies! It was a wonderful experience; I've never experienced this before!!! However, I don't think I'll be back. I feel bad for the place, which has so much potential if managed better.

07/01/2026: I went there with some friends on December 31, 2025. I have to say that the "señorita" evening was very nice. But I have to give it a three-star rating. It's not fair and you can't force (by law) someone to wait inside the club until the end of the night, as it only creates disorder and people shouting. We waited until the end, but it wouldn't be fair. The price already seems a bit excessive to me: 42 euros for a night at the club with drinks costing 10-20 euros and up (even though I didn't drink because I was driving and I couldn't leave 100 euros). Plus, 5 euros to put on a nice coat/jacket. I repeat, a very fun evening with reggaeton and dancers. The flaws are the time it takes to get out, the costs (personal taste), the lack of security and above all the lack of organization which, with so many people, becomes difficult even for the best security personnel.

04/01/2026: Dangerous, frequented by almost no Italians and by many quarrelsome and ill-intentioned people. Packed with people. I don't recommend it to women, especially if they're alone.

01/02/2026: My husband went to this pastry shop to buy some pastries. Even though the place was empty, he had to wait half an hour for service. In addition to the pastries, he also wanted to order three individual portions of zuppa inglese to go, but the clerks immediately emphasized the price, as if he couldn't afford them. When he confirmed he wanted to proceed with the purchase, he was told they couldn't sell them because they were packaged in glass jars. No alternative was offered: neither the possibility of transferring them to another container nor the possible additional charge. At that point, he opted for another pastry shop. The staff were rude and the attitude unprofessional: definitely a place to avoid.

25/07/2025: They've changed management. Bad, bad. Poor food, embarrassing offerings. They send you the old management's menu, and then you discover on the spot that they only serve four appetizers. Tigelle were anything but tigelle. Eggplant parmigiana burned on the bottom and obviously reheated in the microwave. Only one type of beer, and that's bottled, not even on tap. Truly disappointing.

21/07/2025: Terrible! Waited half an hour just to order, followed by another hour for a reheated pizza. High prices for cheap wine and reheated food.

22/07/2025: Mi sono fermata in questa area di servizio durante un viaggio da Formia a Rovigno e sono rimasta scioccata dalle condizioni igieniche. I bagni erano sporchi, maleodoranti al punto da provocare nausea — sembrava di entrare in una camera a gas. L’odore era insopportabile e l’intera area dava un senso di trascuratezza totale. Non ho nemmeno avuto il coraggio di mangiare lì. Questo posto è una vergogna per chi viaggia in autostrada. Mi auguro che Autogrill intervenga subito per risolvere questa situazione inaccettabile. Evitatelo a tutti i costi. Una stella solo perché non si può dare zero.

19/07/2025: Per essere un autogrill la cena era buona. Ovviamente costosa come ogni autogrill ma abbondante e gustosa. I bagni nella norma

16/11/2025: I think it's only right to review this time. I've always eaten reasonably well, but I think something has changed. I ate mixed fried fish last Friday, and I've never had such unpleasant food. On other occasions, I've eaten undercooked potatoes full of parsley. The vegetables were also of poor quality and, in my opinion, cooked the day before.

08/06/2025: Disappointing experience – watch out for the prices! I strongly advise against this place. It's unacceptable that simply by sitting at the outdoor tables, the price of coffee and pastries doubles. I understand there's a surcharge for table service, but I find it absurd to pay double for every single item. This certainly isn't St. Mark's Square in Venice. Furthermore, the staff didn't even warn customers about this surcharge, which is unfair to them. A little more transparency would be the minimum.

08/06/2025: There are many better bars in the area: this one isn't worth a second visit. Avoid unless you want to pay dearly for the bare minimum.
